Really nice staff. Great location for easy Metro access. Comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was a rather petty practice of being strict about not taking any food from the breakfast area upstairs for a sleeping partner. Or if one wanted a piece of fruit for a long flight. Silly.

1) Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of options. 2) Room was spacious and comfortable. 3) The room was clean and the housekeeping team did a great job. 4) Location was very convenient, just steps away from Praque metro and located in a very secure area with numerous restaurants, ATM machine, shopping strip and bus stops. 5) The Luggage storage facility was well appreciated.

1) Kindly provide an iron and ironing board in the room. 2) Slightly larger tea cups would have been better. 3)Offering an area map at the front counter would be greatly appreciated, especially for first-time visitors like ourselves. 4) The hotel charges a higher rate for breakfast if you didn't choose it when booking your stay. If you decide to have breakfast at the hotel later, you will be faced with a significantly higher cost. This pricing strategy may not seem customer-friendly approach.

I loved everything about the hotel. It was very clean the rooms were big and all the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and warm. They even made sure to sing happy birthday to me everywhere I went in the hotel and they had a piece of cake with a candle for me at breakfast. The room was cleaned every day housekeeping would come in the afternoon, which was amazing not first thing in the morning. There is a metro stop two minutes away, bus stops, coffee shops, and restaurants down the block .

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Excellent location, clean, spacious room, helpful and polite staff.

No facilities except for a bar. There’s no gym, no pool, no restaurant except for breakfast. Could really feel the springs in the mattress and it was not 4 star hotel standard for a bed. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room during the day, but the little time spent there there was constant knocking on the door for housekeeping which was surprising and a little bit stressful. Very tiny window in a weird corner of the room and no other windows.

-No iron and ironing board in the room -My room was very close to the elevator and a little noisy -Although the bathroom was very clean, it was a little bit outdated -I had to pay many days in advance not to have my reservation canceled

The room was really lovely and cosy and we had a street view which was nice (street was very quiet). We liked that it was very clean, the beds and the sheets were very comfortable. The shower was fantastic. There were robes and slippers which added to the comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast, the waiting staff were very attentive and removed and restocked dishes right away which is rare for me to see at hotels. The hostess for breakfast was nice and gave me some travelling tips as I was looking for something in particular. The attendant (young man) who took the bags was very friendly which was a nice greeting.

Found the maids were a little noisy sometimes during the day with the chatting but not for long periods. However they did remarkable job with cleaning the rooms. A couple of the male reception staff could have been more friendly but they weren't too bad. The ladies were friendlier.

The room was spacious and clean, the blinds provided complete darkness and the mattress was great. If you wear ear plugs you could have a nice rest. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. The food from the bar was tasty as well.

Wish the room had better soundproofing walls and door. I could hear everything from the corridor and it felt like people where actually talking in my room. Not a serious complaint but the AC was pretty loud. The temperature was fine at night so didn't have to keep it on when sleeping but I guess this could be an issue in summer. Would be so great if they had a gym. Noticed they don't have a security guard at the entrance. There was a big group of guests who were incredibly loud (perhaps even drunk). They were making it impossible to stay in the lobby. Really wished there was someone who could keep order.

Clean rooms and toilets. General areas were spotless. Great location right beside a Metro stop, a supermarket (Aldi) and coffee shops and a few restaurants. The city is very 'walkable' from this location.

The coffee available in the machines at breakfast is easily the worst we've ever tasted. There was a machine for coffee pods and a separate automatic 'barista' type but the coffee from both was undrinkable. Also, why no teaspoons available at breakfast? Other than the coffee the buffet breakfast was superb. The other major gripe is that the air conditioning system was impossible to work out so it was either too hot or too cold. No instructions were provided on how to set the dial/controls. We asked Reception about it and they sent up a maintenance guy but he had very little English and ran through the controls quickly but it still wasn't easy to set no matter how much tweaking we did.

Convenient location, nice breakfast, very clean.

No designated smoking area. Even though the hotel informs, that towels and bed linen are only changed upon customer request, they are changed everyday anyway. Not necessary and not eco friendly. Loud train nearby, which can be heard even with closed window.

Useful location as half way between the sea and the Galouste Gulbenkien gallery. A number of restaurants and shops nearby, a a metro stop, Parque, on the line that takes you to both venues sited above.

The style of the hotel is 60s/70s which they do quite well, never my favourite period (I dislike chocolate brown paint) but for those who like it stylish and comfortable. The barmaid in the eveving/night was very friendly and informative.
