I must share the incredible experience we had at this hotel. The hotel is perfectly located, truly deserving its 5-star rating. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, with personal service and food of the highest quality. The staff was exceptionally attentive, and the spa was so delightful that we wanted to book another treatment right away. To sum it up, this hotel makes you feel like a VIP even as a regular guest. There’s no doubt that it offers excellent value for the money spent. On my next visit, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible time at the One Palacio Anunciada. We arrived with two young children and met up with two additional families who also stayed at the hotel. It was luxurious, comfortable, and the service was really amazing. When we weren't exploring Lisbon, we were at the gorgeous pool, lounging on one of the patios, enjoying the spa, or having a drink/meal at one of the amazing restaurants. We were especially impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The room was well appointed and accommodated the four of us cozily. I highly recommend this property and will look to stay with the One group in other cities!

The hotel's location is excellent and very close to everything and next to the hotel there is an excellent cafe and a good restaurant. The reception staff were very, very nice. The room was beautiful and spacious and we were given a corner room with a view of the pool and terrace which was lovely. The room was also very cozy with excellent bedding and bed. In honor of my wife's birthday and wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a cake. The hotel is generally beautiful inside and the service is excellent. The pool is also refreshing and pleasant, especially since we stayed at the hotel in August and it was very hot in the afternoon to walk around the city. Our stay at the hotel was excellent.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel because it was very expensive by any standard we are used to and we travel to hotels of this level all over the world (32 euros per person). But maybe it's worth that price.

The location. It is in the busy tourist area but a block away from where the tourists are!!! The common spaces are classy and well designed. I am a disabled traveler with a service dog and the entire staff was incredibly supportive and attentive. Being solo that meant a lot also in terms of providing me with an overall pleasant and enjoyable experience breakfast is super cool with a rich menu of dishes and you can order as many as you want !

Dinner in the restaurant is good but a five star hotel should do better. Heating the outdoor pool would make the hotel perfect

The location of the hotel is very central so it is excellent to walk to many sights. The pool and lounge area are lovely and the perfect way to spend the afternoon. The service is top notch with very attentive people in the hotel lobby and front desk and pool area. The breakfast menu is quite extensive and delicious. The bed was comfortable but we should’ve used the pillow menu to select a pillow that was harder.

Everything is excellent.. starting from the check-in, the friendly staff, helpful concierge, easy communication by WhatsApp for planning and scheduling tour & restaurant reservations, the suite is so nice and comfortable (we got an upgrade for both suites), the books in the rooms are valuable and well selected, I couldn't have the time to go throughout all books, the food in the breakfast is tasty, and finally the art gallery it's an excellent idea to have such thing open with easy access in the hotel, the variety of arts painting and the sculptures made my choice to get some of them.

My first time in Lisbon and I wanted to book a boutique hotel in a central location and some authentic lisbon charm. This hotel certainly delivered. I liked the internal courtyard, art from thr restored palacio, mix of modern and historic, comfortable beds, perfect location on the best shopping street in Lisbon but still within 10 mins walk to the historic areas, safe and central.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location in central Lisbon. The pool & pool bar was excellent and a lovely way to spend the late afternoons after sightseeing.

Cleanliness of our room was not great. In addition the towels were of a poor quality for a 5* hotel. Indeed on arrival our rather worn and grey looking bath towels had holes in them! I did complain and the member of staff I complained to seemed somewhat bewildered as to why I was dissatisfied they did put some much better quality the next day but subsequently they were of dubious quality.

It is a perfect place for a couple and to relax after exploring Lisboa. The location is amazing, and the staff are super friendly and helpful always with a smile. We spent the last part of our honeymoon here, and we got an amazing upgrade and sparkling wine,cake and candy. This is really a 5 star hotel. Never been treated better from start to finish. Thank you!

Nothing, wanted to stay longer.

The One is centrally located, but in a quiet street. The building is breathtaking – a glamorous old palace restored beautifully. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were great, the bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was absolutely superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

The sound insulation at the door could have been done better. The room was very quiet but when people talked in front of the door it was a little bit noisier than expected.
