We are beyond grateful to Hotel Evolution Valbom for making our wedding day truly unforgettable. From the moment we first arrived, the staff made us feel comfortable and gave truly VIP treatment. The preparation for our special day was handled flawlessly. From the planning to execution the service exceeded all our expectations.Every detail was carefully planned. Newlyweds together with invited guests truly felt special throughout the entire experience. The venue was stunning, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting the amazing service, delicious food and beautiful atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team, kitchen/chef, reception, and to Tiago Pinheiro in specific for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting for our special day! Additionally, my foreign family was accommodated in hotel as well and all the preparations for bride were handled in Hotel Evolution Valbom as well. During the whole stay the hotel stuff showed hospitality and ALL of our requests were not just satisfied but delivered with extra attention. The hotel facility is all renovated, breakfasts are truly a gourmet experience, and staff are veterans of their craft and it shows! Customer service was top notch. Clean and hygienic hotel, interiour was recently renewed, rooms where "smart" with automatic lights, curtains etc.. Good strong and silent doors (and silent rooms) The employees were very nice, most especially the responsible guy on the breakfast (with graan shirt ;)) was extremely nice, to myself, my parter, my colleagues and there baby (who was joining the trip). he also helped us with an early flight back and always welcomed us in the morning, he is responsible for the fact that i definitely will come back to this hotel!

only thing i should say is the airco was a little to much pointed at the bed, and the usage of the termostat was not so clear (maybe ad a manual) but thats just a minor thing.

We had the most wonderful stay from March 24th to March 28th to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived around 10 PM, the woman at reception was incredibly attentive and welcoming. She remembered every detail, which made us feel really special. The rest of the staff, especially at the bar, were equally amazing – serving up fantastic cocktails with such friendliness. All in all, every staff member was exceptional, always smiling and eager to assist with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay in this new very trendy hotel! The rooms are very nicely decorated with nice home automation (curtains can be operated electronically at the push of a button). The shower room with rain shower and the separate toilet are housed in separate compartments with transparent glass covered by a drawing. The sinks are located in the rooms like a kind of island. The rooms have a beautiful wooden floor. Everything has a beautiful design and is very cozy. The staff is incredibly friendly and tries to do everything they can to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. We really liked the location of the hotel, on a quiet boulevard with large trees, without cars and with very nice restaurants. Metro and train station within walking distance. Top accommodation, location and highly recommended!

Everything was great!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at EVOLUTION Valbom. The property exceeded all my expectations. The modern design and stylish decor created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere when I arrived. The location is perfect – close to everything, yet in a quiet area, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything I needed, and top-notch amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. It was clear that they take great pride in ensuring guests have an excellent stay.

Everything was perfect!

I found my new favorite place in that part of Lisbon! I got an upgrade and the room was huge. I like the decor very much. Beds are super comfortable. Wifi was stable. The room was super quiet. Had dinner in the restaurant once which was super delicious. Try the apple crumble. The rooftop was nice and quiet. The gym has all you need.

The only down thing I would mention is the 'green' light over the door. It is quite bright. But I understand it is needed for emergency reasons.

No space to put my non hanging clothes. Not many tea bags. Thought it was strange that apparently you don’t get a daily refill of tea bags in the room. We had 3 tea bags: 1 English breakfast, 1 chamomile, and another herbal one for 2 of us. It just seemed weird.

Everything about the stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The dishes I tried from their menu were really good. The surprise cake and bottle in my room for my birthday—without me even mentioning it—was a really thoughtful touch.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The service, cleanliness and amenities all exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the hotel. The location is super convenient, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very warm and hospitable receptionists. Breakfast was lovely, we could also make additional requests for omelette and great coffee. Overall an excellent stay for me and my husband, it was quite sad for us when it was time to fly home! We shall be coming back in summer.

The hotel looks new and very clean. Staff in the restaurant and bar is very friendly and accommodating. The nearest subway station is just a few minutes walk away. The Valbom district is also interesting and there are many different restaurants there.

The hotel is offering underground parking for a fee. Regardless, there is plenty of street parking. However, a free parking space is very hard to find.
