Very nice and helpful staff. Location is fabulous. Short walks to the park if you do not care about around 50 Steps up. But you have it easy to several sightseeing bus lines as well as public transportation There is a small Italian restaurant 2 houses down. It has amazing food.

The restaurant in house needs to be careful. They put bred and other little stuff on your table the moment you sit down. And afterwards they charge you for it. That is not how it is done in Germany. Yes they have the prices on their menus, but they did not ask if we like the extra stuff. The food itself is good.

The accommodation has a perfect location. You can get there from the airport by metro, and it’s just a 4-minute walk to the hotel. The reception is open 24/7, so there’s no stress if your flight arrives late. The street in front of the hotel is quiet, even though it’s in the city center. The view of the park across the street is nice. Just across the park, there are several car rental companies about 10 minutes away on foot. When renting a car, you can comfortably load your things right at the hotel. At the reception, check-in and check-out are quick and efficient — so no stress!

Very spacious room , clean, well equipped, 5' away from metro station Parque, very polite and accomodating staff, lots of shops around, also direct bus line to big Amoreiras shopping mall available nearby with views of Lisbon

The hotel is old like an apartment building of the 70's-80s but that's fine for me, i grew up in one of these. It does need though refurbishing and redecorating, as parts of furniture seem to be coming off. Also, there is a strong smell of drainage/sewage coming from the bathroom, which can be very unpleasant and has to be dealt with somehow

Love the location and the beds were comfortable. We had a cat travelling with us and it was excellent for him and the cleaning staff came in and cleaned every day, sometimes they don’t when you have an animal in the room.

Lounge area a bit dark and old fashioned. Could have done with a microwave at least as it was supposed to be an apartment and there had been something at one point. That was disappointing.

Great location, really helpful staff, nice bar/restaurant downstairs – also the waiters were very generous when pouring wine! The rooms are really spacious. A building with lovely floor tiles.

The bathroom needed some maintenance - the shower head was not working properly and the drain was clogged up. However, once we told reception, they got everything fixed in a couple of hours.

Large room/suite, like a small apartment. Breakfast was limited, but what was tasted good. Nice and helpful staff, especially one guy that worked late in the reception. Had safe, refrigerator and AC in both rooms with beds. Electric metal blinds for the windows, so the room was dark during the night/morning. Good location near the metro (but be prepared to walk in hills!)

Water leaked out from the shower on the bathroom floor. Also from the faucet. The bathroom door went inward, which made the space in the bathroom smaller. Breakfast could have had more selection, for example eggs and warm food. Also limited selection of toppings for the sandwiches.

We liked everything, the location was amazing, the staff were lovely, polite and helpful on the front desk and at breakfast! The room was spacious and clean. The price was great to stay your staying near the center of Lisbon. Would definitely recommend to families and anyone!!

The only thing, and this is down to personal preference, was the mattress were very hard. There was a slight noise from the corridor at night but this is perfect normal and only people walking to and from their room.

The room was large. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked well. The bathroom was spacious especially the shower cubicle. There was a sitting area with a large settee, a second TV, a small minibar and an electric kettle. The breakfast was good.

Only two small things: There could be some tomatoes at breakfast. The breakfast was more slated towards sweet items rather than salty ones. Also the bathroom could have two hooks on the door where one can hang their clothes.

The location was great and in walking distance to the city centre. Some good restaurants around the hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There seemed to be some construction going on at night and it was a little loud. Also the breakfast at the hotel was too expensive, considering that eggs were not included. Lots of sweets and coffee from a machine. Not competitive with other restaurants nearby.

Location. Close to the direct bus to and from the airport and Oriente bus terminal. Close to bus lines that will take you around Lisbon. Close to El Corte Inglés that has good restaurants and a food court and supermarket. And great shopping for clothes and shoes! We got a huge room that can accommodate 4 easily. We were allowed very early morning check in

The floors are not insulated against noise so we heard the footsteps of the guests in the room above ours
