Very good location and near the subway station. Take a " day pass " for EUR 6,80 wich is valid for 24 hrs and you can use it for the train and bus rides. The Praca do Comercio is at a slow 15 min walk to the right. It s near the river Tagus and from there you can walk up to the old (higher) part of Lisbon and visit the castle of Sao Jorge and on your way to the castle pass the church. Have a stroll through Alfama. If you do the tram ride look for a station where not too many tourists board. A que is almost inevitable. I took the 28 and got to see the best part of the city. If you go to Belem (on the banks of the river Tagus) you will find the tower of Belem and the Jeronimos Monastry. Even if booking the ticket online the que was enormous and I had to wait for more then an hour to get inside. To visit the grave of Vasco da Gama you have to enter the church and that requires another ticket. The tour through the monastry was done in less then 30 min and therefor a bit disappointing. The tower of Belem is nice and on the right side there is a very very good restaurant Feitoria ! It s a Michelin star awarded restaurant and very expensive but worth to try ! Very good menu but again " not cheap " so skip this if it not fits your budget. Worth mentioning though ! The boat ride on the Tagus was nice and it brings you from Belem to the Praca do Comercio and back sailing on the other side where the sanctuary of Christ is. Do the boat ride if you are sure you will have nice weather. Near the hotel are some good resto s and they are not so expensive. Opposite the entrance of the hotel is a good place to have a beer and some good bites. Around the corner (right) is a good place for a good sandwich and a drink for less then EUR 8. Took an Uber taxi from the airport to the hotel for EUR 8. Hotel is excellent and it gives you what is promise you. I had a single room (single bed, where can you find that) and although it is a small room it is comfortable.

Nothing ! I ran out of space so just will add that the breakfast was great with boiling hot eggs and fresh fruits.

What made this property great was the friendly and helpful staff. they assisted us with a few online challenges and were cheery, kind and knowledgeable. We found the rooms somewhat cramped and some hair conditioner would have been nice; however, it served it's purpose for us as a starting place to begin our adventure in Portugal. All in all the hotel is in a good location and is pretty good value for the money.

Rooms a bit cramped compared to what we are accustom to in North America. We found ourselves climbing over each other getting ready for our day. My wife was disappointed that there was no hair conditioner, this didn't bother me so much. A chair at the desk also would have been nice to do searches on the laptop. One probably could have been provided but as I didn't ask I can't say.

Very small rooms- barely any space for luggage and bed side tables Shower was separate from sink/ toilet and had a transparent glass door which might not be OK for many people (athough for us this was not an issue) Room door soundproofing from noises within the hotel really bad (you could hear the neighboring rooms coming back to the room late in the evening or checking out and dragging their luggage in the corridor early in the morning as well as cleaning staff vacuuming the corridor/ common areas)

Location was absolutely perfect for all Lisbon sightseeing as it was really close to the Metro and unbelievably very quiet in the room at night considering we were very central. When we put Do Not Disturb outside as we felt we didn't need a refresh in the morning there was a note at the end of the day when we got back, saying they hadn't cleaned our room as we'd left the sign out, but if we wanted it cleaned, to let Reception know. So thoughtful. The Reception team were BRILLIANT at giving sightseeing tips and recommending timings and really went over and above. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We asked for a breakfast take-away one morning and there was only one vegetarian option (cheese sandwich on white bread). I didn't know I could have asked for brown bread as that would have been preferred!

The room was modern, clean and well-orgnised, they have very good buffet breakfast with very good options and local sweets. The location is just 3 mins from the city center. The staff are very kind and cooperative, you can leave your luggage at the hotel when you check out. The facility is well-maintained and clean. I do recommend this hotel for a wise budget. My experience was excellent.

The toilets and shower are small, and you need to pay attention when you use the hairdryer. The light in the room is low, not very strong, I don't know why the light system is designed in this way, but , it is not an issue..

Excellent location but quite pricey. Extremely basic in terms of services - no fridge in the room, tiny rooms. Essentially you are paying for the location. If you’re just planning to spend one or two nights and most of the at time outside then it works well.

Could have used a small fridge or at least machines providing cold water. Rooms were tiny and there’s no way to turn off the green lights in the windows that stay on all night.

Location 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Breakfast 9/10 Staff 9/10 We had a very pleasant stay, staff who checked us in and out were lovely. Rooms were clean and great shelving to put your stuff in. Location is great, just note weekends can get a bit rowdy but if you close the windows and blackouts, you wont have issues. Literal walking distance to all you need

Nothing in particular. We had an issue with bathroom sink, it was very slow to drain, but we didn't inform the team to move us or fix it. I am sure if we did ask, they would help and resolve it.

The location of the hotel is central and perfect for getting around and travelling out of Lisbon by bus, metro/tube and train. It is also a great location for sightseeing and shopping. The squares are conveniently located nearby to join free walking tours. I would recommend the Alfama - old town tour. The single room was small, but it did not bother me as I was there to explore the city. More important to me was that it (the room) was clean, and continental breakfasts perfectly fine to start the day on. Katty and Andreea were very professional, friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.

What was missing was a kettle, tea/coffee and cup in the room.

Very central and easy to find hotel. Metro and bus stations are super close. Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel room was very clean. The solo/single room had some student dorm vibes but I am all in for the nostalgia ;) Very comfy bed! Also, Bairro Baxia and Bairro Alfama can be done easily by foot from this accommodation. So, perfect location to start your lisbon adventure! Would book again.

The only drawback I can think of is that you hear everything in the hotel (such as your hotel room neighbors). However, that can be easily solved with ear plugs and during your stay in lisbon you are unlikely to spend much time at the hotel anyway ;)

The hotel was very clean, extremely central and only around the corner from Teatro Politeama - a wonderful theatre which, if you get a chance go and see a show there. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The sheets in the bed were crisp and immaculate and although my bed was narrow, it was very comfortable. The soaps and creams in the bathroom were lovely . As a sole traveller I found it warm and welcoming .

There was building going on next door so it was noisy in the morning . Having said that I slept very well. I took a while to work out the lighting in the room but my advice there is to read the very detailed instructions which are in the room in a newspaper style pamphlet!
