Beautiful clean hotel, clean rooms, great location, amazing views! Loved this hotel and the concept. Was great for working - good WiFi and desk. Convenient to have a washing machine and kitchen for long stays too. The bed was super comfortable! The coworking space was gorgeous too! The pool area and restaurant were beautiful and staff very friendly.

Too few chairs by the pool for that size of a hotel and people would rudely put things on the sun loungers at 7am but not come and use them for an hour or 2 after. Annoyed me. There should be some kind of reservation system or something. Also, 4pm check in is ridiculous. Latest I’ve ever seen.

The staff are the best thing about this hotel, hands down! They were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Pedro at reception helped us to move to a different room with no hassle at all, and even helped to carry our luggage across. Room was very clean (brand new when we stayed there) and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own food. 2 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk which is handy. Also had a washing machine. Well designed (but cosy) space. Location is nice, a little out of town but easily walkable to the centre (10-15 minute walk).

Very noisy induction vent in the kitchen. Room felt a lot smaller than expected and the photos portrayed (we stayed in an open plan suite). Very busy pool area and a tiny pool (there were no free beds every time we walked past it). Air con wasn't very powerful. We weren't aware you had to request for your room to be cleaned, didn't get fresh towels or housekeeping for majority of our stay.

We lived here for 10 days and will return. The room is small, but very functional. There is a place for both things and suitcases. Excellent parking with charging. Great attention to pets - a comfortable bed, gifts. Responsive and creative staff.

I would add partitions on the shared balcony.

Room felt smaller than 23 square meters, also the bed looked small as well. Was no wardrobe so was literally no single hanger for clothes in the room

Awesome breakfast buffet with all you could want, including Pastei de Nata, the national pastries which we had to have every day. Both restaurants were excellent, with Santa Marta being worthy of two visits during our 6 night stay. Santa Joana was truly gourmet in a beautiful setting with terrific service, which we saved for our last night. The pool courtyard ambiance really made the whole complex feel like a resort. The people at the hotel were diverse, of all backgrounds, nationalities and ages. It was a nice vibe. Everyone was friendly. The hotel is steps from the Marques de Pombal station, making most of Lisbon accessible within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is not central but the metro was so easy to use. The room itself was a studio, so a little tight around the bed, but had a small kitchen living area, with a washer dryer that was essential for us, as we were in the middle of our long trip. Soap and cleaning products were provided. It really felt like a little oasis in Lisbon for us.

We stayed for 6 nights, so we unpacked and used the drawers. But for anyone in a briefer stay who might not want to bother to unpack, there was no where to leave your suitcase except under the bed. Room cleaning was offered at an additional price and had to be scheduled. It would be nice to be included and automatic after 3 nights, for example. It wasn't really a problem but it would be nicer. Breakfast staff were a little unfriendly, as they would often require us to move tables according to where they were setting up the restaurant for dinner. They should either provide signage where to sit, or be more courteous.

Rooms are very comfortable, nicely decorated, with lots of natural light. Blackout curtains were great for sleeping. The staff are literally amazing. Always welcoming and helpful. The breakfast, which can be included with the room for a lower cost, offers a wide selection of freshly prepared hot and cold options. If staying more than a few days, you will appreciate the washer/dryer in each room with instructions for use via QR code on the TV. The hotel is located only 1 block from the Pombal metro station and 2 doors down from an amazing bakery with warm, freshly baked Pastel de Nata! Convenient walk to two grocery stores if you prefer to use the kitchen in your room. All-in-one microwave & oven is a very nice space saving feature. I preferred the courtyard facing room for the quiet and picturesque view. I saw the largest, most beautiful rainbow from the wall to ceiling window in my room. The picture doesn't do it justice. NOTE: the hotel has two entrances. Uber and Bolt GPS may direct drivers to the wrong entrance. Ensure you tell the driver you want the Rua Camilo Castelo Branco 18 address for direct entry to the hotel's front desk. FYI: I was running late to the airport and didn't get a chance to say goodbye to the staff who made this visit unique. So a special shout out here to Claudia and Sophia (front desk), Raphael, Prius, Romala, Ceecee, and the manager who let me take my desert to my room on my birthday ;-)) (restaurant). Your genuine warmth and kindness while I extended the trip week after week is very much appreciated!

Some rooms have dishwashers and some don't. Be sure to ask if you want one.

This was a fanTASTIC property to stay in - I only wish I booked it earlier in my trip. I had no idea it would include a washer dryer in the room! such as great help when traveling for more than 1 week. The on-site restaurant was great, if a little pricey, but you pay for what you get - excellent food and service, convenient if you get in late, a great ambiance, and all around a chic, trendy place to be.

The wasn't much I didn't like. I maybe would have chosen a different location for proximity for places to eat, however, it's so close to the metro, that it made travel around the city, and getting to the hotel itself so easy.

The hotel is well located in Lisbon but not directly next to a busy road or pavement which provides a peaceful environment beyond hearing the odd siren from emergency vehicles passing nearby. My room was clean and all the listed facilities were as expected. The two restaurants were both very good with good availability during my 8 night stay. Free WiFi was fast with some brief connection drops when moving through the lifts but was otherwise flawless, even in the outside areas of the hotel.

While the layout of the hotel is fairly straightforward once you know it, the maps found by the elevators are rather confusing and don't always make it obvious which part of a building you are in. You'll eventually remember the layout and how to navigate during a longer stay but the initial few days had me going back on myself a few times.

I was only here for one night to have a little downtime after a work trip and to see some of Lisbon city before having to fly out. Loved the boutique vibe and interiors, very clean, modern amenities. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the ability to have a late checkout for 10€. Also as a solo traveller I liked the little cafe in reception which had great coffee, overnight oats and pastries if you want to pick up something for breakfast without having to go and have a proper sit down. Sadly had no time for pool or gym but the facilities looked nice. The room I stayed in also had a little kitchen and sofa and I think it would be perfect for a week long stay.

It's in a nice neighbourhood but about a 30 min walk to get into the centre of Lisbon. I was also a little confused by the layout of the hotel as it seems to be in sections and the signs are in Portuguese. The bathroom was really nice but tiny. Overall it was fantastic though and highly recommend.

Excellent location with Marques de Pombal metro station only 100 metres away , with the blue line taking you to Baixa Chiado & downtown. And only one line change from and to the airport. The checkin was smooth and easy with a great welcome from the friendly and helpful staff . Facilities at the hotel were great , with a lovely swimming pool, with sun loungers and deck chairs, a pool area bar for food and drinks . A restaurant by the pool and also a further restaurant indoors for a more formal dining experience. A cafe at reception serving sandwiches, all manner of pastries and coffees , soft drinks. The rooms were more like a studio apartment, with a small kitchen , hob and washing machine. A very comfortable bed , and good blackout curtains , and a great rain shower .
