The lobby area is spacious & nicely decorated with some seating. The staff on front desk are polite & helpful, are available 24/7 and having someone on the door (during daylight hours) is a classy touch. Their is an elevator to the upper floors & rooms are pretty well equipped, reasonably decorated & spacious. It was perfectly comfortable, seemed very clean & everything (safe, fridge, TV, sockets) worked. The hotel itself is in a great location, with some shops & restaurants nearby plus a metro station within walking distance. I was actually pretty satisfied considering what I paid & would definitely consider staying here again.

I honestly cant think of any negatives

The welcome was excellent—staff at the front desk and in the lobby were always attentive and ready to help with any needs. But what I appreciated the most was the hotel’s location and accessibility. It is literally right in front of the São Sebastião metro station on the red line, which connects directly to the airport. When you arrive in Lisbon, all you need to do is hop on the metro, get off at São Sebastião, walk out, and the hotel is right there. It made everything incredibly convenient.

Honestly, I had a very pleasant stay and there’s little to criticize. If I had to mention something, I’d say the breakfast could offer a bit more variety from day to day. Also, once you log into the Wi-Fi, you have to re-enter the code each time you reconnect, which can be slightly inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Staff were kind and professional. Lots of choice for breakfast including British and continental options. No crowd, hot food options always available. Congratulations to the manager on his team (reception, cleaning, catering teams), best of luck in retaining them.

The room was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. 15 minutes from the airport by Uber! It was cleaned every day & we were provided with fresh towels. The location was in a quiet area with the train right outside & multiple cafes across the street. There was also a nice luxury mall within a 10-minute walk that had a nice food area & grocery store in the basement.

The location is pretty far (walking distance) from tourist sites. There are great restaurants in the area, but we found that most of the places we wanted to visit were a minimum 35-minute walk. This was fine for us in our mid 30s; however, with the city being so hilly, this might not be ideal for everyone. The rooms are small, but perfect for 2 people if you plan to just use this as a landing place for the night. Not a lot of space for baggage & clothing. There is a small closet, but not many hangers were provided & there were no drawers to place other clothes. We felt the room was a bit cluttered with having 2 carry-on bags we had nowhere to store & needed to keep clothing items in.

Great hotel in a quiet location, away from the crowds. I liked the property and the room- you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also good and there are a lot of cafes/restaurants nearby. There is a big shopping center- el Corte Ingles which is very convenient. The big plus is that you stay in a quiet location, yet you're close to everything as Uber is very cheap and there is a metro station just 5 minutes away from hotel.

Maybe I'd like more variety for the breakfast, but apart of that everything was great

The hotel was located very central, at least to the sites that were of relevance to me. It was at the endstation of the red metro line, and with a short walking distance to green areas that were of interest. Most importantly though, is that people in the reception area were nice and friendly and serviceminded. The breakfast area was also worth the visit with the bright panels at the walls and the roof that made it look like the sun was shining outside, even if the room was placed to floors beneath the ground. The room itself was okay - nothing more, nothing less.

Well, as much as I liked the breakfast area, it should have been part of the initial payment. Mainly for budget reasons and reporting. Not a big thing. It was also an interesting way the coffee machine handling cards when purchasing. Select coffee to "wake up" the machine, present card into cardreader, specify cofee, select what card to use (1 or 2) on the keypad of the cardreader, write PIN ... well, something like that. I suggest a somewhat more usefriendly version in the future. Or just make the coffee free. That works even better!

Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress, pillows and soft bedsheets. The entire room and bathroom was very clean. All the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. If I go back to Lisbon I am definitely staying at this hotel again. The location is perfect. Great connection to the airport via metro. You can easily walk to the center but there’s also bus and metro that you can take on the same street where the hotel is. There are a lot of facilities nearby such as Portuguese cafes, shops, pharmacies, cinema. Next to the hotel you can also enjoy a walk through the park and museum.

The room was just like in the pictures - spacious, modern, comfortable. Cleaning done every day. Staff very friendly and helpful (we received very good indications on visiting some objectives we wanted to). We only had breakfast for one day, but it was quite good, except for the coffee (which is made of powder). Position is also good, very close to the metro with direct connection to the airport (red line, 20 minutes trip) and quite central also, close to parks, shops and with very many bakeries and restaurants close by.

The only negative aspect is the the phonic insulation, which is poor. you can hear everything from the hallway and even in the bathroom you can hear when the people upstairs are taking a shower. But it was not a big issue.

The location was brilliant, so close to the metro station so easy to get around. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I travelled with my 8 old son and everyone was very friendly to us both. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food!!

I found the beds slightly uncomfortable but not an issue.. I'm a bad sleeper anyway!! Can be a bit noisy in the mornings but nothing the hotel staff can do about other guests!

Excellent service from the hotel staff from the point of check-in right through to check-out. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to assist. The rooms were very clean and has all the facilities one would require. The location is perfect with the metro station being directly across the hotel, ease of transport to various places. Overall, a really good stay. Would highly recommend!
