The attitude from the staff was great. Helping out with checkout and informing about the amenities and included breakfast. Everything was clean and organized. The place was quiet.

The bathroom that I used was clean and stocked with toilet paper. It was good but could be improved by having the cold and hot water marked on the tap, as you don't know which is which and the taps for the shower are confusing making you shower in cold water until you get the temperature right. If there was a towel hanger it would be nice as well. Other than that, it was great.

It was stressful getting in. Called 10.mins before check in, told me to call back. Phone did not work, thank goodness a nice neighbor lent me his. Had you go up to room 5 floors to get on figure out which room, try keys and then come back down... not easy. We had my elderly aunt and she was stressed as well. It had been a long day for all of us.

The place is cute and clean, and the ideea of it is nice. I would recommend it to others.

Before booking this place, you should be aware of some factors. You need to pay an extra 60€ deposit, and there is a self-check in system which for some might be bothering, especially if you're coming from a long trip and want to just relax as soon as possible. Another thing that is downside is that there was no soap at the bathroom. Other than these, it was a nice place :)

After the online deposit it was smooth process to stay there, I took a while to get my deposit back, but I got it back, clean and good facilities.

Having to pay a deposit, I understand why they do it, because there is no staff there and you could just trash the room and go.

The helpful management and everything except the check in system. On receipt of the payment for their stay Guests should be given the entrance code and the information for getting into the apartment rather than expected to contact the management on arrival. This caused great pain and took almost 2 hours; panic; and havoc as arriving from the Uk I didn’t have local SIM card nor Wi-Fi to contact the manager. Also hadn’t seen the information on how to get the code. This was extremely harrowing as after a long journey I had to wait outside in freezing cold for 2 hours before another guest arrived who also didn’t have battery in her phone finally we got in around midnight!!! A very harsh experience,,, This kind of vital information needs to be conveyed by email in capital letters. But the code should be provided on receipt of the payments for the room.

Hand shower didn’t work. I didn’t have a shower for the whole week.

It's clean, close to the airport, feels like a shady neighbourhood, its not. The building is odd, once you are in it becomes very nice. Not a proper breakfast, was mostly packaged stuff, did not eat anything. In in itself, I am pleased with it. Staff was very friendly over the phone.

Breakfast was meh, did not eat it. Entering was an odd story, but personal over the phone was great (no counter present).

Well located, everything was very clean, modern and well kept. Very close to supermarket, mall, Mc Donald’s, metro and bus stop. From the airport it’s only 6 stations and a 2 minute walk.

Nothing bad to say, I had a great experience

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfy. The hostel is clean, quiet, spacious and you have everything you need.

It wasn’t that hard to find the location, we took the metro and then walked ~10min to the hostel. Something I didn’t like so much was the online check-in, but everything worked out well, the staff is responding quickly to texts and calls too.

I am still waiting for the refund on the deposit that was held when I checked in. Around $65.00

Cleanliness. Very comfortable bed. Location as easy to get to airport. Shopping centre very nearby a bonus.
