The hotel is currently under construction, but we got a new, renovated room. Rooms are cleaned every day. The metro is right in front of the hotel, so you can go anywhere you want with it. There is also a train station near the hotel (if you want to go to Sintra, for example, the starting station is less than 10 minutes away on foot). Shops, bakeries, fruit and vegetable shops, restaurants are located just 100 meters from the hotel, so our stay here was really pleasant. Another good thing is that the hotel is close to the airport, the ride with Bolt cost us 6 euros.
The rooms do not have a hair dryer. But we solved this problem by asking for it at the reception and got it.

The location was very practical, the staff was very friendly and the room was great! The bathroom had towels and all the other necessary amenities (a lot of places these days don’t have anything or charge extra for every single thing that used to be standard, so it’s always a pleasant surprise when all the basic necessities are covered). The room even had AC, a television and a mini-fridge!
The bed and pillows weren’t to my taste, they were very soft and I was pretty uncomfortable, but that is just my personal opinion, other people might prefer them that way.

The location is super, many places to eat in the area, Cinderella Panadería across the street is perfect and good prices, hotel I right on top of the Areeiro Metro Station, 6 stops from the center of Lisbon, beds were comfortable, rooms normal size, good shutters on the windows. Good value for the money. They have a 5€ breakfast that you can take advantage of it if ok with you. We did no find it appealing.
All was Ok…..however they are in the middle of a renovation project and it was a bit noisy. Shower pressure in our room(518) was not that good perhaps due to the work being done. We did report it. Pay no attention to the staff, they are helpful but not friendly at all

Residencial Areeiro is a good place to stay if you are looking for a well connected place and be far enough from city center to avoid noise and crowded places. The green line metro is right in front of the door and you will be in center less than 10 minutes. The hotel is OK - not too old, but not new. Room size is fine and you will have plenty of space for your luggage and stuff. Staff is fine as well and they helped me in all questions/requests I had .
Breakfast is definitely not good. For the price paid they could be more varied and fresh. This is the only negative point I found during my stay. All the rest is fine for the value…

Price was quite low, and the room had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us; near friends, right on the metro, and across from an Aldi (also lots of shops around). Breakfast was only 5 euro, and it was fine.
It certainly wasn't a high-class vibe; things were just a bit shabby, but in some places quite classic looking (like the cork-walled main stairs). I wouldn't have it any other way if the price was higher.

Super good position! Close to a metro station and easy to get to/from both airport and city centre! Renovated room! TV with many channels (also foreign ones!).
The bed mattress wasn't really comfortable and walls are not soundproofed enough (we could hear the rooms next to our and all the traffic noise!). I would suggest to include a small lamp close to the mirror in the bathroom.

I like the area all the transport next to it Supermarket everything next to it Amazing place . And the staff very helpful
The beginning I had a little issue with bedrooms very small, bed. The single room is very tiny, with no ventilation on the shower room I couldn't stay on it, but the staff arranged a better room for me . I think it needs a little more work. It's looks old I think next time, it's going to be better.

Location is great if you plan to come to the city from and go to the airport by bus (metro might not work at night hours, however buying a travel card from the metro station is better to avoid paying more and in cash to the bus driver). Metro station is literally next to the entrance, but changing the line is necessary if you come or go from the airport. The central staircase is well decorated. There are few bars / canteens preferred by locals nearby. Such quality/price for coffee, snacks and wine is never seen in Europe.
A kettle for tea and instant coffee in the room or at the reception would help when coming late or leaving early.

Nice little small room, next to the Areerio Metro station, not far from the beautiful huge fountains, and the airport. I only stayed for a few hours, as I had to jave somewhere to sleep during a long layover from Brazil to London. It's what it says, so no complaints from me. Had a nice sleep.
It might have been just the room I chose tbh, but there wasn't even a kettle in the room, which I am not use too. But again. That's probably the room I chose. And there was a bit of dirt in the shower, but I think it was just rusty, not anything that can be changed.

Firstly if like me you read all of the reviews and are anxious about booking here - I think you can ignore the older ones. Not sure if I got lucky, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is a budget hotel so obviously it is basic, but no where near as bad as some of these reviews. - Clean - everything was spotless. there were just a few marks on the walls which looked like they needed some paint - Staff were friendly. I had a booking error which was resolved straight away when I arrived - Great location and I felt safe a solo woman. one night I got home in the early hours of the morning, and felt safe walking along the main road. there is a review saying someone knocked on their door at 4am which did stress me out a bit. This did not happen to me - Price - For the location (10 mins train to city centre and right by station and supermarket) with a private shower, and 24/7 reception desk the price was unbeatable - Single room was spacious with working TV, desk, bench, and full sized cupboard
Nothing. I can’t complain for this price at all.
