Location is fabulous. It is a 5 mins walk from the metro and then 10 mins (4 or 5 stops) to the main centre. The advantage of this distance is that the neighbourhood is super quiet. We all slept really well in really comfortable beds. Beyond that, there is easy access and LOADS of space in the apartment.

A few minor items could be improved. The plug mechanism for the bath in the en-suite is broken and needs fixing. A few little essentials (dishwasher tablets/ washing up liquid/ shower gel and shampoo) would improve things even more but these are minor issues only.

The place was spacious. It allowed the kids a lot of room to move around, from their rooms, through the wide hallways, the comfortable living room with large television, and the living room. It also had a spacious kitchen and a balcony. There was a lift that services the upper floors. I loved its location! It is right in front of the road and a minute's walk to the main street. There were small convenience stores around the corner where we could buy provisions and restaurants nearby for quick meals. There were a lot of taxis plying the streets and it was a 7min-walk to the metro station. (We were 4 stops away from our tourist stops, It cost us only E7,50 to have a taxi bring us to the airport. Walking around the area, we passed by a park but we didn't have time to visit it. The area was quiet and felt safe.

The 8 steps from the entrance / foyer to the 1st floor lift. There were 5 of us, each carrying 25kg+ suitcases and hand-carried luggage. Lifting those heavy suitcases upon arrival & upon departure was difficult. But lift to our 4th floor room was much appreciated.

We only stayed for one night. We specifically chose the place for it's proximity to the airport. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although there was no AC the open windows and and the fans were more than sufficient.

If you come to Lisbon to be in the thick of things, this is not the place for you. The toilet in one of the two bathrooms was out of commission. The entry door downstairs is very hard to open from the inside.

Key code process works perfect. Spaces are very good. Quite area

Sealing of shower are old and therefore not clean, so advise to replace them. Also the tile joints had mold on some places.

Very big and nice apartment, perfect for my colleague and me. We had our own bedroom and bathroom (even with a spare bedroom as well). Full equipped kitchen, that we actually didn't use, there were plenty of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Also very close to two metro stations.

The apartment was not really cosy, very white wall with little decoration.

Location is perfect, in Arroios, an authentic neighborhood of Lisbon, near useful facilities such as public transport, restaurants, pharmacies, shops. The apartment is accessible (there is an elevator), spacey, beautiful and sunny. We stayed on the 4th floor. Overall, it was exactly as shown in the pictures and we were very happy. Staff were responsive to help us at all times with our questions.

Two minor things to improve. First, the kitchen was lacking a few basic items: kitchen cloths, pot holders - we had to improvise and use a bathroom towel instead. Second, in one of the 3 bedrooms there was no heating at all: the wall had marks for holding a heater, but the equipment was not there, it must have been removed for some reason.

Everything went very smoothly. Good communication with the property before and throughout the stay; good location close to the metro and a nice neighbourhood. The property itself was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Washer/ dryer would’ve been nice in a big apartment like this, especially for longer stays.

We were using it as a stopover before an early flight. May have preferred a more central location had we been using it to see Lisbon.

The apartment is very big, clean, comfortable, in a very good location and it was equipped with everything we needed: a coffee machine, dish washing machine, cuttlery, a small balcony, big dining table, etc. Also we enjoyed the self check in as we arrived very late. The communication with the property was good also.

For a longer stay, like ours, it would help a lot to have a washing machine for the clothes and the shower heads should be changed as they are not so great anymore.
