Very nice and modern hotel with great spa. rooms were up to standard and a welcome gift is always nice

The girl checking us in was not very friendly. She never did welcome us, and actually gave us attitude. After that she added €200 on top of the agreed amount, just in case we might need something during our stay. If this is policy, please mention this to your guests as we experienced it as greedy, especially coming from the mean girl.

1. Our room was quite comfortable. On the day after we checked-in, we were moved into a suite because the hotel indicated that some urgent repairs had to be carried out. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Apart from a very large bathroom, it also had an ensuite toilet attached to the living room. The housekeeping staff were kind enough to supply as many (complimentary) drinking water bottles as we required in our room. 2. Buffet breakfast was very good. 3. The hotel is conveniently located. A shopping mall is just across the road and restaurants within walkable distance. No problems in Uber taxi connectivity.

1. Snacks and drinks served in the lounge could be improved, particularly in terms of variety. The lounge itself is housed in the lobby which compromises its ambience and exclusivity.

Breakfast was really nice but on the expensive side but a great selection of food available. Staff were amazing, the Manager even came over to see how we were finding it. The staff seemed to be positive, which makes me think they are well looked after, which is nice to see!

The hotel seemed quite dark , going into the lobby and looking to the left where the bar is seemed a bit gloomy , so did the hall ways leading up to the rooms Breakfast- over priced

All the staff are exceptional, from the reception and concierge to housekeeping and breakfast services. They graciously allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out and even lent us umbrellas. The hotel has improved significantly, now featuring a spacious reception hall, bar, and breakfast room. The breakfast is even better. The views are absolutely stunning.

Breakfast was fab! Location was fair. Still had to taxi to many places. Staff were sooo nice, especially in the lobby. There was a great atmosphere in the lobby. Especially for a night cap.

I did ask for pool view and asked when I realised and was told it was too busy. Slight smell of stale smoke so definitely ask for non smoking next time. And strange that on check in I was told I should of booked with site because I would of got a better deal. This was untrue as I had checked this before travel. Not something that should be said when your checking in unless you are going to give me a discount.

Super friendly staff. All the staff I had contact with were very Very charming and warm.

The entire Spa area is extremely outdated and in need of much repairs. Also had 4 pillows. And all were exactly the same and quite flat. At least one former pillow would be a big plus.

The hotel is modern with exceptional amenities, spacious rooms, and staff. It is ideally situated in the central area of Lisbon.

There is limited space for vehicles around the hotel which was not a problem for us or for anyone not using his or her own vehicle.

Very clean and fancy room. Superb breakfast! Staff extremely friendly. Extensive fittness & spa. The outdoor pool is great! Longtime that we had a 5* hotel that really is a 5- hotel like in the old days!

There was nothing we didn't like! Everything was just perfect!

Accessible to the shopping area like el corte ingles, clean and spacious room, food was delicious, l like the free popcorn in tbe reception area. The staff are courteous.

Excellent service and support. Had an issue with phone and tv, management quickly resolved within 1/2 hour, apologized and also offered minor compensations, such as free breakfast.

Would have been nice for hotel to offer smaller lower priced food options for those not looking to eat or spend much, to supplement the bar food offerings
