Located near Saldanha metro station, it's a convenient spot to explore Lisbon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a clean and perfectly maintained room with a lovely tiled balcony which added a nice touch to my city experience. A spacious bathroom with a set of local toiletries was another little gem. I had chosen Zenit Lisboa just because it was a starting point for my guided tour, but based on my pleasant acquaintance with the hotel I would surely stay here again.

Everything is great!

<Positive> - Clean and good location. Only 2 minutes walk from metro. - Lemoned water available to drink at the reception. - Excellent breakfast buffet but a bit costly (Euro14 per person). - Bathroom is big and water pressure is good. - Quiet at night.

<Negative> - We were in a triple bed room and there was not enough space to walk around. - The hotel has stairs from the entrance to the reception and there was no slide floor to drag our luggage. 4 of our family members were above 70 and it was hard for them to carry their luggage down the stairs. And there was no concierge to help us out.

Friendly and professional reception staff. Nice and clean- housekeeping does a great job. Great location- lovely neighbourhood and easy access to metro stations with good links into city centre and to airport.

The phone in one of the rooms was not working but luckily we had two rooms, so we could use the other phone. The flush in one of the bathroom toilet got stuck on the first night and we had to turn the water off from the tap to the cistern; nothing major, and it got repaired by the time we got back on the second day; just a minor inconvenience, and the reception staff was apologetic.

I liked the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the facilities provided in the room (tea, coffee etc.). Breakfast was a bit expensive but the variety and freshness of the food was a positive aspect of the breakfast. Room was very clean. I am happy to stay in Zenit hotels (though I should not be expressing my preference there are also other brands I like but lately I discovered Zenit hotels and I am happy with my preference) when I stay in Portugal and Spain, it never fails one's expectations in terms of quality. I hope it continues to be like this.

Except the price of the breakfast (which could be a bit cheaper than what it is presently), I have not other comments, I would go back and stay in the same hotel again.

The location of this property is great. Our room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom a nice size. Room is small but able to move around. Luggage placement was an issue but expected for size of room. I really like the privacy that the double entrance door offers buffers out hallway noise and bathroom. Room had mini frig and tea kettle a plus. Overall, our two night stay was great, would stay here again when the price for us is affordable. We return to Lisbon in a few weeks but the price for same accommodations has gone up quite a bit. Happy travels!

No dislikes

The room was massive, the bed was incredibly comfortable. It had a nice little balcony, nice big windows and plenty of natural light. Incredibly close to the metro station, only a short few minutes away from some lovely restaurants. Honestly if I ever go back to Lisbon I’d stay there.

Genuinely only thing I didn’t like was the pillows as I found them too soft and didn’t offer enough neck support but that’s because I prefer a harder pillow, but that’s just a personal preference. After that there was nothing else wrong.

Room, bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep every night. Which isn’t usually the case. The room felt very homely. The breakfast was good and had variety.

Can’t really fault it. The only thing would be at breakfast, you could ask for certain foods, but I was never automatically asked what I would like. It was only when some one else requested fried eggs, that I asked for myself. And they were delicious

Very quiet area in the district of Saldanha and on a metro line straight to the airport so extremely useful! Liked the peace and quite of this area, together with great bars for breakfast, evening drinks and evening dining - not noisy and good value. Preference was to jump on a metro to get to the various areas and then walk around all day rather than stay in the very busy central area.

Nothing! It suited our need perfectly, so no complaints at all.

It was clean, the brekfast is very nice, there are markets around, such as Il Corte Ingles, the subway to the airport is several minutes from the hotel. The staf is very polite. I felt very safe there.

Everything was ok. I did not use any additional contents, so I do not about those. Only thing missing is a milk for the coffee that was offered in the room😅

The location was perfect for our stay, close to the metro however within walking distance to most places if preferred! The staff were lovely, and the hotel was beautiful. We absolutely loved the big patio style doors/windows in our room! Room was cleaned every day and we were able to leave our luggage in a hold room for the day after checkout which was a bonus! Very affordable, would definitely return.

The bed was a little hard, however the size of it and the lovely pillows definitely made up for it. There was also a downpour on our last night which meant there was a continuous loud drip, possibly from gutter as was on the top floor?
