Large lobby with sitting area and located right across from Avenida metro station so very easy to go to the touristy Baixa region and just one transfer to easily get to airport via metro. Located in the high end shopping region if that interests you. Nice touch to have some snacks by the elevator in each floor.

Although having the metro station so close is a plus, you do hear the rumbling of the subway from your room but not enough to disturb my stay or sleep. Not sure I felt the 5 star hotel service or quality (eg. Pillows are lumpy, towels smelled a bit musty, room was missing the do not disturb sign - just a little more attention to detail that I expect from a 5star hotel) would do a lot to make the stay more memorable. Plus someone (hoping a maid and not another guest) walked into my room without knocking or announcing themselves.

The location is perfect, the staff is very hospitality.

The house keeping is not 5 star. They do not have a standard, every day we have some problems with the house keeping. The bathroom is not so clean! The towels are old and torn. There was strange smell in the room.

The location is superb on beautiful street. Room was clean, up-to/-date and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant. Hotel staff were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Our room was ready early. a relief after a long flight.

I did not like the “muddy chocolate” paint colour on the walls of our room. Dreary, dark and closed in the room. Not the right fit for sunny Portugal. Why not white walls or shades inspired by the soft pastels of the nearby, restored apartment houses?

Loved the location and the overall atmosphere. We were treated really well by the team and looked after for our anniversary. The room size was massive and exceeded expectations and the bed was comfortable

The cleanliness could do with some attention, nothing major but we found a blood spot on the pillow (was easy to spot on the white sheeting under spotlights, pillow was replaced when I notified reception. The shower had black mould on the corners, wouldn't expect that from a 5 star hotel. The water pressure isn't great and the water doesn't get hot, more warm, this was liveable in the warmer weather though

The hotel is located on the luxury ´liberty avenue’, is right in front of the blue metro line and easy to walk to nice spots in Lisbon. The staff was courteous and the ambiance is very stylish - what one can expect for a hotel of this category.

For a 5-star hotel, in comparison to other European capitals, I would expect more details in the room i.e. bathrobes, fresh fruits, free bottles of water and more amenities in the bathroom. Details but they do matter for the category. My room had a small window and a limited view to roofs. The rooftop terrace closes early and the bar doesn’t open during the day.

We are frequent travellers and have stayed in many hotels. This hotel is beautiful and very clean (cleanliness is extremely important for me, I have a bit of a problem). The bed was very comfortable, nice pillows and sheets. The stuff was very nice and the bartender was funny and polite - thank you! Breakfast is not huge but nice and there’s Prosecco :) The hotel is just opposite the metro station (Avenida) and we walked everywhere. Then just got the metro to the airport. Our 18 year is going to Lisbon with her friends and we recommended her the same hotel - that’s how happy with are :) Lucky pick for sure!

We stayed in this hotel August 2025 and we were delighted with it. We had a fantastic room overlooking the Avenue which was very quiet despite the proximity. The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent. For those who struggle with hills there is a furnicular very close which will take you up into the Bairro Alto area of the town which is full of bars and restaurants and the Avenue is home to some very high end shopping should that be your thing. The staff were very helpful indeed and the facilities at the hotel are very nice. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and we would happily stay there again. Needless to say, Lisbon is very special as well.

The Hotel is very well located. A lot of public transportation are very close. Our room was on the street side but very very quiet. The room had enough space and the bathroom was more than okay. The breakfast was very good. But during six days the variety of choices where not that big. Overall - we would stay there again!

In the Hotel information was written, there is a restaurant with service for lunch and dinner. That was not the case - the restaurant was closed - only open for breakfast.

Lovely hotel and very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Nice room, shame the floors are carpeted, there wasn't much space for clothes, just a wardrobe but no drawers etc. We enjoyed our stay, the only thing was that the rooftop was closed for renovation so there was no outdoor space to sit, also there was no way you could get a coffee if you weren't having breakfast as the bar didn't open till 3pm which was a shame, at least we had a machine in the room. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast offered each morning. The variety of fresh, delicious options was impressive, and it was a great way to start the day. The dining area was bright and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying a meal. Lastly, the staff at Turim Boulevard Hotel truly made my stay memorable. They were always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot on! Overall, my experience at Turim Boulevard Hotel was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. I look forward to returning in the future!
