The hotel has a nice location in Lisbon, close to restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and quiet. Very comfortable beds, bath tub, we had access to the gym and sauna, which was nice. Overall a decent stay.

The room was not as clean as we expected, it had an unpleasant smell.

The room and bathroom are very spacious with lovely amenities. There is a large balcony which was very pleasant to sit on in the evenings. There was a minibar and kettle in the room but no coffee or tea. There is a train line close to the room and you can hear it ,so ask for a room further away if possible. We walked into town most days and took a Bolt back, although there is a metro station nearby and is easy to use. There is paid street parking or you can ask the hotel for the nearest parking that they share with another hotel. There is alo a pay parking right under the hotel.

A great hotel in a central location (but on a relatively quiet street) . The room was large and very comfortable with a lovely balcony. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. Although in photos it looked like a large corporate-hotel, it was actually not all that large and felt quite cosyy. The staff were nice and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary sauna. There is also a small gym. We didn't opt for the breakfasts because there were many interesting cafes nearby so cannot comment on that.

The hotel is really lovely, great decor, clean and smells nice. Room was also lovely, had plenty of storage, balcony, tv, fully stocked fridge, air conditioning and good soundproofing. Bathroom was elegant, spacious bath, bidet, large mirror with loads of light, powerful shower, soft towels and all toiletries you might need. Staff were accommodating to all our needs. Fantastic breakfast, good value for money, large selection of delicious products. Would stay again.

The only thing is the bed was a bit squeaky, pillows didn't have enough neck support for us and cleaning time was not suitable for getting ready to go out for the evening it was taking place after 5pm and that's way too late.

Very nice room with a balcony. We could get ice from the bar and the fridge was able to accommodate our milk for tea - we could borrow a kettle to make the tea and other things like an iron and ironing board. So our stay was very comfortable in a large room. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful.

Nothing was bad - I had decided against the breakfast option as we had a busy schedule with the conference we were attending and every time we askd about something we got good advice. For example, there was not a restaurant option for an evening meal in the hotel, but the possibility to have ordered food delivered. However, the reception desk gave excellent advice on 2 nearby restauarants which had really good local food and drinks and we did that and enjoyed it very much.

It was perfectly located with easy access to leisure spots, restaurants and all. Also easy to get bolt services. I liked how peaceful my stay was. I was unbothered by staff or any noise. Everyone was friendly and helpful. All information was provided on check-in. Also liked the fruits, drink and sweets in the lobby. A good welcome after long travel. I also loved how spacious the balcony in my room was.

Air conditioning and heating vents looked worn out and dusty. Could do with frequent cleaning of air filters to help guests with allergies. I have allergies and could not risk switching on the AC when it got hot at night.

Each 10 min a train passes by and you can feel it. The gym is too basic.

It is a bit noisy from the street. Although the reception staff were very nice and responsive, it was obvious that there was a lack of coordination and training and they did not communicate information between shifts. Although I had explicitly warned at check-in, at check-out there were big problems with issuing invoices and after trying with three different employees, the invoices were not issued correctly.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, clean, spacious and comfortable room. Location suited us well - an easy walk into town and close to metro with good connections to airport and across the city. We had a great stay as a family with young kids. --- Our suite (311 according to my 8 y.o. son!) was located at the end of the building, with the metro running past it. If you're noise sensitive/a light sleeper this could be problematic. Metro doesn't run between c. Midnight and 6am though, so it didn't bother us too much and we would happily re-book as the room was otherwise perfect for us, with separate bedroom, living area (with sofa beds) and balcony... 😀

Sporting won the league during our stay...which resulted in one CRAZY night of celebrations. The car horns until 4am was kinda hard to endure, but hey it was just a fleeting moment in history (and not a reflection on the hotel which just happened to be near to the congregation point...!) 🥳
