The people who run Sincerely Lisboa are available and very helpful. They answered the buzzer immediately, and showed me how to use the keys. I like that the rooms have names of important Lisbon places rather than numbers. The room was just the right size, and had everything I needed. The breakfast was nutritious and balanced. The staff were kind and helpful and communicative. Sincerely Lisboa is a short walk from the Metro, but I prefer to walk just about everywhere. It is about 20 minutes walk from the Commercial Square, and Alfama and Baixa neighbourhoods. I felt very much at home at Sincerely Lisboa. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. When I come back, I will stay here again. NB: Almost all the places I have stayed in in Spain and Portugal have had "discrete" (hard to find) signage. However, I have learned to look closely for small notices. Google maps knows where Sincerely Lisboa is. When you have "reached your destination" look for an apartment building door, rather than a shopping place door. You will see "Sincerely Lisboa" at the top of the buzzers.

There was not an electrical outlet right by the bed for charging my phone. Trivial, I suppose - I can get out of bed to get my phone. I like to use the stairs rather than the elevator. The automatic lights on some floors don't turn on, making it difficult to use the stairs.

Location was great, close to the Avenida metro station and just a 20-minute (beautiful) walk away from the Plaça do Comercio What really shone through for us was the kindness and hospitality of the staff! We had a small issue with the room on the first day and were helped and accommodated quickly and efficiently, and then when our airline cancelled our flight and rescheduled it, we were allowed to extend our stay one more night. This saved us lots of stress in an already stressful situation and it was really helpful! So, thank you again to the Sincerely, Lisboa staff

Location was perfect, 3 minutes walk to the metro station, on a large street, felt safe all the time. The room was small, but clean. We were able to leave our luggage until we left for the airport.

The room has no view, it has a window, but being in the attic, part of it is covered by a wall. For taller guests it can be challenging to stand up out of bed, given the sloping ceiling. The breakfast could be more diverse, but I appreciated that there were several types of fruit. A larger trash can in the bathroom would be better than the existing one.

The staff is very polite and helpful. After we had a very unpleasant delay at the airport, the lady who was working in the afternoon shift agreed to wait for us much longer than she was supposed to. Her colleague that works in the morning was also very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Breakfast is very good (I might say even excellent for this price category). The room was very small, but we expected that (no table or chair in two-bed room). No objections to the bathroom as well. The bed was comfortable above expectations, and the same goes for pillows. Wi-Fi is good, I didn't measure the speed, but we had no problems whatsoever. Now when the hotels in central Lisbon are much more expensive than they used to be, this B&B deserves absolute recommendation for its price/value ratio.

Breakfast was a pretty small buffet, but enough for the people renting the rooms. It consisted of bread, sweet buns, small croissants, ham, cheese etc. There were 2 kinds of juices and milks for coffee. Also some fruit and cereal.

The only thing I would add is a small table in the room, because there was none in ours, so the only place to put a cup of tea or something was the floor. It wasn't too easy to find (there is no bigger sign at the street or anything like that).

The journey from the airport to Sincerely Lisboa is effortless. The bus stop is immediately outside the airport and the bus stop is approximately a 5 minute walk away from the accommodation. Breakfast was more than expected, very fresh with lots of choice. The added bonus was the availability of coffee and tea in the common sitting area when we returned at night. The beds were very very comfortable and very very clean, as was the shower room. What made our stay even more pleasurable is the staff, very welcoming, very helpful and very informative. We will re book Sincerely Lisboa the next time we visit Lisbon.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The nice woman who welcomed us gave us some tips about nice restaurants nearby and was often asking if we needed anything. The location was perfect (on Avenida da Liberdade, one of the main avenue of Lisbon), a few minutes walk from Marquês de Pombal. The room was nog big but big enough for a 4-5 days stay.

The shower was very very small. The breakfast buffet wasn't huge, probably due to the fact that there are only a few rooms but the main elements were there (orange juice, coffee, bread to toast, small buns, croissants, ham, cheese). Some scrambled or fried eggs would have been nice too.

The hotel is located really close to Avenida metro station. If you go from the airport to the city center by metro, you just need to do one line transfer and you're almost here. The room is not big but quite cosy. The beds are perfect. The staff serves breakfast every morning. The round form pie is absolutely amazing! If we could we would eat it alone :D:D

It's very wet inside the room and especially in the bathroom so our towels couldn't dry out normally. And even AC didn't really help because it made air just warm but still wet. We recommend to ask to change towels every day and to open window from time to time to let air become drier.

Everything is as described. Staff are amazing really friendly and helpful. Location is great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are small, well laid out and clean. Breakfast is good. Bus 722 or 744 from the airport drops you 1 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing to be negative about

the location of the property is SUPERB! It is in the middle of a beautifil part of Lisbon, close to metro and easly accesible by taxi or a car. There is a 24/7 parking nearby. For those that love walking, you can make it to the historic part of Lisbon in under 30 min. Breakfast was decent. the room was nice and clean. for the price we paid, the value is exceptional! especially taking in consideration that e only came to the room to take a shower, sleep and have breakfast in the morning.

The shower cabin could be a little larger ;) and the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. But it is not a complaint! What we had was sufficient.
