Everything clean. Mattress comfortable. Balcony nice for having breakfast on. Staff helpful and friendly. Location convenient, with large supermarket, bars and restaurants all near to the accommodation. To go down to the more touristy areas (waterside, Alfama etc...) you can either take a metro (five minute walk), an Uber (about 6 euros), or walk (15 minutes to Park Eduardo VII. 45 mins to the water, but definitely a nice walk worth doing with plenty to see along the way).

Saturday night very noisy on the street outside our window/balcony until about 2 o'clock in the morning (this is not the fault of the hotel, but it is a thing) - The other nights were relatively calm and quiet. Also the bed is quite short (but comfortable enough, so long as you're not two slightly larger people).

The location is the best, central Lisbon. The Residencial Lord was good enough. The room was a good size with 2 beds. One double and one single and the toilet and shower inside the room. They cleaned the room every day and the staff was friendly.

This is not a place for posh people. But good enough for people who want to save money.

It was quiet in my room. . It was a clean and comfortable room, with a private bathroom. Metro is very close (closer than reported on the site). Definitely would consider going back again. Lovely area, a few market stalls, several nice looking Restaurants.

TV did not work, but had Netflix on my phone. There is no WiFi, available

The room was very clean, New air conditioning. The location is my favorite in Lisbon. Marina was very kind, and always offered fresh towels, and supplies daily. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and grocery store. Refrigerator and microwave in common area was very nice to have, to store and prepare food.

A sign needs to be put on the elevator letting people know if when they exit the elevator, and don't close the door behind them the elevator will not come when called. I did get good exercise climbing the stairs, when people forgot to close the door :) This is not the hotels fault, but the people that use the elevator.

A good place to stay in transit or for a few days. The location is very good, with many restaurants, shops, quiet area, the metro station is close to the building. The rooms are small but with everything you need, the balcony with table and chairs was lovely. Friendly and open staff. I gladly recommend for a young couple or single people.

The location was good, decent neighbourhood with shops and restaurants around. The facilities were good, clean and quiet. Overall a decent and budget wise place to stay. A value for money accommodation. Will recommend.

Great value for the money. Very easy to get to. Staff were very accommodating. It was clean and comfortable with a great kitchen.

Very tricky locking system with keys from other ages, not always easy to open up the doors. Very small room. No shampoo and only 2 small soaps were provided at the beginning of your stay...none after.
