Nice, newly reconstructed boutique-hotel-like small building. Good value for money. With good public transport, direct metro line to the airport (35 minutes), in the area of the Gulbenkian Museum.

Room was exceptional. They left big bottle of water no other hotel I been to does that. Thank you. In bathroom there were vanity kits packets toothbrushes with toothpaste and a razer in packet with small shaving cream - Ive never seen this before and I appreciate it as my razor broke during my stay. Staff helpful. Spotlessly clean

Location was terrible although near metro and bus stops it was impossible to find or get to any attractions. It was too far from city centre making it a nightmare to get back to. Coffee machine did t work at breakfast and what little came out of it was cold. I only had breakfast once. Also my room only had tea no coffee.

The hotel was comfortable, and reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is well equipped with clean with a modern look to it. Shower was lovely with a good pressure to it. Breakfast was varied and although not the best was very good value. Location was in a good spot with plenty of restsurants and cafés nearby. Also very near the metro.

The coffee could be a bit nicer and the Orange Juice is way too sweet. It would be nice to offer propertea and coffee facilities in the room with milk etc.

I liked the room (its size) and very well working AC. Bathroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, not a bad choice of food as for a city hotel. Very good walking distance from attractions, easy metro access.

Coffee at breakfast wasn't very good. More like in teachers' or doctors' room :D All devices in the room had huge control lights, so I slept with my socks hanging around and covering these lights :D

Beautiful room. Loved that they provide shaving and toothbrush toiletries very thoughtful. When arrivrd there was large bottle of water.Spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money

Location found it very hard to get to attractions and city centre but its good to get to airport. No kettle in room and although toilettries kindly replaced water wasnt. Breakfast was extra. Breakfast was not good so did not book again.

From the room to the staff this hotel is excellent for solo travelers. They went above and beyond and helped with every question I had. They even kept my luggage while I travelled to Spain and back. You cannot beat the price and location. There was a gym right across the street and plenty of restaurants to choose from. In addition, it is close to the metro and the mall. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great!

I enjoyed the breakfast they had halal sausages and turkey bacon, and the bread was so yummy. The scrambled eggs were very tasty. The room was nice with a balcony. i sat drinking tea and ice tea. The showerr was good. Staff was lovely, especially yagoe he was like a friend. Stations are close by.It's aboutt 20 to30 minutess t the destination but feels quick. Ac was good as well nice and cold

1. The bathroom fan noise was so loud 2. I don't know if im the only 1 who is fussy about small lights the green light on the phone was so bright canr sleep with lights properly I hid it with a pillow in the end. 3. Another lighting issue to sleep was the sign outside but I managed to get the curtain to properly hide it 4. Lastly the fridge was loud at times

Location is great, few minutes walk from metro stations and bus stops. 24h checkin service. Room is basic, clean and comfortable. Fridge and a/c available. All staffs are friendly and nice. There’s a grocery stall nearby, if needed. Recommend this hotel.

Once the room cleaning staff did not lock my room door properly so it was left unlocked when I’m back. The shower water temperature doesn’t stay constant throughout.

the rooms were comfortable, a decent size, and clean. the location was good to access local buses into the city.

breakfast. It was a halal restaurant.. every morning omelette, baked beans and halal sausages or bacon. No toaster. sometimes supplies of brioche ran out and they had to go and buy croissants. overall very disappointing. certainly not an international restaurant because I had to ask for a soft boiled egg and then explain how it was cooked. No egg cups, so we had to use small coffee cups. Kettle and fridge in room. tea provided but not coffee.. only paper or plastic cups. the towels were not of good quality and the bathroom needs shelves for storing toiletries, nothing provided in shower.. the shower gel was impossible to open.

This is a real hotel, all renovated, only 4 apartments per floor. Great location in a middle class neighborhood, with two metro stations within walking distance. The white bathroom is huge. Staff is friendly and very efficient. The lady at the front desk was able to extend my stay in the same room, for which I will remain grateful.

Nothing worth mentioning.
