Everything was amazing The location is so beautiful I liked the hotel atmosphere ( magical vibes ) I would like to thank Fabiana at the bar who was extremely nice and amazing person, she made our stay so memorable.

We booked 3 nights (2 rooms) They only offered the coffee capsules for the first night. I called the reception to ask for the rest 2 night , they said we offer only one , if you need more you should buy.

We are beyond grateful to Hotel Evolution Valbom for making our wedding day truly unforgettable. From the moment we first arrived, the staff made us feel comfortable and gave truly VIP treatment. The preparation for our special day was handled flawlessly. From the planning to execution the service exceeded all our expectations.Every detail was carefully planned. Newlyweds together with invited guests truly felt special throughout the entire experience. The venue was stunning, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting the amazing service, delicious food and beautiful atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team, kitchen/chef, reception, and to Tiago Pinheiro in specific for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting for our special day! Additionally, my foreign family was accommodated in hotel as well and all the preparations for bride were handled in Hotel Evolution Valbom as well. During the whole stay the hotel stuff showed hospitality and ALL of our requests were not just satisfied but delivered with extra attention. The hotel facility is all renovated, breakfasts are truly a gourmet experience, and staff are veterans of their craft and it shows! Customer service was top notch. A fantastic hotel – the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The leisure and entertainment area is also excellent :) Big plus for the minibar – high-quality products. The room was well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and stocked with all the essential toiletries. The location is great – just a 5-minute walk to the airport bus stop, with plenty of restaurants, a shopping mall, and more in the area. Highly recommended!

This isn't a complaint, more of a suggestion... Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the rooftop terrace – it closes at 8 PM, and we were hoping to watch the sunset from there. We also missed having basic cutlery in the room, like a spoon or fork. Instead, there were only wooden stirrers available. Especially when not choosing the breakfast option, having a spoon or fork in the room would be very useful.

Clean and hygienic hotel, interiour was recently renewed, rooms where "smart" with automatic lights, curtains etc.. Good strong and silent doors (and silent rooms) The employees were very nice, most especially the responsible guy on the breakfast (with graan shirt ;)) was extremely nice, to myself, my parter, my colleagues and there baby (who was joining the trip). he also helped us with an early flight back and always welcomed us in the morning, he is responsible for the fact that i definitely will come back to this hotel!

only thing i should say is the airco was a little to much pointed at the bed, and the usage of the termostat was not so clear (maybe ad a manual) but thats just a minor thing.

A little way from the historic centre, the hotel was in a quiet residential area close to a beautiful park and art gallery near a Metro station. It's a charming refurbished hotel, elegantly appointed, with all the conveniences. The rooms were compact but didn't feel at all cramped. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly, helpful staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble.

I didn't love the semi open bathroom.

We had the most wonderful stay from March 24th to March 28th to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived around 10 PM, the woman at reception was incredibly attentive and welcoming. She remembered every detail, which made us feel really special. The rest of the staff, especially at the bar, were equally amazing – serving up fantastic cocktails with such friendliness. All in all, every staff member was exceptional, always smiling and eager to assist with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place!

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The entire property was impeccably clean, and the rooms were both cozy and well-appointed. What really made our stay special was the staff—they were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Highly recommended! Also porn star martini 🍸 is so delicious 😋

We had a fantastic stay in this new very trendy hotel! The rooms are very nicely decorated with nice home automation (curtains can be operated electronically at the push of a button). The shower room with rain shower and the separate toilet are housed in separate compartments with transparent glass covered by a drawing. The sinks are located in the rooms like a kind of island. The rooms have a beautiful wooden floor. Everything has a beautiful design and is very cozy. The staff is incredibly friendly and tries to do everything they can to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. We really liked the location of the hotel, on a quiet boulevard with large trees, without cars and with very nice restaurants. Metro and train station within walking distance. Top accommodation, location and highly recommended!

Everything was great!

Very good hotel. The rooftop is absolutely lovely, we had a delightful dip in the pool and a drink at the bar up there both days. Room was on the small side but very well equipped. The bathroom and bed is all in the same room with glass doors, so if you’re staying with someone you’re not fully comfortable with in that way, that may be an issue! Lovely shower, enjoyed making a coffee in the room in the morning. We ate breakfast out so didn’t try the breakfast but when we walked through it looked very nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay thanks to the comfortable bed, the rich breakfast buffet and the good subway connection. We were able to check in a bit earlier than planned. After check-out we relaxed in the cosy courtyard. The nearby Jardim da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian is beautiful.

Due to the hotel's proximity to the airport some aircraft noise is to be expected. Nothing that can't be solved with earplugs though ;-)
