The personel is very helpful. We asked them if it's possible to decrease the general heating temperature and they have done that. On another day we asked them if possible to take breakfast earlier than the normal program and they had done that. The rooms were clean. The location is 5 minutes from the metro and near a wonderful park.

The bathroom is way to narrow, you can not sit straight on the WC. The heating/air conditionar is done through the same vent but it did not seemed to have been recently cleaned (my partner has a sensibility to dust which happened only when the heating was on) The rooms could use a little bit more sound isolation, as we were near the kitchen we could hear in the morning everything and most probably others could also hear us.

The staff was great! Very picturesque receptionist, friendly hostesses, breakfast was delicious, room clean. The location is excellent, 3 minutes to the metro, 10 minutes to a large and beautiful park. There are several small grocery stores nearby.

We only stayed for 2 days, and unfortunately, on the second day in the evening the intercom stopped working, and if it weren't for the locals living in this house on the floors below, we would not have been able to get into the hotel. There were also a couple of cracks on the bathroom countertop. The room itself was not as spacious as we expected. If you are traveling with suitcases, be prepared to carry them to the second floor without an elevator, and then still have to think about where to put them, because there is not much space for them. But we traveled with two backpacks and it was fine for us.

Breakfast could have an egg option(even only boiled) This was the only thing missing Rooms are a bit small and need a maintenace as they smell. Other than that our stay was very good

Wonderful staff were very knowledgeable and recommended a great value tour to Sintra, Cascais & other nearby places. Breakfast was complete & served in a cozy environment. The hotel is located within a 10-15 min walk to 3 metro stations, so travelling around Lisbon was no problem at all. There are plenty of restaurants in the area too.

The hotel has no elevator access, so going up 2 floors with heavy baggage was a bit difficult. However the super friendly readily provided assistance.

The breakfast was very good: almost always the same, but with many different options that you can choose (toasts, cereals, iogourt, juice - not natural -, coffee, fruits, and more. Moreover, if you cannot make it to breakfast one day and you inform about it the day before, they pack you a bag with food. A take-out breakfast for that day. Easy access on underground, and a 7 minute walk. The bathroom has a hairdryer, which comes in handy. The room had a kettle with cups, teabags and camomille. In front of the hotel, there is a supermarket where you can buy a quick dinner if you don't want to go out once you return to the hotel. There is a storage room where you can leave your luggage after the check-out if your plane takes off in the evening, and you can return to get it whenever you can.

You hear sometimes the corridor, and also the other rooms very faintly. The room didn't have a small fridge. The hotel is on the second floor in a building with no lift. In case anyone is interested, the views are to an interior patio.

Possibility to be check-in earlier. Bread for breakfast was in plastic bag, so we were sure that nobody touch it. Everything was super clean, room was cleaning every day. Personel was very nice and helpful.

Reasonable price to stay. All staff were really kind and helpful. The room was cozy and clean enough. Not bad breakfast. Leaving our luggage after check-out was thankful.

The toilet was too small so moving inside the toilet wasn’t easy. The door of toilet is half-transparent which is a bit awkward and uncomfortable. The location of the hotel is good to use public transport but it’s a bit far from the city centre. Walking from the hotel to the city centre was tiring. (But if you have a travel pass for public transport, it doesn’t matter.

My experience was truly exceptional! The staff provided incredible service, always being friendly and approachable. They explained all the details of the stay, addressed my inquiries, scheduled the transfer, and offered valuable local insights. Despite the compact room, it was functional, and everything was impeccably clean, organized, and well-decorated. I particularly commend the shower quality and the towels' pristine condition. Although we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, the location proved excellent, placing us close to all the attractions. It was undoubtedly one of the best places I've ever stayed. Congratulations to the team for their excellence in service and facilities!

Second time I stayed here, which should tell you all you need to know :) It's a small, familiar guest house in a beautiful neighbourhood (central, but just outside the overly touristy downtown part). Staff is very friendly and helpful - a welcome respite from many Lisboetas who are fed up with tourists. The breakfast is more than adequate. Beds are very comfy.

Rooms are missing hooks and surfaces to put stuff - our room was large enough in theory, but we still struggled to place items, despite travelling with slim carry-ons. The bathroom in the bigger room was actually smaller than in the basic room - not a problem for us, but it might be for people in bigger bodies. Some rooms are a little damp, but to be honest, I've never seen a house in Portugal that didn't have this issue.

The hotel is facing a supermarket , is on a street where you can find loads of restaurants , an Aldi also nearby , book shops , Shopping mall . The breakfast is lovely , the girls from breakfast and reception are so helpful and nice . The room was warm , the bed comfortable and bathroom clean . Can't wish more from an accommodation !
