Nice modern hotel, located as part of a shopping mall. The room is tastefully decorated. Breakfast was okay. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many attractions as well as Rossio train station.

We booked this room because we wanted to enjoy the terrace and the views it provides, but it was poorly furnished. A small table and 2 plastic chairs were provided only. It lacked a sense of privacy and lux for a hotel of this level. The bath/shower area had some mould on the wall tiles, which could be easily cleaned. It was a shame because the bedroom was perfect. Small improvements like this can enhance the guests experience and keep them coming back.

Felt very welcome when we arrived. Room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet. Roof top bar and pool with a view of Lisbon was all very impressive.

The toilet paper wall handle was falling off the wall in room 707, but it wasn't an issue. We got to choose our room when checking in online, but it wasn't clear which room had a good view, if any. Ours didn't, so it leaves me wondering if I could have chosen a better room with more information? We couldn't see anything but a wall, even though we were on the 7th floor.

The serviceminded and friendly staff did everything they could to provide us with the best they could offer during our stay. We are so grateful for their valuable tips, and they really make you feel like they CARE about their guests. A huge thanks to all the valuable tips and local knowledge sharing before we went out and about in the city. They also offered us cold lemonade on the day we arrived while waiting. The sound proofed rooms was such a wonderful installment, as we're the roof terrace with a magnificent view of the sunset! The friendly and helpful staff was also able to provide us with another mattress as the first one was too hard as soon as we told them. As it was on a normal weekday and not too far into the spring , we were offered another room if the first mattress solution weren't working. They were very helpful and did everything they could to help us. But know this: If you are on the curvy side with a thinner waist and like to sleep on a medium mattress, you really have to consider if you can sleep on a hard/harder bed with stiff springers in it. Even my partner, which is straight in not curvy, had some trouble with the bed and his hips. The hotel will do all they can to provide you with a 2-3 cm top mattress and what else you might need. In my case, I ended up with 2 top mattresses as well as 1 duvet to sleep on, besides the regular duvet. I am really curvy, with a small waist, and if you are as well, you should take this aspect into serious consideration.

I don't want to complain too much, but I really wish the hotel's management department begins to realise that not every person is fit for hard beds, even if this prolongs the life span of the beds economically, I will probably choose another hotel if I am to visit Lisbon another time...

What outstanding was, that is the quiet and the dark that you could make in the room to sleep very well. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The stuff was really nice. The cocktail bar on the rooftop is outstanding (but somehow a bit slow).

During our week, the cleaning could have been more precise, but the problems regarding this were minors. Regarding the room, I could imagine a few more pieces of furniture or a shelf for our luggage and maybe a cloakroom area inside the room.

All of the staff were lovely. It was my birthday whilst I was there and the hotel very kindly provided me with a birthday surprise which was unexpected and very kind. The rooftop bar is fantastic. Great views and very reasonable. I didn’t eat there but the menu and the food looked good. Breakfast had good options. Location was great with metro and buses outside the door but only a 5-10 mins walk to Rossio Square, Gloria Fenicular and a 15min walk to lots of restaurants and sites. There is an Aldi downstairs and as I was thrrr for a few days, it was great for extra water or snacks etc.

Even with the aircon off in the room, there was a constant buzzing which I assume was the centralised air con system. Personally, I found it a little annoying. Also, the pillow cases were open at both ends which I’ve never seen before.

Breakfast was very good, room was well featured (no view) and the staff were very sympathetic to a number of problems I encountered generally in Lisbon. Metro is just outside and it's a good location to begin sightseeing or shopping etc.

It was quite a bit more expensive than other NH hotels that I've stayed in (Bologna and Turin to name two). Extremely noisy construction work was going on outside that sounded as if it was the air conditioning making a noise.

all staff friendly and helpful throughout. the roof top bar is a highlight with stunning views and lovely ambiance. we chose a suite with terrace. lovely big room with nice touches....coffee machine, complimentary bottled water, chocolates each night. very comfy huge bed. location is great.....easy to walk to lots of attractions. metro across the road.

we didn't choose to have breakfast as thought it was expensive and plenty of places nearby to choose from

We stayed in one of the suites with a balcony which gave us a fantastic view of the city. The staff were really great and the rooftop bar and pool was such a cool hangout after a long day. The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Lisbon and very easily walkable to all the main spots in the city. It would be hard to beat the location for a city-centric visit. The hotel is attached to a small plaza which has a grocery store on the back side which was super-convenient for supplies.

It is in the middle, but a bet away from the hectic old middle, so you can just pass the street and reach any spot. And because it is not in the old city you can have a parking if you are planning to go out from the city. The breakfast is just what a family needs, and the staff are the most polite and helpful that I meet!. And one more last thing: rooftop has a breathtaking panoramic view with a clean pool close by.

We had a deluxe room and deluxe suite room with a balcony, which was large and had great views of the city. The rooms were connecting. Making suite into 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Room was spacious, bed was very comfy. Turn back service with chocolate and slippers laid out every night. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly. Location is perfect for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants and bars close by on a street behind hotel, about 5 minute walk. Walk to Praça do Comércio on the front is about 20/30 minute walk. High end luxury shops on your doorstep. Bar on rooftop was nice, had great views of the city, food was good. Small pool but great to have a dip in and to be able to sit on deckchairs and chill. 4 sunbeds.

I rated hotel an 8, I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels worldwide and given, 9 and 10. The hotel is great for a city break.
