Our stay at the Pessoa Hotel in Portugal was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were immediately impressed by the elegant and modern design of the hotel. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep each night. We also appreciated the amenities provided, including the luxurious toiletries and the well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The selection was varied and catered to different tastes, with fresh local produce and delicious pastries. And the pool area with sauna and spa, where we relax for few days. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city, with many of Lisbon’s main attractions within walking distance. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, allowing us to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, the Pessoa Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Portugal and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel was right in the heart of Lisbon so it was the perfect location for sightseeing. It was clean, tidy well managed and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious too and there was so much choice.

If I had to mention one thing that i didn’t like then it would probably be that the room layout was a bit awkward, especially with the large divide in the room and the column.

Only small shortcoming in our room was that toilet room had no window or ventilation. Hence it would vent via the sleeping room which can be unpleasant

I recently stayed at this hotel with a spa and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a pool, sauna, and a relaxation room with beds. While the pool was on the smaller side, it was still enjoyable, and the sauna facilities were quite good. The relaxation room provided a peaceful environment, as long as other guests were considerate and quiet. The mini fridge in the room was replenished daily and included in the price. This was a nice touch. Breakfast was a standout feature, with fantastic views and an excellent selection of both national specialties and international dishes. Options ranged from British and European items to pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, nuts, pancakes, and more. The variety ensured there was something for everyone. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It is very close to a metro station and within walking distance of three nearby districts. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the starting point of the famous tram 28 line. There are also several great restaurants (e.g. Carmo restaurant, Nood Chaido) around the corner that are reasonably priced.

The room I stayed in was a bit small for two people with large suitcases. While there were additional suitcase stands available, space to store luggage comfortably was limited. However, the bathroom was stylish and well-integrated with the room. One minor downside was the behavior of some other guests at the pool—for example, jumping in immediately after using the sauna without showering first. (Who does that?) Overall, this hotel provides excellent amenities, a fantastic breakfast selection, and a prime location for exploring the city. With slightly larger rooms and more mindful guests, it would be even better!

The hotel, staff, room and amenities like the spa area were fantastic. Everything went smoothly and we didn't ha e one single problem during our stay.

The only thing I would point out is that the room may benefit from extra hooks to dry towels and robes, especially if you are using pool and spa. We only had two little ones so towels and robes couldn't dry properly.

When we first got there, the staff was so nice and generous it made me suspicious! But over our few day stay we came to find out that they were totally genuine, incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and generous. Especially Yasoja, who gave us tons of recommendations, made sure we had everything we needed, and always greeted us with a huge smile when we came in or went out, and was just. Besides the service, it was a great hotel. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. The spa was super nice. I would recommend the breakfast. The location was really fun, with lots of great restaurants and stuff nearby — and also quite central in terms of being able to explore the rest of the city. Highly recommend.

The sauna was not working, so make sure to ask before :) And the spa center/ pool opens at 9:30.

The staff were warm and helpful. I arrived very early and they were really great at helping me change clothes, and use the gym and spa. The breakfast is quite good - not the best I have ever had, but quite good compared to most European hotels I have stayed at. The gym was fine. The spa was nice. The location is fantastic. The bed was good. Wifi was flawless. And this is the first hotel I have ever stayed in where the minibar was free. It was modestly stocked but a salvation when I was time zones away from normal eating. I hope others follow this model!

I cannot think of anything that was bad. The light switches were frustrating and could have used labels. But I have yet to find a hotel that does that anywhere close to logically.

The room was so nice including the very comfortable bed linens and pillows! We Loved the location and the incredible view from the rooftop! The breakfast buffet was so fresh and delicious, even the pastries were warm straight out of the oven! We enjoyed the spa amenities such as the sauna, steam room and pool for free. The parking structure greatly helped with not having to worry about parking too. The staff did an amazing job especially David at the front desk! He was very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect for our stay and we will be recommending Lisboa Pessoa! Thank you.
