We had an amazing experience from the moment we reached with friendly helpful staff. Check in wasn’t until 3pm and we arrived around 10.30am- the staff were helpful if getting our rooms ready earlier and even managed an inter-connecting room which was brilliant for x4 friends! The location of the hotel was just a walking distance into the city which was perfect for us. The staff were always helpful and cheery whenever we we asked for help or advice. We also enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The staff were always welcoming. There is a spa available, sadly we didn’t have enough time to use on this visit. We would definitely come back! Overall good experience. Great location close to the main street. Overall clean and welcoming hotel. Slightly early check-in was possible.

Unfortunately, after the first room cleaning from when I entered the hotel room, there were small shards of glass around the shower which I stepped on and luckily didn’t get injured from. I collected what I could find and took it to the reception and asked for a vacuuming of the room while I went out. When I returned, I was told room service had been to the room but I still found another small piece of glass the day later, which I couldn’t be bothered to complain about again at this point. In the end an apology was barely even given at check-out.

The room was large with a very large bathroom (and enormous shower) with two balcony windows so plenty of light. The road was not too busy or noisy and with shutters we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. The spa area was great to relax in after most days on our feet all day (jacuzzi, steam room and sauna). 24 hour reception staff was really helpful - especially as we were leaving at 5am. Location was good within a 5minute walk of a metro station; and 15-20minutes walk to main shopping/eatery areas.

The bar area was always empty and didn't feel welcoming and cosy so we never went there, but chose to go out instead.

The hotel is located in a wonderful area, practically on a street full of remarkable restaurants. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are stunning! But the most important thing is the staff's attitude—we have never encountered anything like it. Any request or recommendation was fulfilled instantly and in the best possible way. At breakfast, they added sugar-free yogurt at our request, reserved tours and restaurants for us, but the main thing is how it was done! With intelligence and immense courtesy. It seems that the staff has undergone at least specialized training beyond what is required. If you are looking for the best hotel service in addition to other advantages, be sure to visit this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring the city and quietly tucked away for a peaceful stay. Restaurants and cafes in every direction. The 'inner' entrance of the hotel is impressive with a feature wooden stairway. Staff could not be more helpful even providing umbrellas when it rained! The rooms are modern spacious with plenty of room to 'spread out' and do some lap top stuff if you wan to. Terrific breakfast and dinner too if you do not want to venture back into the city. Didn't try the pool just ran out of time. Great hotel and would definitely recommend this one for your visit to Lisbon.

The room had all the facilities we required and was very comfortable. It has a great location, just off the main Avenue, and we could walk to the main attractions. There were some nice little extra touches, like chocolates on arrival and free sweets in the foyer. We really enjoyed our stay. There are some excellent eating places close by..

There was very little not to like, we had a great stay and would stay there again. However, breakfast could be improved. As tea drinkers, we had to ask for a pot of tea, unlike coffee drinkers who could help themselves. This was fine most of the time, but when the staff were busy or reluctant, it could be quite a wait. Also, the food warmers were not that efficient. Our room ration was one tea bag a day.

I liked the Spa, gym, and game center, and the staff was very friendly at the front desk. If you arrive between 7:00 and 8:30 am you will have a very good breakfast. The location is very convenient.

The breakfast was cold and mostly empty after 10:00 a.m. The staff was not really willing to bring even new cups, boards, etc., and the manager was not friendly. He was especially having trouble giving us coffee cups. They announce themselves as sustainable... they need to work harder to achieve this.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. There’s lots of open space with complimentary candy at the entrance. The spa facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, and massage) were relaxing and wonderful. We enjoyed a relaxing couples massage inside a beautiful room, and after we were given snacks and a personalized card which was a really nice touch! The hotel is located in a great location with lots of shops, and restaurants within a very short walking distance. The best part is it has its own parking lot which is very necessary since parking is so hard to find in Lisbon. I would absolutely stay here again. Note: for people traveling with friends… the showers are not private. The toilet and room is divided by the shower with clear glass for all to see.
