My best regards goes to the staff. They are super friendly and wellcoming 🥰🥰 We went for a two- days trip to Porto and left our baggadge at the Hotel. We left it at the reception desk, they storaged it and put it in our new room the next day. Also, because of my health issue, I can not eat many different food but I ate all of apples they have had. They did not have any more so the nice guy from the reception went to the market early in the morning and made sure that the apples are there for me for the breakfast 🤗 I wish to thank them all. The nice ladies who made aour breakfast were also so kind ♥️♥️ I highly recomend this place because for all of them You are not just a guest behind the room no.7.

Good communication with the hotel. Response very fast. I went out before the breakfast time (9am) everyday, so requested to have the breakfast send to my room the night before. They did well. 1 bottle of drinking water was provided everyday. Located in residential area. Room is clean and quite. Not close to city center, but very convenience to take bus or metro.

breakfast time starts at 9 am, It is too late for travelers, but they can send simple breakfast to you the day before. Staff working hour is 9-4. You may have question or want some travel information, no one can help you. I did not see any staff from check-in to check-out. Finally saw one when came back for luggage before head to the airport.

The location is really good - not exactly in the tourist area but also very close to subway and bus stations, so you could be at the center in no more than 15-20 minutes. Also, good restaurants near the hotel with decent prices. The room was tidy and comfortable in general. It was cleaned on request and we had free water and coffee everyday. The breakfast was nothing special but also good enough - scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, etc.

In the room there was no cupboard where I could put my clothes, so I had to basically live off of my rucksack the whole time which was not comfortable.

Fantastic customer service- very flexible with meeting our requests. Very kind!! Bed was big too. Good location! Close to a train station, buses etc. Such good potential once bathrooms are renovated. Breakfast good if you have no dietary restrictions.

Not labelled from the outside, so it was hard to find. Dirt marks on the walls, and there was a spot of blood on the headboard. There were signs in the bathroom saying we couldnt put toilet paper in the toilet, and there was a terrible sound that went off whenever we were in there. Breakfast not very allergy friendly, and it started at 9 (a bit late if you have a tour or busy day), but they brought us breakfast to our room early on that day, which was lovely. Would still stay again.

The suite was really big and well equipped, modern, a great and big balcony too, and the staff assistance was total. Don't expect a pharaonic breakfast but rather something substantial but equally mixed in proportion to the place's volume. The structure itself is perfectly linked a few steps from both the red-line metro and various bus stops.

In fact walls are not very thick and you could hear quite a bit of noise and voices from the corridor, but in the end it was not a big issue.

The property is a number of rooms on the second floor of the building at Avenida Miguel Bombarda. Convenient location close to shops and bars, supermarkets Corte Ingles shopping centre and very close to Sao Sebastiao metro station on the blue line that takes you to the centre of Lisbon in a few minutes. Room was clean and staff very nice and helpful.The room was cleaned every other day as required. The manager Weis - I hope i got the spelling correct- was very helpful and gave us practical tips and information about Lisbon and local services. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

Breakfast could be a bit more diverse.

Rodrigo was so kind & helpful. Loved the place & would stay again! Location was super quite from street noise & I just loved scootering and biking everywhere in the city once my feet were tired from walking!

The shower head need the carrier fixed to hold in place so I didn’t need to crouch down! Also I think the shower drain needs some chemicals flushed down it so it’s doesn’t have a bad smell.

Good location a bkt further from city centre but good public transport options nearby. Wes was wonderful and helped us with late check in. He also provided us with free room upgrade which was absolutely amazing. Overall a comfortable stay with good value.

Breakfasts were pretty basic, could be benefit from more fruits or salad options and maybe some deserts.

I liked how accommodating they were, I've had an early flight and they gave me the bedroom as soon as they could. Also, the staff was so nice and just really helpful. The bedroom was lovely, I feel I didn't have much expectations about it but I was impressed. The accommodation is so well located too, really good places to go eating around and metro stations that connect with the lisbon on a short journey.. It was my 2nd time in Lisbon and I felt this time I've seen another side of the city.

There was something up with the pipes that were slightly smelly, to be fair I'm super delicate with smells, my mom thought it was fine.

It was very clean; the host was most helpful to us on all occasions, including assisting with Bolt drivers, directions and generally all that we needed. The breakfast was hot and nutritious.

The room is smaller than some. We mostly needed a place to lay our heads down at night and to shower, so it worked for us. Some traffic noises.
