The hotel is nice and the room was comfortable, with good amount of light. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff was welcoming and helped us when needed.

The location is convenient but the street itself isn’t the best - it is a bit dirty and dodgy. There is some noise in the morning (not very early though) because of a grad school in front of the hotel. The bathroom door was a sliding one that doesn’t go all the way, so not the biggest privacy.

We stayed five nights at this location and had an excellent experience. The hostel was newly renovated with tasteful decor, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having a window for ventilation as well as air conditioning. The washroom was also a good size, with well-functioning plumbing. The included breakfast exceeded expectations, offering fresh scrambled eggs, croissants, buns, cheese, ham, sausage slices, yogurt cups with fruit and crumble, a variety of dried cereals, cakes, jams, fresh fruit juices, fresh fruits, and a good selection of coffee and tea. The breakfast room itself was bright and pleasant. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the location was very convenient—a short walk to the blue and red metro lines at São Sebastião station. The red line offers a direct route to and from the airport, while the blue line provides quick access to Rossio Square and central Lisbon.

The only minor complaint was that the street on which the hotel is located is a bit run down, but this did not prove to be an issue. The surrounding area is very nice, and just around the corner is a great restaurant called Lidia's.

While our overall stay was pleasant, there were a few minor drawbacks. The room was notably small, which might be an issue for some guests. However, for our short one-night stay as a couple, it was adequate. The compact size could be challenging for longer stays or for those with more luggage. Despite this limitation, we didn't encounter any significant problems during our time there.

Great location, really close to the metro and bus stops where you can get several buses to the city centre from. Daily cleaning and nice, polite staff. I was arriving after 9 pm, and they had sent me the code to open the door, and my key was waiting for me in the envelope on the registration desk. Also, I asked for the invoice (as I had visited with business purposes) after I had already left Portugal, and they kindly sent me it via email. Overall, recommend for quite location, close proximity to the city centre, reasonable price and decent service.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is quite nice — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is also a big plus, just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by a few good restaurants. One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed us to leave our bags both before check-in and after checkout, which was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was also a highlight — delicious and with a good variety.

While I appreciated some aspects of the stay, there were a few things that I didn’t quite like. The shower temperature was inconsistent — sometimes turning suddenly cold, especially when someone else was using water, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom door doesn’t close completely, which can be inconvenient depending on who you’re traveling with. Another point to mention is that the outdoor area felt a bit dark at night, and during the day it could get quite noisy. These factors didn't affected the overall comfort of the stay, but it's more for an FYI.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. It was possible to communicate with the hotel via WhatsApp to leave my luggage there early and to check in late. The room was clean and very comfortable. My room did not have a window but that did not worry me as I was expecting that. Check that you are booking a room that has an ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. It is in a quiet and very convenient place near the the main Avenue and an easy ride to the Airport. Hairdryers are available from reception if needed

Good place for a one-day stay. Location is quite good, near the metro, park, cafes, shops around. There wasn't a huge selection of food for breakfast, but everyone could find something to eat.

I knew I was choosing a room without a window, but the room was very small and not very cozy. The air conditioner and dehumidifier were on, so it was quite noisy at night. Also, the door to the room was quite thin, so you could hear people walking and banging on the doors of other rooms.

Very clean and comfortable in a favor le position in Lisbon, parking is public in the streets but we’ve always been able to find a spot very close to the hotel. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is really nice

No windows and the rooms are a bit humid. It’s not that bad but first impression smell is not the greatest. After you use the humidifier in the room it gets better, make sure to empty it out every day because the staff won’t. The bathroom is tiny and the light turns on both the shower and the bathroom at the same time, since the shower is in the room, the whole room turns on and if you need to go at night, you either need to wake everyone up or go in the dark lol.. it’s not that bad, and for a few days stay the hotel is a perfect little place overall.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bossa & Bed Hostel - the facilities were amazing and the hotel is so close to lots of wonderful restaurants and the Metro. The breakfast provided in the morning was very high quality everything was clean and modern and would definitely stay again and recommend to others who are visiting Lisbon.
