I recently stayed at Chiado Arty Flats with my family, and I can’t recommend it enough! We were two couples and two teenagers, and we stayed in the penthouse, which was absolutely perfect for our group. The apartment features two suites (one for each couple), a loft space with two beds for the teenagers, and an additional full bathroom in the living room — everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As an interior designer, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful design of the space. The penthouse was beautifully decorated with unique and artsy furniture pieces made from unconventional materials, in keeping with the property’s creative vibe. And the view! The panoramic sight of the city and the piazza in front of the building was just breathtaking. But the penthouse is just the beginning of what makes Chiado Arty Flats so special. Here are a few other things that made our stay unforgettable: - Location: The property is situated in Chiado, one of the most charming neighborhoods in Lisbon, and is within walking distance of just about everything. You truly couldn’t ask for a better location in the city. - Concierge Service: The concierge team, especially Paul and Catarina, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I accidentally left behind two items — a prescription pair of glasses and an AirPods case — after I’d already left Lisbon. The team arranged to have them shipped to me in Italy with great care and prompt communication. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. - Breakfast: We had the most wonderful breakfast together as a family. The staff brought everything directly to our apartment and even accommodated our dietary restrictions. We gathered around the large glass dining table in the penthouse, enjoying a beautiful spread and making lasting memories in such a cozy, artsy space. I wholeheartedly recommend Chiado Arty Flats for your stay in Lisbon. Exceptional service, unique design, and perfect location!

I stayed at Chiado Arty Flats and loved how central it was. It’s right in the middle of Chiado, so you can just walk out the door and find cafés, shops, and cool little streets to explore. Bairro Alto and Baixa are only a few minutes away on foot, and the tram and metro are super close if you want to go further. Honestly, it made exploring Lisbon really easy and fun. I also drove into Lisbon, and getting in and out of the city was much easier than I expected. I found secure parking at Camoes (20 Euros per day), just a 5-minute walk from the property, which made things super convenient. On top of all that, the staff were all super welcoming and eager to help us discover Lisbon.

Location , staff - Paul and Miguel are the best , help us out a lot , give suggestions to places to eat and watch Fado music . The room was very comfortable , only drawback , the detachable bed , dining area , couch where my 2 girls are staying there are no closet or drawers for them to place their clothes . Food - was great during the first 2 mornings , but change the menu a little bit would help , such as instead of scrambled eggs everyday , next day is soft boiled egg , or sunny side up eggs . Also change the juices , not the same every day . We stayed for 5 days . Nevertheless , it was nice of the staff to give us the breakfast the night before if our excursion leaves early . Housekeeping - great at doing their job . Room clean everyday . Overall - excellent stay !!!

Apartment with a nice industrial/minimalistic design. Super clean, comfy beds. Lovely breakfast brought at the door every morning. Cleaning every day. Super friendly and helpful staff. Metro at 10 min. walking, buses at 2 min. We travelled with 2 kids, 2 and 8y old. They liked it also, so we all loved it. Great place, great experience.

It is not a minus because it is not about the property, but the neighborhood. We knew this so it didn't bother us, but if you have a baby stroller, pushing it uphill in Chiado can be challenging on cobbled streets in summer heat.

Amazing location, place and staff. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night and they were there to hand on the keys for us. The place was spot cleaned and everything was great. The location is amazing - in the top part of the city, but really close to great restaurants, bars and really cool places. We have 2 kids and they loved (with no complains! :) to wall up and down to reach the places. Catarina and Thomás were way beyond helpful with great recommendations of places to visit, to eat and how to get there. We received a well served breakfast in the room everyday. We'll definitely recommend Chiado Arty Flat for every friend and I'll come back in the future.

The only downside is the walls and ceiling was paper thin, so we could hear all the neighbors bedrooms noises and steps over us. But, it was a minor thing, since we stayed out most of the time.

Amazing location, beautiful “artsy” decor. The rooms are clean, functional and spacious for European standards. The breakfast is perfect too, it’s a great way to start your day sooner rather than standing in a line outside one of the restaurants. It also felt very safe, if the receptionist is not around then you need a number code to enter the building. More than anything else it’s the location. You are a tram ride from Alfama. You are a few steps away from Rossio. You are surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes. One of the days we even managed to sneak out after the kids slept to go and listen to Fado music! Totally recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Lisbon especially with family.

I stayed at Chiado Arty flats for 4 days with my daughters and we had a wonderful experience.Our apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.with daily housekeeping and a delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The location is excellent just steps away from the starting station of the famous tram 28 and surrounding by great restaurants and lively clubs.Many of Lisbon's miradouros are also within walking distance.A big thank you to Catarina,Tomas and Paulo for their helpful tips,kindness and great sense of humor.They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay as a family with a newborn in this accommodation. Everything was perfect starting with the great communication with the reception, the really spacious and clean apartment with big terrace and the fresh breakfast service to the room in the mornings. Also they arranged a baby cot which eventually was not needed, but looked really comfortable. Reception was super friendly and always on top to help. Location is absolutely stunning as you are basically in the middle of all the buzz of the city yet you dont hear any outside noise. Big plus for us was the free parking in front of the house, but this is subject to availability - so i guess we have been lucky this time :)

If I would want to find something I could say that the place is not 100% accessible due to a couple of (high) steps before reaching the elevators. But hey - you are in Lisbon so those few extra steps dont really matter :)

Perfect location to explore Lisbon. Too many stairs in the street makes difficult to carry the luggage, there is an option though to reach the property with less stairs. Spacious, modern, perfectly clean room! Good matress althought the single bed was not too stable. Reception is not open until late afternoon, if you want to leave the luggage after check out. Excellent breakfast, nicely served in the room. Good quality of food and products, adequate qty. Very kind personnel, attentive and asked your preferences for breakfast, willing to offer help or information. Safe neighborhood with a big variety of nice restaurants nearby the property. Overall an excellent choise and perfect stay. Thank you
