The hotel is new And in a very nice clean location with 10 minutes taxi to the airport. The hotel has only one bar and one restaurant, however there are plenty of them within 10 minutes walk. There’s a large shopping mall Also within 10 minutes work.

The check out is at 11 in the morning. So in reality what you pay it’s not for a full 24 hours stay. So you check in at three and you have to leave the next day at 11. Otherwise they will charge you 50% of the price if you stay a few hours longer.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The facilities in the rooms were amazing. The room had everything you could imagine needing right down to a small dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was put together really well. There was a lot of thought put into these beautiful rooms. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was explained well. The craftsmanship superb. The terraces restaurant had really excellent food with a lot of creativity and the waiter staff (especially Vinden) had a wonderful presentation style and made an effort to tell the story behind the food and also the stunning art and nice decor the room. Walking around the property was a joy and the pools are great. Lots of great things for kids including a trampoline. A wonderful experience in the hotel. The hotel is in easy walking distance to a pharmacy, superb grocery store with excellent fresh foods and everything you need. It is walking distance to dental and medical clinic. The hotel is close to Centro commercial, the aquarium, the gondola and all the great facilities at parque das nações, the metro and busses. In short super facilities in walking distance to lots of the great things in Lisboa with great staff that really tries. If I could give them 11 stars if I would. It is a young facility (only two months old) with eager young staff trying to make it better and better. This place will give any hotel in Lisboa excellent competition and make the whole city better. More people need to try it.

This really nitpicks: some little things need to be fine tuned like the phone system and access to reception and the restaurant. I had to use my cell phone to call the main number of the hotel to change a reservation in the restaurant. I’m sure they’ll get this figured out.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel was so high class and the apartment was next level modern. Truly gorgeous. The views were incredible. But what matters most is how much the kids loved the facilities especially the kids club. Zero hassle for parents. It was all a pleasant experience. The pictures don't do it justice. Another plus was it's proximity to a beautiful area with lots and lots of great restaurants a mall and the Oceanário, the kids science museum and much more. I'm gushing and the kids made me promise to come back here on our next visit to Lisbon. For me it's a must.

This is a fantastic hotel and it has been designed really well. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. We loved our room. It was spacious, light and very quiet. The beds were really comfy and we slept really well. We loved having a kettle to make tea or coffee. The inside pool area was clean and the relaxing beds were very comfortable. We slept really well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't a great choice of vegan food and the food portions were small. There was very little vegetables. The outside pool didn't have many pool side lounger seats.

I received an upgrade via Booking.com and got a very spacious studio, that was excellent for my trip. The hotel offers a very nice experience of combining advantages of usual hotels and rented apartments. The swimming pool area is also excellent. The hotel is fresh and clean, as the building is new. if you are OK, that the hotel is situated a bit far from the city centre, than I sincerely recommend it, especially for those who need a bit more spacious place that the standard hotel room.

Personnel in the hotel was very convincing on arguing that the sofa in the living room cannot be used as a sleeping place for my daughter. I did not involve myself in further argumentation and it took for us less than 3 minutes to took the bed linen from the 2nd bed and place it on the sofa by ourselves. Then my daughter had a wonderfool sleep on this very comfy sofa.

Spaces like the dining room and general outdoor space are a bit small. There was some maintenance work ongoing to the garden area, and this made the outdoor space more limited. Hotel is nice but very expensive for what it is. The local area is awful. It’s in an area called Parc das Nacoes. And it’s very ugly. We tried to get away from the area whenever we could. It’s really bad- like seriously ugly. Areas of construction, areas of derelict building, big ugly concrete buildings.

Very modern facilities (construction was finished 2023). Rooms (apartments) are very spacious, clean, good A/C, super friendly staff everywhere. An amazing breakfast. The restaurant also has an excellent menu … two times per week with special menu (Sushi - Grill and chill). The propertyvis also nicely located on the former World expo site. With several things within 5 minute walk (or less). In short a true 5-star hotel, with 5-star staff and friendliness.

All was very good

The flat was extraordinary, featuring state-of-the-art technology, expansive and airy spaces, and stunning aesthetic appeal.

The dining experience left much to be desired. The starters were underwhelming, failing to deliver the excitement one might expect from such a promising venue. The bread, served cold, lacked the warmth and freshness that could have elevated the meal. Moreover, the selection of butter was limited, with no salted option available for the children, which was a disappointing oversight. Given the high expectations set by the hotel apartment's luxurious ambiance, the overall quality of the food fell notably short, leaving us yearning for more.

Hotel is really modern and comfortable. We had 64 sq. m apartment with bedroom and living area with kitchenette ... it's great ! everything is manageable by electronic (including curtains)... bed mattress was super comfy. Breakfast was really nice and tasty. Service level was high as it should be in 5* hotel. Indoor swimming pool was also good opportunity to relax (it was heavily raining that time). parking option was OK especially when it was raining outside. When we came reception team met us very friendly with welcome drinks (coffee , water). What is important - hotel location. It's so easily connected to highways and close to Airport and Railway station. Taxi to the downtown is about 10 EUR. The hotel is highly recommended. Definitely, we would come back again for the next visit to Lisbon.

Practically nothing ... though... exactly in the day of check-out receptionist started to call just at 11:05 worrying that we have to leave... and in about 10 min again.. we were just packing our luggage to leave (I felt rather sick). it was first time when in 5 starts hotel reception started to alert just few minutes after 11:00.. But of course, everything was very polite... so, no problem !

This was my second time at this lovely hotel. The rooms were lovely and staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked/prepared. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. I had a swim and was the only person in the pool so it was very tranquil and relaxing. Will definitely return.

On booking I requested rooms on the garden side and on the same floor. On arrival the room that was ready for our check in was on the busy road side of the hotel, but was a larger room than booked. The room that had not been ready on time turned out to also be on the road side. I returned to reception and eventually received a garden side room on the same floor. Due to the hotel being busy, it was a smaller room than we had booked, so we didn't end up with what we had actually booked and requested. This was the only disappointing element of our stay.
