I must share the incredible experience we had at this hotel. The hotel is perfectly located, truly deserving its 5-star rating. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, with personal service and food of the highest quality. The staff was exceptionally attentive, and the spa was so delightful that we wanted to book another treatment right away. To sum it up, this hotel makes you feel like a VIP even as a regular guest. There’s no doubt that it offers excellent value for the money spent. On my next visit, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location. It is in the busy tourist area but a block away from where the tourists are!!! The common spaces are classy and well designed. I am a disabled traveler with a service dog and the entire staff was incredibly supportive and attentive. Being solo that meant a lot also in terms of providing me with an overall pleasant and enjoyable experience breakfast is super cool with a rich menu of dishes and you can order as many as you want !

Dinner in the restaurant is good but a five star hotel should do better. Heating the outdoor pool would make the hotel perfect

Everything is excellent.. starting from the check-in, the friendly staff, helpful concierge, easy communication by WhatsApp for planning and scheduling tour & restaurant reservations, the suite is so nice and comfortable (we got an upgrade for both suites), the books in the rooms are valuable and well selected, I couldn't have the time to go throughout all books, the food in the breakfast is tasty, and finally the art gallery it's an excellent idea to have such thing open with easy access in the hotel, the variety of arts painting and the sculptures made my choice to get some of them.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location in central Lisbon. The pool & pool bar was excellent and a lovely way to spend the late afternoons after sightseeing.

Cleanliness of our room was not great. In addition the towels were of a poor quality for a 5* hotel. Indeed on arrival our rather worn and grey looking bath towels had holes in them! I did complain and the member of staff I complained to seemed somewhat bewildered as to why I was dissatisfied they did put some much better quality the next day but subsequently they were of dubious quality.

The One is centrally located, but in a quiet street. The building is breathtaking – a glamorous old palace restored beautifully. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were great, the bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was absolutely superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

The sound insulation at the door could have been done better. The room was very quiet but when people talked in front of the door it was a little bit noisier than expected.

We mainly chose this hotel because of the lovely garden and pool area. The staff were great, as was the breakfast and menu by the pool. The service in general was so good, as was the cleanliness. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, it was very quiet.

The room we chose didn’t seem as fancy as the pictures. The room had almost no storage, which rooms that size usually do. The restaurant menu didn’t measure up to the rest. Didn’t feel 100% worth the price.

Good location just out of the old part of City, good transport links close by, lovely friendly helpful staff, good architecture and decoration. good size rooms for a city location, outside pool and bar area.

PIGEONS!! Outside terrace area, pool side and bar area, they walk over the plates and cutlery of freshly laid tables and when a table is vacated by guests many descend on the table fighting over leftover bread still in the basket and any other scraps. I find it unbelievable that the management have not done something about it as surely this is a potential risk to guests health. Tell them to try Stop Bird Pro which is an electronic deterrent. The hotel standing alone would justify the room rate however in its location which is visually unappealing and with such poor road and footpath access, dilapidated buildings just across the narrow road it certainly does not.

A huge castle in the middle of Lisbon, it really is a marvellous place. Check in went smoothly, we came by car and the bellboy kindly parked it for us, the environment was amazing and the people very good and friendly and explaining everything about the hotel. Marvelous inner terrace, great pool, wonderful amenities. We definitely will come back !!! thanks for an excellent stay. Breakfast better than a buffet I have ever seen. So make sure you include breakfast and endless choice of a la carte goodies!!!

that I had to leave!!! and it was in December so I could not make use of the pool and it was too cold to sit outside. such a shame but we will be back in June!!!

Excellent location and great to have an outdoor pool - it’s on the roof but a decent size with a reasonable number of loungers and bar service. Delicious a la carte breakfast served on a pretty terrace. Room was comfortable and clean.

Not much to criticise at all but the concierge gave some inaccurate information. They were very pleasant and keen to help. There was a big event in Lisbon when we were there (World Youth Day with over a million visitors) so lots of road closures and some monuments closed etc so it was complicated. But we were given some inaccurate information on trams, where to get a taxi, monument openings etc. It didn’t matter and we had a great stay but this could be a bit slicker.

Excellent location. Lovely hotel. Staff were great and helpful.

I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport and they charged 60 euros when the usual taxi price would have been 15 euros, a bit too much of a mark up for me. I did request a quiet room as I am a light sleeper but they put me in a room opposite building works which did unfortunately wake me up each morning, although the window did block out quite a lot of the noise.
