Very happy with the breakfast - great selection: scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, cold cuts, cheese, multiple bread options, a variety of cakes, croissants, and pastel de nata, fresh fruit, veggies, and freshly squeezed juice. Additionally, there are ingredients for building yogurt parfait bowls and a selection of hot drinks and coffee. The room was very nice, with comfy beds, a spacious bathroom, closet space, a desk, TV, and a personal safe. We appreciated the option of making our own coffee and tea in the room and having small snacks and refreshments provided for free every day, either in the room or in the lobby. The room was always clean, with fresh towels available. There was a huge selection of TV channels, and the room was very quiet, making for an amazing night's sleep. The hotel is located nearby a subway station and multiple bus stations. You can find supermarkets, mini markets, snack bars, and restaurants in the area. The area is usually very quiet, and there is a laundromat right next to the hotel.

Everything was perfect and we are very happy with our stay.

Rooms are rather small and view from windows are not great. But it is in city center so what else you can expect.

The staff were very good and its a lovely boutique hotel in quite a good location with metro not too far to walk albeit up hill. Restaurants across the road and around the corner were brilliant.

The room was a bit small making putting our 2 large suitcases down a bit awkward. One was in the bathroom which was not the best but the height of the shower floor was a bit difficult for us both being in our 60's and 70's, but we managed.

Breakfast was excellent, great selection, constantly being replenished. Rooms were clean, modern, comfortable beds and plenty of space. All staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Great location, close enough to the busy tourist areas in the city centre, but far enough away from the noise and bustle.

In the double bedroom the bathroom layout could have been slightly improved. The toilet was positioned with restricted access due to washbasin and bidet either side.

The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure everything was fine. One morning we planned to leave early for an all day tour. The front desk made sure we had a portable breakfast to eat. The staff made us feel very special. The snacks and juice in the afternoon was very nice. We especially liked the breakfast room and variety offered. It was quiet & we slept well.

The room seemed small for 2 twin beds.

Dinya did not only meet our expectations, it exceeded them. The super friendly staff, a rarity these days, the cleanliness, the abundant breakfast, the caring attitude of the staff - the lady at the breakfast room would come up to me with a plate of gluten free bread and lactose free milk as soon as I would step into the room!

Not that it was a big inconvenience, but we would have loved to have breakfadt served earlier. 8 o'clock is somewhat late for those starting early with their tours. Admittedly, they do provide a bag with some food the night before whenever guests advise them.

The rooms are spacious enough and beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

It wasn’t a problem to us but if you like to walk around and not take the metro to get to the city center, it will be around a 40 to 50 min walk which we very much enjoyed every day!

We were only here for one night, so the room size was practical for us. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They truly are great! The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety of options. The Wi-Fi was easy to connect to. Parking our car rental was easy. The room was very clean, and the bed sheets were fresh and clean too! There is a great restaurant directly across the hotel - small, but great food and lovely owners. The area is safe and had a pharmacy and market nearby.

Hotel is well located in peaceful residential area, close to metro, not far away from the city center. It was one of the few options where I could have 1 room for entire family and every one had their own bed - no sofa, real bed. Room was clear, breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. Drinks and snacks

Staff and check in was great! Stayed for 3 nights to explore the city Breakfast pastries were fresh and warm, very good Room was a family room with good space and it was quiet. Close to the metro and good connections anywhere

Breakfast was a bit too basic, no boiled eggs or fried eggs… , apart from the pastries which were great not much diversity.
