Very easy to reach from the city, Bus and Metro station are a 5 minute walk and there are many options. Easy accessible from the airport with the bus. Very clean and friendly personnel.

There was no closet so staying for a week I had to put my clothes on the little shelf and live out of the bag which was a bit annoying. No breakfast included, which was a bit annoying since I travelled for work and didn´t have much time in the morning, however there is a small cafe attached where you can have the deal 1 (espresso + pastel de nata) or deal 2 (coffe, fresh orange juice, sandwich) for small coin.

The hotel: I was given a corner room which was much much bigger than expected. I have stayed with easy hotels in other countries before and I knew to expect a tiny room, which was also what was pictured when I made this booking. HOWEVER, I was given a very spacious corner room on the fifth floor, with a changing area, desk spaces, and a large shower room. There was zero street noise at night in the room, though I did request a quiet room at the time of booking. The most important factor for me is cleanliness and I was very pleased at how clean the room and bathroom was. There are two lifts to all floors. Nice and quiet air conditioning. Hotel staff: Staff were helpful and speedy. On the last day I requested to leave my luggage with reception before heading out, I had checked out early and had a later flight so I had some time to spend in the city. The gentleman behind the reception desk kindly allowed me to store my luggage for free, he explained it is usually 5 euros for 2 bags, but as I only had one bag they would store it for free. Overall nice and friendly service. The location: wonderful location and main reason I booked this hotel. It is a short 10-15 min walk from Marques De Pombal metro station which I used every day to explore the city. You are only a few stops away from the busier city centre with loads of nice restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing. The lovely Príncipe Real neighborhood which offers great views over lisbon is walkable from the hotel. You can walk it to main town centre and squares if you like a longer walk and a hike. While it is not on a hill, there is still a slope on the road leading up to the hotel from the metro so do be aware, but it is fine and comfortable to do in flat shoes. Very safe location, it is literally just off Avenida which is a lovely long boulevard of designer and high end brands. Avenida metro station is also not far.

The adjoining little cafe does not accept card, only cash. There are not many restaurants or nice cafes in the immediate location. The lifts make a little beep noise which can be annoying if you are right next to one and trying to sleep, though the sound is not loud enough to wake you. The doors are not soft closing, and if people are not considerate there is a lot of slamming noise. The main issue in my room was that the drainage noise was very loud, you could hear rooms upstairs flushing, showering, and turning their vents on. The overall drainage sounds well very loud. You can also hear people drying their hair. There needs to be much better sound proofing. This will not be a problem for you if you sleep late, but if you want to have an early night it will be very loud.

The location of the hotel is a walking distance from the metro station, nice area with a few good restaurants and cafeterias nearby. The hotel itself is very good, and the room was very clean, and the staff at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming, the room had a comfy bed, nice shower, tv with plenty of channels and the air conditioning in the room was very good. Next time me and my wife are in Lisbon, we will consider to stay at the EasyHotel again and I totally recommend it.

Maybe the cafeteria next door, not sure if it belongs to the hotel though, could have a better and wider selection of items to sell for breakfast, more cakes and things like that although it wasn’t a big deal for us and it wouldn’t make us not to stay at the hotel again.

Google Easyhotel is ideally located around a lot of restaurants. The downtown Square is 1.8 km from the hotel. Very walkable on the main boulevard with a huge canopy of trees. A cool breeze from the ocean is so welcome. The welcoming staff at the front desk ......Laurinda, Lucas and Silvia were really professional, pleasant, and fun to interact with. They were very knowledgeable and willing to guide and help wherever needed. Kudos to the 3 of them. The Room Neat and tidy, diligently serviced every morning.The room itself is Tiny....but manageable.

The biggest No..No..is the absence of a closet to hang your clothes. They have a wall hooks with 4 hangers in total ..... which are not enough . There are also no side tables besides the bed for us to put our small things...so I put them on the floor at night. This issue has been highlighted by every reviewer, and it seems the management is unwilling to do anything,which is a shame. Putting a bar with 8 hooks beneath the TV would solve the problem.Same could be done on the inside of the bathroom door. So few hooks to hang your clothes. So I put mine on top of the toilet seat.

The breakfast cafe is right there, which is very convenient. Although you need to come earlier to have a larger selection. There is a really good mini super market right beside the hotel, with great freshly baked section and many other options for breakfast\light dinner. The shower was my favourite part of the room, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the room for 3 people was quite spacious. Location is not bad, but not too close to the metro. Eventually, we discovered walking on Avenida Liberdade to the old city was a better option than using metro.

One chair in the room for 3 people. Would be nice to have an additional furniture jut to sit, the space in the room allowed it. On some nights, the kebab place across the streets stays open late, you can hear loud voices from there for half of the night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage in a hotel after the checkout so that we could enjoy one more day in Lisbon before our evening flight. The room was very clean, they cleaned it and changed towels every day. There are some shops and fast food shops outside, working until late evening. Also there is vending machine and ATM in the hotel. Metro station is few minutes away, and main square is 15 minutes away walk through the beautiful avenue.

The room was a bit small, but it was not an issue, we just used it for sleeping anyway. Also the light in a room could be brighter.

The room was perfect for three people and very spacious. Also very practical location with good public transport connections and good uber pick up spots!

There was a heating problem in the whole building, so the heating was off and the room was relatively cold, however the staff hooked us up with a portable heater and the problem was solved quickly!

Location was very good, as well as the price. Basically within couple of minutes you're on the avenue that goes directly to downtown/city center of Lisbon. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. There is even a good rent-a-car company close by, if you wish to rent a car and drive around Lisbon.

Everything was OK, I have only one recommendation: When we entered the room AC was set-up to very very low temperature (maybe 16 or 18C, compared to outside it was too low). We had to open the window to warm ourselves :)

Great location good value for money.

My partner and I recently stayed at the easyJet Hotel in Lisbon, and despite the small room size, our experience was quite enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere for a short stay was not a significant issue. Upon arrival in January, we found the room a bit warm as the cold air conditioning wasn't set up yet. However, after a quick conversation with a friendly staff member at the reception, they promptly provided us with a fan that effectively addressed the temperature concern. What truly stood out was the exceptional politeness and helpfulness exhibited by all the staff members, whether it was during the day or night shift. Their responsiveness and willingness to make our stay more comfortable were highly appreciated. In the end, our overall experience was positive, thanks to the accommodating staff who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant. We express our gratitude to the easyJet Hotel team for their excellent service.
