The reception was very welcoming, helpful to provide necessary information about Lisbon, patient and friendly. We were even able to check in earlier than expected. Thank you! Our apartment is safe, quiet, comfortable, very very clean. The facility in the building was great and we could do our laundry in-house and no extra charge. There is also a large guest room in the basement and a place for luggage storage upon checking out. There is an air conditioner but we preferred to open the windows for fresh air. However it was necessary to close the windows on two different nights because of the rubbish collection service and it was close to mid night which was quite loud. There was a coffee machine, a large fridge, a proper kitchen, tea making equipment. The kitchen was quite well equipped. The bathroom was very clean and roomy. Good shower! The location is great, close to supermarkets, good restaurants, metro stations (yellow and green lines), and a train station Roma. We took the train to visit Sintra and a couple of palaces. It took 20 minutes to get to town centre. There is a great shopping centre ‚Colombo’ and a high end department store El Corte Ingles just outside city centre, which can be easily reached by metro. We could recommend two great local restaurants just around the corner of this apartment, Republica da Tapas (great food, service, and affordable) and a healthy restaurant! We would come back here again when we visit Lisbon another time. And we would definitely recommend it to their future guests. By the way, one could get a day pass 24H for €6,80 for all trams (include the famous tram 28 and the funicular ride), metro rides and trains, even include a local train to Sintra. Thank you so much!

Very clean apartment with all necessary staff for comfort accommodation for several days

The administrator was very friendly but absolutely did not speak English. That shouldn’t be so… Supplemental products were provided for 1 day (2 cups of coffee, 2 tea bags for 2 person). When I’ve asked the administrator how can we get more coffee, he said I need to “hunt” on a cleaning lady (cleaning is done each second day) and ask for additional ones. So we’ve just bought in the supermarket what we need. P.S. Sponge for dish washing was previously used and not fresh. That can be also improved. General recommendation: to provide supplements according to number of booked days at once not making guests to ask cleaning ladies each day.

The location was very close to the airport and downtown by UBER. It was also very conveniently located next to a huge undergound shopping complex which stocked everything from straightners to pet food to simcards to groceries. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to store our luggage before the room got ready.

The view from the room was not anything spectacular as it overlooked the unkempt backyards of other apartment buildings/homes. We thought the room would be cleaned every 2 days but it was only cleaned on Day 4 when we put the 'make up my room' sign on the door.

It was a big apartment that was neat and provided us with everything to have a nice and comfortable stay, such as an airco and a nice bed. We did bring our own pillows, but the mattress was very comfortable. The fridge was big enough and the stove was perfect to cook breakfast, with enough kitchen utensils to work with. Finally, the hosts were very friendly and helped us with a lot of questions. For instance, after checking out, we could leave the suitcases for another 7 hours (check-out at 11, pick up suitcases before 18).

Although a lot of reviews talk about that the location is great, after having stayed at Bairro Alto, this location is a little far away from the city centre. Be prepared to take the Uber a lot of times, which isn't expensive in Portugal. The curtains do not provide enough darkness for our taste, so we did bring our sleeping masks.

A nice little aparthotel north of Lisbon center with all amenities, incl a decent small gym, a coworking space, laundry, and parking for 15 eur per day. In my opinion, a good location walkable distance (1h stroll) from Lisbon center. I liked the spacious room. Staff were great, very polite, positive and helpful. The only 2 small cons I observed were: (1) the quality of room cleaning a bit below expectations. I requested to make up the room once after 4 days there. The room had not been vacuumed when I returned 🤷‍♂️ No biggie, it wasn't super dirty or anything. And (2) since the airport is quite close, you'll hear planes late at night and in the morning. But it's not so bad: I'm an incredibly light sleeper, and I only woke up from them a few times each morning.

Apartment was just as advertised. Just the right amount of space with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Facilities were nice with the gym. A bit far off from the central area but I didn’t mind the walk (about 40 minutes). Staff were pleasant and always ready to help. Wi-Fi was great. Within walking distance there’s a shopping center and other stores for you to do your grocery shopping.

Everything went by smoothly but on my last night, the person on the floor above mine was moving furniture between 12 midnight and 2:30am. I was catching an early flight and barely slept because of it. If the flat is part of the business, I recommend more rules/notice on quiet hours and consideration of others. Others than that, it really was an ideal stay.

Excellent location for metro. Underground parking. Modern large apartment. Comfy bed high quality bed linen. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Immaculately clean. Laundry room. Great staff.

It’s not a dislike, more of a practical observation. Wardrobe in the bathroom un necessary. I don’t want my clothes in a room that steams up. There is plenty of space for one I. The apartment. Need coat hooks by the door. No where to hang bags or coats. A clothes horse would be good to dry clothes that won’t tumble in a dryer. These are inconveniences but not game changers. It just would have made things easier.

The apartment was huge, I spent so much time there, I had a lot of rainy days in my trip and downtime as my first day in Lisbon was actually Labour day. So what made the stay great and comfortable was my accommodation. I cannot speak for the gym cause I haven't used it but it was great to have the choice to go. Everything was comfortable and very clean. I had supermarkets,metro and a train station close by. Staff was exceptional, shout out to Dimitri that helped me a lot.

The only thing that threw me off a bit: if you are planning to stay more central, this is not the best place as it takes 30 mins to get in the centre of Lisbon with transports.

We stayed for 4 nights in this lovely apartment in Lisbon and it was a great choice! Although it’s not right in the city center, the location is very convenient – close to Roma metro station and the Roma train station, which is perfect if you want to take a day trip to Sintra. The apartment was very spacious, with a super comfortable bed and a smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and everything was spotlessly clean. The front office staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. The neighborhood is very quiet, mostly residential, but you can easily find good restaurants nearby, as well as a small shopping mall for anything you might need. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again!
