Very friendly staff . Good location near the park and walking distance to the Gulbenkian museum and a Banksy museum both were delightful. Good restaurants around . Fifteen minutes of drive from the airport . Breakfast was very well thought out and included all the choices one can wish for.Beautiful building and courtyard. Nice front desk people.

No grab bars in bathroom ,with a high bathtub and slick floors seniors and petite travelers need extra caution . Lighting in room could be brighter and plugs for recharging phones and tablets were hidden under bedside tables . They did give me an extension cord right away . Little too far to walk to centre of town .

While the overall stay was wonderful, the breakfast could be more diverse. Though the quality of food was good, the variety felt limited, especially for guests staying multiple days. Adding more international and kid-friendly options would make the dining experience even better.

Location is very convenient, in a good neighbourhood and close to the park Eduardo VII. We tried the hotel restaurant one evening and the food and the service were excellent with a nice garden outside.

The wifi in my room was almost non existent and since I needed to do some work on my laptop, this was a big disappointment. The room we were given had very few windows and was dark, overlooking the backyard. The breakfast is situated in a basement with no windows. No eggs variety.

A lovely hotel and very clean. The staff are amazing, especially the cleaning staff who are always happy and greet you with a smile. So nice to have a restaurant on site when travelling with a baby!

Their breakfast room is quite small and every morning you have to queue for 10-15 minutes. Not sure why they don't use a meeting room as queuing for breakfast at a 5 star hotel seems unheard of.

The hotel is beaitiful with many amenities it looks like it was build or renovated in the early 2000's the reception and the restaurant stuff are lovely

The breakfast service was very hectic and crowded, it seems that many people chose to have breakfast at the hotel but the quality of the breakfast was excellent! the jacuzzi active hours are so limited, 11-18:00pm which is a very small window, we went there at 8:00 hoping we could work out and then relax at the jacuzzi but iit was closed. You should consider it for people who come for work, it might be better to close the hotel later maybe at 20:00. Also, the gym is outdated with a lot of unmaintained equipment, some needed to be restored. However it was clean and functional!

I had an amazing experience at this splendid 5-star hotel near Eduardo VII Park and conveniently located close to the metro. The hotel offers all the top-notch services you’d expect: a luxurious spa, a fantastic restaurant, and a sports bar with delicious burgers and free broadcasts of major sports events. One of the highlights was the complimentary spa access, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hot tub and sauna were the perfect way to relax before checking out. The included breakfast was excellent and plentiful, featuring a great mix of continental options and local specialties. The pastel de nata were fresh and absolutely delightful! To top it all off, the price was incredibly reasonable for a 5-star experience. I am truly satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and value.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Real Palácio in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and attention to detail that made our experience unforgettable. The hotel's facilities are of excellent quality, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms, a relaxing spa, and impeccable amenities. The breakfast was especially plentiful and delicious, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to all tastes. I would like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Marta Sousa (Guest Relations Manager), for her remarkable efforts. Her thoughtful advice, professionalism, and the small touches made all the difference, making our stay truly exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Marta, Ms. Sílvia, Ms. Adília and the entire team for helping create such precious memories. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Lisbon!

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!

The room had a terrible noise in it at night like an on-off hum. I telephoned reception at 2 in the morning to ask them to come up and listen to it but nobody answered the call. When I left at 4am on my last day for the flight home, the noise was as bad as ever. It sounded like someone snoring every second but louder and it was in the corridor outside the lift as well as in the room. This was room 618. I did not complain at the time because I originally thought it might be someone snoring and they might leave the hotel.

The gym was pretty tired. Equipment out of order, and really not fit for purpose. It would be better not to have it rather than advertise a fitness suite that is well past its sell by date. The restaurant serves good food but the vegetarian options were limited. The gnocchi dish was rather bland and the food on arrival was cold. Fish lovers need to be reminded that it is not the custom in Portugal to remove the fish bones. So a haddock dish leaves you concerned that you’re going to choke on a fish bone. No doubt if I had complained the cold dish of food would have been replaced. However one is not always comfortable highlighting a problem as it often can be misunderstood as looking for some kind of compensation.
