The apartments are located near to the very central area and just a step away from the nice shopping street Avenida. The public transport is very convenient- the metro station is on walking distance. Access to the property is easy. Apartment we used to be was pretty, with small and nice balcony, equipped very well with everything you may need. The bathroom was large and nice too. It,s very clean with cleaning services, polite and smiley staff.

You have to consider there are to buildings on the same street. The address provided is probably for the main one where we checked-in but have to walk to the another one. Yet, it’s near but it was a bit surprising. Time to time it’s noisy when guests in the near apartments are moving something or speaking.

i would like to make a special mention of Ms Beatrice. I had booked my stay, but due a change in plan i needed an additional day. unfortunately while booking i booked the additional day in another category room - premium studio for a day instead of standard studio. This premium room was in another block a 50 meters away. I spoke to Beatrice and without any hesitation said she would take care of the baggage. She requested us to pack our bags and leave in the room and that she would take care of shifting them to the other apartment. She did so with the help of her staff and are extremely grateful to her. ha ha. . . the gates of the entrance to the apartment need some lubrication. Just too heavy and hard to push open

The location is good, very clean and tidy, the staff are responsive and the communication is smooth. There is a balcony, so it is very pleasant to enjoy the breeze and drink in the evening.The scenery outside the window is also very good. Overall very satisfied.

The room facilities are equipped with a drip coffee machine, but there is no coffee powder. As a tourist, you would never expect to bring coffee powder. Being a coffee star is intolerable.

Once you finished the Check-in on location and you have received the code, it was super easy. The cleaning staff on location is super kind. The property is in a perfect loaction to explore the city by foot and Metro.

The instruction how to get the code missed a step: Once you reached the building you have to ring the doorball to gain access to the lobby. In the lobby is a kiosk where you finalize the check-in to receive the door codes.

Location was good

There are 2 buildings. We were not aware that our accommodation was at No 63. Property should tell the customer which apartment block the accommodation is. The property is situated on a steep hill. So it’s quite annoying to walk up the hill with luggage. Elderly people beware.

The location is perfect, a quiet area within walking distance of other neighborhoods. Supermarket Aldi, coffee shops are 3 minutes away from the building, UberXl from the airport is less than €20.

The sofa in the living room needs some love and cleaning. Issues with paying for the property. The apartment was booked and confirmed in March 2023 with Amex. A week before our arrival, the property started giving us a hard time regarding the payment. After a few days of back and forth, they finally accepted a payment via their website. As well the virtual receptionist is not the kindness.

Every time someone showered it would flood the bathroom due to bad design/piping problems and the sofa was not comfortable

The apartment was incredibly clean, nice and spacious. It was an added bonus that the room gets cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels provided. The superior suite had all the kitchen utensils you would need and a kitchen table /chairs. The outdoor balcony was shared between three other rooms however it was a lovely space to chill in the sun.

The shower wasn't well sealed and the water came out through the gaps, leaving the floor quite wet. We used towels to fry it up after so it wasn't a huge deal, just something to watch out for.

The location was very convenient to restaurants and main tourist area but quiet. The checkin process was extremely easy and the staff were very friendly. The apartment was comfortable for 4 adults.

Unfortunately the lift was broken during our stay.

Great location, super cleannn, quiet, and private feeling. Loved the spacious bathroom and how clean everything was. The room was very modern. Check-in on the kiosk wasn't working for me but I called using the phone on the kiosk and they assisted right away. The hosts were very responsive whenever I needed help.

My only tiny tiny complaint was that the complimentary glass bottle of water they left in the room seemed like it was being reused, and the mouth of the bottle was dirty with sediment(?). It's was no big deal, I just got my own water bottles for the fridge from the store nearby anyway. Still 10/10 stay
