Easily accessible from the airport, it took some half an hour or so by metro. The location is great! At the very centre, a lot of sights, shops, marketrs, cafés, restaurants etc around. Two metro stations, a lot of bus stops and a railway station within 2-to-3-minute walk. The staff was so nice and friendly, always ready to help and advise. A lot of thanks to all of them!!! Breakfasts were fine - fried eggs, toast, pancakes, jams, ham, cheese, jogurt, cereals, fruits, tea, coffee, juice, chocolate; everything was refilled when needed. Our room was on the top (fourth) floor, so we had a really magnificent view over the Rossio Square and the St. Jorge Castle.

There was no lift to get to the fourth floor, which we didn't mind, but for some people it may be difficult. The area of our room definitely wasn't 35 sq. meters, as stated on the booking.com website, But we spent all days out, so it was OK. In our room, just like in our friends' rooms, there were no wardrobes, only a rail and some hangers. So we had most of our stuff in the suitcase all the time. I think it is a great place for undemanding travellers.

Nice atmosphere, goood breakfast, kind people, good location. Fresh baked pancakes, and good scramble egg in the morning, made by 2 smiley girls. 😊

The location was amazing; it had amazing views and was a central spot to explore the other parts of the city. There are stores, restaurants , and pharmacies within walking distance. Public transportation was also easy to access. The staff were so friendly, kind and accommodating. They were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing! Being able to store luggage there made our trip way more enjoyable. The room itself was nice for the price and the window view was amazing. There was plenty of space for belongings and the bed was decent. For being a hostel, it never felt too loud or chaotic, any noise was from on the street which is to be expected if you want to be in the center!

The shower needs to be updated; it did not drain and it was moldy. The rest of the bathroom was fine. The room could use an extra fan. The location was amazing for us; we wanted to be central but keep in mind being central means you do need to be mindful of surroundings at night.

The staff is amazing. All of them. Especially Resu. He always made sure my stay was the best. He even cooked for everyone! It has a very nice, varied and complete breakfast with bread, eggs, crepes, fruit, ham and cheese and several spreads. The beds are very comfortable

It doesn’t have a lift. Taking a shower there ir a nightmare. The bathrooms are ok, but the showers suck. The floors are very noisy as well so it tends to be very noisy if someone comes in the middle of the night even if they are mindful about it. Also, be careful with dropping things from the bed because they are screwed into the walls and it is really difficult to get that thing back if it gets between the bed and the walls (speaking from experience). Anyway Resu was there and saved the day!

The staff were nice and polite. The breakfast was satisfying, nothing special but adequate: eggs, fruit, tea, toast. Also they offer towels for free. When I requested for an extra pillow, the gentleman was very nice to find me one and I appreciate it. The location is also central, close to Rossio station which is very convenient if you're going to Sintra. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

While there's adequate showers and toilets, there is not enough space to hang towels and toiletries. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm, and while it wasn't exactly small, it easily became stuffy with the luggage and everyone's stuff.

Great location in the heart of Lisbon, next to many sights and 2 metro stations. Decent breakfast for the price, and you don't have to clean up yourself as it is usual in hostels. Very friendly and helpful staff, cozy common room, beds quite comfortable and shared rooms not too small. Lockers are big and easily accessible.

Too many stairs since it is an old building, the interior also needs some serious refurbishment. Water supply is timed to maybe 30 seconds in the sinks and a minute or so in the shower, which is very annoying. Cold and hot water is mixed all the time, making a simple shower a challenge. Cleanliness of the toilet can be improved too.

10 out of 10 for every single member of staff who made my stay enjoyable and comfortable, for the amazing breakfast and for cleanliness. The location is perfect for sightseeing with free walking tours leaving from the square.

The design of the shared bathrooms is very poor. They look unfinished, offer little privacy, have no shelving and there is the most ridiculous sink I have ever seen. Dorm rooms overlooking the main square have a great view but are very noisy. Rooms are on the upper floors and there is no lift.

overall experience, staff and location super nice. really special and homey my time with them. thanks soo much, once again! after a very stressful time, i felt welcome from the very beginning. definitely a place to stay!!

one morning at breakfast time i was shaken when one seemingly senior kitchen-staff member was shouting to another one and directing her in a way that was not appropriate, i felt. the lady which had to endure the scene, prepared the most beautiful breakfast a day earlier and created a much nicer atmosphere,-calm and easy, than that seemingly person in higher "rank". aiaiaiiiiaiii.

Breakfast was great. Receptionist was helpful and friendy. Room was big enough. Lock system to keep your luggages under bed was decent. Kitchen and gathering room was inviting.

Toilets were so small its impossible to move without touching walls or door or worst toulet itself. I avoided wc when its possible. Showers were uncomfortable cause they were directly next to bathroom door and bathroom door was usually left open by others and everyone can see you showering both men and women. I hated showering there.

The location was great! Near bus, metro and train stations!

There was no mention of it not having an elevator! Our room was on the top floor, and had to take the stairs carrying our luggage, though Daniel was so kind enough to help carry my colleague’s luggage. It would be important to mention this in case people with mobility problems accidentally book the property. Also, the bathroom door is a glass sliding one which tends to get stuck, we had a hard time opening from the inside. It would be nice if they do something about it for future guests.
