Room somewhat dated.

First of all, the location of the facility is great. Blue line is the heart of lisbon, everywhere to see is on the blue line and the hotel is 5 steps from Blue Metro Line Parque. If you do not want to use the metro and want to walk, you will pass through many squares up to the river. The hotel is in a very central location. 5 minutes walking distance to El Corte Ingles Lisboa shopping centre. The breakfast is very enjoyable and satisfying, they constantly replenish the products. Reception services are very fast and very helpful. It's a clean hotel where I will stay again

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Lisbon! 🏨✨ I stayed 4 nights in January 2025 and everything was perfect: the room was clean, large, street view, comfortable, varied and sufficient breakfast every morning, and the location is excellent - just a few steps from the Parque metro station, which made getting around the city extremely easy. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with local recommendations. I recommend with confidence to those who want to discover the charm of Lisbon in a comfortable and convenient way!

The air conditioner was a very old model, which only started/stopped from a button attached to it, so the remote control received from the reception was absolutely useless

Very good value for money. The location is very good, the metro stop is right in front of it. The staff is helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room is clean, cleaned regularly.

Recommendation, it's not expensive, but I really missed it: There are no hooks on the wall for coats, for example. There could be, say, 8-10 pieces right at the entrance. The shower head in the bathroom is a disaster. It splashes everywhere, just not where it should. A simpler, manual head would also be better. The lock was missing from the safe, it could not be used. The closet is very small, few shelves. But despite all that, I have to say that it is a good accommodation

We spent four days in this hotel. Excellent location. The hotel is located in the center of Lisbon, close to the metro and very convenient interchange. The hotel has an elevator, cleaning every day, quiet, you can’t hear the neighbors. Everything is neat and clean in the bathroom. Vola constantly. Everything it works, there is a hairdryer. We were lucky with a view of the city and the metro, we had a balcony where we admired the park and the city. Nearby are several supermarkets, a large shopping center, and a beautiful park. Breakfast is quite extensive, there are fruits, sliced sausages and cheese, yoghurts, smoothies, pastries, fresh bread, delicious coffee and juice. Pleasant service and polite staff. They told us how to get to the famous tram 28 and in the first hour of our arrival in Lisbon, we rode the tram in the morning. Thanks to the hotel, our acquaintance with Lisbon We really liked it. We will definitely come back again.

Everything is ok

Efficient - fantastic central location, across the street from underground station. Accommodation is humble, with all the essentials, serves de purpose if luxury is not a priority. Staff was polite and helpful. Economy prices, so you get what you pay for (and don’t mean that in a bad way)

Could do with a slight touch up, and noticed some details to be improved on cleaning. A slightly bigger variety at breakfast would go a long way or having the full assortment available throughout the hours of service.

The location was great, right in front of the Parque metro station. It was close to many other central locations as well. The room was big enough with a nice balcony. The staff was very helpful and they were always smiling. There were lots of restaurants and markets around the hotel.

The breakfast was always the same and there were not many things to eat. It would be nice if there was a little more variety. The bed was a little bit old. It needs to be renewed.

The location and neighborhood of the hotel are a plus. Mr. Manoel, the doorman, is a friendly person. The breakfast is honest and serves you well. The cleanliness of the rooms is great.

Some of the receptionists are not as polite and friendly as they should be, but one in particular was excellent and always very attentive. The building is under construction and therefore there is a lot of dust in the common areas. The carpet in the room is very old and I recommend that it be removed, as it accumulates a lot of dirt. It would be great to have a mini-fridge in the room, so guests can keep their water and food as fresh as possible.

The are so flexible and the helped me a lot in my special situation! So many thanks about this!

All is well! Unfortunately, I can't understand these complainers who are always looking for negative things: everything is too small, no fruit,... What kind of arrogant people are they? This is a very humane place where you can get help if everything doesn't go according to plan (unfortunately my wife is in the hospital). I can highly recommend the accommodation!

Good location, across the road from Metro station and around the corner from Marques de Pombal, walking distance to 3D Art and Puzzle Room, restaurants and shops. Breakfast continental, no complaints, good variety. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds, Only one pillow per person. Will stay there again when in Lisbon.
