The staff (a lot of them throughout the day-always a human available for help) that's amazing! All of them were very well prepare/trained about their knowledge of check-ins/outs guidance, (knowledge of the area) etc. Polite and easy to recognize them(not a uniform, but all of them were the same colors so easy to indetify them in case of need). Their kitchen, living rooms, patio's space, study laptop areas, as well as dining room were impecable clean and organize! Congratulations The space in the rooms were according as advertised so yeah you can trust the pics you see from this place, they are legit! Definitely a place I'll enjoy to stay more times! ...and so charmed by this place that I ended up getting an extra day(a new reservation but no problem was easy). I do recommend.
I believe the shower floors should be worked out on details like controlling the water of shower that comes out, but I think for a such a place like this, that "small technical problem" should be solve very fast and easy. This last(NOTHING RELATED TO THE HOSTEL INDEED), but to another person that arrived late and make lots of noise on his entry to the room. But that happens sometimes in hostel(not much to do in these case) is out of control of the hostel and is more about the behave of the pax's that arrive.

My whole experience was wonderful! The overall rating is just not fair because this is a real hostel, with the real hostel vibe, not an improvised apartment with no common area. Let's start with the staff. They will go extra mile to comfort you, everybody was so kind and super helpful to me. Then, the breakfast! I loved it so much. It was included in the price, but if I had to pay for it, I'd do it. Ham, cheese, bread, etc. even pastel de nata and chia seeds. Common area is spacious and comfortable. There is a big kitchen with the dining area, plus the working hub with flawless Wifi. The room was okay, but you don't go to hostels to spend time in your room anyway. No bedbugs, dirty sheets nor uncomfortable beds. For 20 EUR per night I got so much!

The location was great for what I was looking for, I was able to explore another part of Lisbon and find a wonderful park near an art museum. The stay was just right for an overnight before leaving for the airport the next day, metro station near by went directly there. The front desk personnel were accommodating.
The place was very clean, though the chemical lemon clean solution used gave me an immediate headache. Held my breath when walking through. This is a hostel for a lot of visitors or large groups, very full and sometimes chaotic from what I was used to from the other stays. Also the secure places in the dorm to 'hold' any luggage couldn't fit any kind of luggage size, except maybe a duffel bag, or small luggage.

Everything was excellent especially considering how cheap it is! I ended up staying almost 2 weeks instead of just 7 nights. That says something I think! :) The breakfast is not the same as in 4 star 160e per night hotels but it's definitely also not the "only dry bread" I saw here in the reviews beforehand. I think the breakfast is more than you could expect when you are paying only around 20e/night in Lisbon! Breakfast included tea or special coffees (espresso, cappucino, chococcino, americano, strong coco, you name it..). Unlimited! 2 types of white bread to toast with butter and tomatoes and cucumbers. 2 kinds of jams and nut spread. 2 kinds of sweet cakes. Fresh fruits: apples, oranges and/or pears. 3 different juices. Cornflakes, soy and cow milk. I think that's definitely enough! The breakfast is served right next to the communal kitchen so you are able to "upgrade it up" with something you have bought by yourself like eggs or yoghurt. The hostel felt really safe and I was able to have my bicycle in the inside patio area. Beds were comfortable, clean and the curtains gave nice privacy. Rooms were cleaned up everyday. I would stay there again!

I loved the mixed 4 bed room I stayed in. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower were clean and very nice. I met some nice people who stayed in the same room. The staff were lovely, I didn't have too much interaction with them but when I did they were nice and helpful. Especially Raya (I hope I remember the name right) she checked me in and was very helpful, friendly and quite beautiful. The communal area was nice to hang out in the morning and the evening for a drink and to just have a bit of chill time from the room.
Everything was perfect for a hostel stay, I have no complaints.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Beds have curtains, plugs and lamps which helps a lot. There are activities around the clock to get to know new people. Bar is good. You can grab cards or other games to play with your friends. Overall solid experience. I will choose WOT if I have to stay in a hostel next time.
Bathroom water tap is timed and fixed in place, so you have to press that over and over again. Which isn't a big deal, i just disliked that.

Excellent Bathrooms - lots of space (not 2 feetx 2 feet matchboxes liek other places) and clean. Superb kitchen, nice breakfast included in the price. Superb chilling area. The beds are also very comfortable and they have big lockers, privacy curtains and plug points at each bed - very well thought out place. Loved it
They have stuffed in toooooo many beds into each room to maximize return on space. Which is fine usually, but some of the beds are like prison cells (you have to crawl into them like crawling into a long box - like the japanese "hotels. Looked very suffocating. (I was given one such, I managed to request for an open sided one and got it. But IfI had to sleep there I woudl be suffering for lack of ventilation and geenral claustrophobia)

Location! It is 30min walk from city center..good communication by metro or bus. Value for the money! Seriously sleeping almost in the city centre of capital for around 22€ it is good deal! Good breakfast, although should have more veg.. I saw empty plates of tomatoes ( probably we came in the moment all other people ate all) Staff was really friendly and helpful :) especially that there were a big group of young people when we were staying so totally admire that members of staff weren't grumpy cause I would be 😀

The location was great, close to the metro station and very urban area with many shops, bus lines etc. The staff was very friendly, the 4-bed room was nice and spacious and we had our private bathroom. The yard was also nice to spend some time outside. Also i used their lockers later, which was very useful in order not to carry my bag all day long with me.
The breakfast could be a little bit more variant, everything was basically sweet with just a few things available. Also the shower in private bathroom could be cleaned a bit more. Except that everything was fine.

Staff were very kind and my flight was cancelled so missed my first check in on my first night yet let me stay. Bed was comfy
Nothing to do with the hotel but lots of scammers at the airport particularly taxis and got charged 50 euro to the hotel. Please be careful don't want people to get caught. In the hotel, the stairs to the top bunks doesn't have enough steps on the ladder so bit tricky. Showers are very old and overall layout is confusing to get around, just nit picking.
