I really loved the place. And so did my teenage daughter, who's difficult to please ))) We're experienced travellers, so we were OK with shared bathroom. The room was spacious and clean. We lived on the third floor. The view was good. The street was probably noisy, but since we closed the windows, we slept like babies. We also appreciated the blinds and the air-conditioning that wasn't directed at the bed )) The kitched was amazing! And in general, all the facilities are great! The location was fine. I'd say it's a bit different from the downtown, yet, the metro is 5 mims away on foot, so we could get wherever we wanted easily. Besides, it actually takes around 45 mins to walk to the city center. So not a problem as well. I absolutely adored the way we were provided with support!!! This is probably THE BEST admin support ever!!! The host was in touch all the time and helped with whatever issues we encountered (though there weren't many). I just wish we could meet in person ))) unfortunately all the communication is in WhatsApp. But still. Fantastic welcoming support! I felt like we being taken care of and I had nothing to worry about because I would've always provided with assistance. Also whatvwas cool is that we could leave our luggage in a special room ourselves and go sightseeing while waiting for the flight. My kid and I are so happy we shose this place!!! Didn't want to leave ot today 🥰

Nothin that we didn't like.

Very comfortable room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The instructions for arriving and for parking were very helpful. Good location for our needs. The owners were very attentive and hospitable. A great kitchen and living room are available to use. Would definitely stay again.

Just a note: This listing can be a little confusing with the way Booking lists it. It is not the whole apartment, but a suite with an attached private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared and down the hallway. Not a problem for us, but a little confusing because of the way it is listed.

The location in the city is superb - quite close to the center, but not too much, and very close to a metro station (Alameda) and to a cheap parking silo (Telpark is great). The accommodation provides you with commodities such as a washing machine, fridge and freezer, a coffee machine all located in a common area.

The staff of Home Out Rooms & Apartments was a bit too pressing on us to pay the city tax as soon as possible, whereas it should be paid at the and of the stay. Moreover, despite offering free parking, it has to be explicitly asked to them in advance, in order to reserve one of the very few spots they offer.

The room is a part of big apartment, as there is separate kitchen and a sitting room. The facilities were great, strong internet connection and clean. There was a laundry machine/ a dish washer and all other amenities necessary for comfortable stay. There was a laundry detergent left for us, so we were able to do some laundry while there, which was great. The communication with the host was also very easy, they were very helpful. The location is near a metro station, so it was easy to reach the city center. They have storage rooms, so we were able to store our luggage after checking out.

The apartment is well-located in Lisbon, being located near the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) and within a 3 minute walk to the Alameda metro station, which gives you access to the major touristic attractions. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores nearby. Although not close to the airport, as Uber/Bolt is cheap in Lisbon, that was no problem. You can also book a transfer with the owner if you need it. Mr João is a sympathetic person, and helped us during our stay. The accesses are all via code - both the door to the building, to the apartment, and to the luggage room - no keys are ever needed. There is also a luggage room if you arrive early, or if your plane is after 11am and you have nowhere to leave it. The facilities are great. The bed and the sofa are comfy, there is a fully equiped kitchen, bed linens, towels and so on. We used the laundry machine and we were many days in our vacation, and it was great (they also provide laundry detergent). Overall it is a nice apartment, definitely coming back the next time in Lisbon.

Host was very nice and had fast communication. I appreciated their kindness to allow me to check in early, borrow umbrella, give extra blankets/ detergent and allow me to use the kitchen space after check out to eat lunch. Room was modern with soft lamp lighting , very cozy, good view. I stayed with my son and had no problem with shared bathroom. It was always available. We saw other families staying on our floor as well. There’s an elevator! Location is excellent, 1 min walk from metro (connecting 2 lines), close to many bus routes , supermarket right across the home, bakeries and delicious local restaurants. You really don’t need to stay in Baixa area to explore many sites in Lisbon. Oh and we did free laundry (and drying on drying rack) here. Super convenient. Also really enjoyed being able to have own space in fridge and use microwave. Everything was clean. Cleaning staff was so sweet too!! We stayed here in total of 5 nights and it was a wonderful stay. Not the most central location for sightseeing but Trinidade is a nice area with some good places for food and drink, and metro is 100m away with direct link to airport. Lots k clever touches - smart, well appointed kitchen with fridge labelled for each room to store food, laundry facilities, clothes rack with hangers and decor and cleanliness was first class. Excellent hosts and ease of check in.

Only negatives are outside control of hosts. Old building with wooden floors so noise from rooms above can be a nuisance (kids running around, furniture and roller bags being dragged around etc). Also little sound proofing and I was woken at 01.40 by a group of 3 checking in and deciding to sit in the communal area and make lots of noise. Sadly, hosts can’t be responsible for selfish and ignorant guests though maybe the check in email instructions should reinforce appropriate behaviour and quiet hours.

Scent free/hypoallergenic. Comfortable beds. Clean and functional. Great location in an interesting neighborhood and very close to the Alameda Metro station.

Shared kitchen, which we did not expect. Described as a Suite, but was not. It was a small room with a private “en suite”bathroom. A Suite is normally a bedroom, private bathroom and additional private living room, often with a kitchenette. The shared kitchen was crowded and awkward. In addition, the private bathroom had no place to set anything, although there was room enough to add a counter or shelves, and there was only one towel hook.

- Host was great - Great location, 2 mins walk to Alameda metro station - Spacious room with comfortable beds - Was provided us with a baby cot, thank you - Lift available in the building (although not step free from street) - Facilities for washing clothes, fridge, cooking

- Although a kettle in provided in the main kitchen, every time hot water is needed the old water in the kettle needs throwing away, not knowing who or when it was boiled. Would be nice if a kettle was available in each room. This would be especially for families with toddlers for late night baby feeds. - A few warning signs in the room around child safety would be nice, especially the balcony which have railing with wide spaces.

Communication with the host was awesome. We received details with videos and photos explaining where to park and how to get to the apartment. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Nice little balcony to look outside or get fresh air. Location is close to restaurants, transit, shopping. Communal kitchen was clean & well stocked.

We were in the second floor and could hear chairs in the unit absolve scraping loudly in the floor. There was a desk and chair in the room—would have preferred two chairs and a small table. These are very minor issues as the stay was overall very good. We would stay there again.
