Though the location of the hotel is just outside the city centre it has excellent links to the airport and the centre close by. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the facilities were generally very good. It was well maintained, clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. A good breakfast was provided on an all you could eat buffet basis. A great base for the start of each day and to return to.

The only small issue I have is that the design of the bathroom provide very little room for the toilet. Anyone tall or with mobility constraints will find it cramped. Some strategically placed hand rails would improve the situation significantly.

We got a room on a high floor, likely because we asked for a quiet floor. (The hotel was likely not fully booked then, anyway.) The room was relatively small for two people, but it was alright for a short stay. The front desk staff was efficient with our check-in (a late one), and then helpful with any question or request we had. The housekeeping staff was kind enough to fulfill our pre-arrival request for extra pillows and a blanket. The hotel bar has great prices and late availability, with varied options for drinks, and complimentary snacks. Funny little music-related puns on all labels and posters throughout the hotel and the room/bathroom. Seems newly-renovated, everything was clean, and they offer decent toiletries. Hot shower water came quickly, even late at night, no matter the high floor. Uber from the airport was around 10 EUR, and took about 20'. It's close to a few metro stations (careful: not all entrances are open at weekends), in a quiet, clean area. Takes about 20-30' to get to the center. A few good coffee or brunch options (and not only) in the area, so we didn't need to get the hotel breakfast (they did let us check it out in the morning, and there were varied options, that looked ok).

Not a lot to dislike, to be honest. A few mentions, to err on the side of caution: The room was on the small side: suitable for two people only if the stay is short and the luggage is small. We used the extra blanket as it got chilly one night, and the AC heat wasn't efficient enough. The drain had an overflowing problem, if the shower ran for more than 10' or so. Not critical, though. (No mini-bar or -fridge in the room, but the lobby bar is ok.)

Very nice staff at the reception and everywhere, they are attentive and friendly. Our booking included breakfast, which was rather good as well. They serve it up until 12, so you can have it after a good sleep. The beds are super comfy and the mattress are tough. It was surprisingly quite in the room and we heard neither the neighbors nor the corridor. There are a lot of bus stops and access to metro with direct links to airport and Oriente. The rooms are pretty small, so be ready for it.

In general it was a very pleasant experience. A few things for improvement: 1. The water temperature in the shower was unstable and at times turned to very hot, so that I had to jump out. I would add 1-2 additional towels as well, as we only had three for both of us 2. There are no glasses/cups/kettle/fridge in the rooms. It would've been nice to have it to drink some tea or coffee after a day in the city. 3. Could have been nice to have some present for my boyfriend's birthday, but it is not something thsr we usually expect :D

I always received a warm welcome from the staff. The majority of staff spoke English. Breakfast was co tinental, but not of options. Breads, pastel de nata, cereal, fruits, cold meats, you can freshly squeeze your own orange juice. Breakfast runs until 12pm. The staff are all courteous and polite. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Saldhana metro station. This takes you to Cais de Sodre, which is the main station to Cascais, which is an amazing beech. This is 40 minutes. Equally, you can transfer and be in the tourist area of Lisbon quickly. The metro stations are large and do require a lot of walking up and down steps. There are lifts/elevators.

The matress had a topper that moves when you get up. Nothing major.

Everything was great, great price/performance, was clean all round. Breakfast is good, staff is helpful, location is central. We liked our time here.

The TV remote in the room had a Netflix button on it, but the installed software in the TV didn't let me open the app. Basically couldn't use the TV (youtube, netflix etc.) Except the channels, which were in portugese so we couldn't understand. To be fair, this is a hotel that you come back to at the end of the day to sleep.

Although not in the heart of the neighborhoods visitors to Lisbon usually want to see, the hotel was in a good location. Convenient access to Lisbon's Metro (about two blocks) made it easy to get to other areas in the city. Restaurants, grocery store, bars, and coffee shops were within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Water in the bathroom took a long time to get warm.

This is a classical Ibis hotel! A value for money choice, given the high cost of accommodation in Lisbon. Hotel rooms are nice, not very big, but clean and functional. Breakfast was fine, as well as, the internet. Hotel stuff was very polite and helpful. Hotel is located approximately 30' walking from the historical center, but if someone doesn't want to walk there are plenty transport choices nearby (metro, bus).

No kettle in the room. No english breakfast tea at breakfast as they had run out of tea bags and didnt bother to get any from the bar or the shop over the road! The bar sold me a tea for 2 Euro! There must be a lot of people who drink tea, surely they could get a box of tea bags but it seems not.

The staff was very friendly and spoke perfect english. The room was recently refurbished - nice modern design. And, the hotel had its own parking garage (this could have been communicated more clearly). The garage is quite a tight fit; If I had an Audi Q7 or Range Rover I wouldn’t even tried getting it in there.

The shower wasn’t the best (you had to hold it yourself above your head, maybe to make sure people take short showers - to save water for the environment?). And, the blowdryer was poor, but that’s the case in 95% of Hotels (how expensive is it to get decent blowdryers?).

The room was very nice and comfortable, The location is very good, there is a Lidl in front of it, there are coffee shops and restaurants, and the shopping center. It is a great and excellent location. And with this location, there are many famous places nearby, like Rossio, like the Marqus de Bombal, and the rest of the places
