My brother and I both stayed at this place, but at different times, he stayed for three days, and I arrived the day after he left for another three-day stay. We were both pleasantly surprised by how spacious, spotless, and comfortable the room was. It actually looked even better than the photos online. The location was perfect for both of us, close to everything we needed but still peaceful. Interestingly, we both faced the same small issue with the building’s entrance lock, but in both cases, the host acted quickly and professionally, giving us a key and solving the situation without any hassle. Honestly, it didn’t affect our stays at all. We both felt very well looked after and would happily recommend this place.

Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and there was extra bedding if necessary. Because the location is noisy and very well lit at night (it is a city after all!) I was really pleased with the blackout curtains and traffic noise was almost completely cut when the balcony door was shut. The shower room and kitchen were basic but clean. As a single female traveller, the various entrance and room codes made me feel comfortable and secure. Pedro got back to me straight away when I had any questions.

The lighting outside the suite (in the main building before you enter the NCL rooms and suites) are movement sensitive, which is fine but makes it a bit difficult to navigate the stairs at night.

Everything was good. Modern decor. Good kitchen facilities. Good showers and bathrooms. Hair dryer good. Ease of movement in facilities good. Street location excellent, right outside Metro station Campo Pequeno. Grocery store Continente 2 blocks away on opposite side of the street.

Room smelled terrible, like wet old socks. No tea towels for kitchen to dry plates or hands. Sign for building was faded and very small. Need a SIgn that says QUIET HOURS- 22:00-7:30. People were a bit noisy coming in at 2:30 in the morning. It would be a good idea to have people take their shoes off upon entering- therefore making it cleaner.

Place is super clean, all recommendations Super near the center, right next to Campo peqeno metro yellow line. In case if you want to go to the center you are there walking in 10min or with metro in a few minutes Location is amazing, safe and not noisy, perfect for people who wants to take a nice rest after walking through the Lisbon and visiting all the places. Owner is super kind and helpful!! All recommendations, defined staying again when I come to Lisbon in the same place !!

Shop and metro very close. Comfortable bed, room pretty big for 2 people. Room service with fresh towels every day. Self check in

All the time wet floor in bathroom - shower requires repairing. Dishwasher does not work (i think long as there was even notification in kitchen about it). No coffee machine. Kitchen a bit dirty and stinky fridge. Thin walls so that i clearly Heard other people taking shower - issue especially late night once i was sleeping

Great location. The host was prompt in sending the entry codes to the building and to the room, with clear instructions. The kitchen has a nice area with plugs and tables that you can use to work. The WiFi is also good.

The pillows are too high and the AC wasn’t working. Also the building facade is in construction so, although the room had a balcony, you can’t really see from it due to the scaffolding, and you can’t use the balcony either as there’s dust/dirt on it.

if you looking only where to spend a night... and most of time you spend walking around.. than this place is it for you.. with a metro not very far from city centre.. underground is straight upfront on the hotel.. was little bit difficult to find a place, because there was outside building works .. but nice people help us. thank you.. place like this was specially for people who spend a lot of time outside.. :) for me

I got the Standart Suit Room (room numbered 1) for me and my girlfriend for 4 days. It was comfortable and silent. A/C was good. Wi-Fi was good. The bed was comfortable, and the location was quite good(right next to a metro station). Our en-suite bathroom and everything was quite clean to be honest.

The room needs a window opening to the outside world, instead of the kitchen area. Secondary light was buzzing quite loudly.

The Value for money is very good. Nice and comfortable room. The room is quite big, and you get the essentials on pretty much everything. The location is central in Lisbon, near Saldanha, and you have the subway just 5 meters away from building's entrance. The shared kitchen is also a plus. Just make sure you bring all the basic ingredients to cook if you dare to.

The Wi-fi connection is very bad. I need to work late night, and I had to use my phone's 5G connection to Hotspot. The staff was totally unkind when I suggested to book an additional night. That was no interest at all to please the customer or even sell the night. There were rooms available, and considering the behaviour, I decided to book another apartment on the next day. As an entrepreneur and business owner, I would be very mad with this situation if it was my company.

Lovely modern feel to it spacious enough and we had everything we needed very close by and for the price you really cannot go wrong

Thank goodness I brought a extension cord as there was only one plug in the room apart from that no complaints
