Good ambience and decor. Love the verandahs. Amenities in an apartment are fully equipped.

Host gotten us to wait for about 15 mins on arrival. Also not much response when we wanted to request for a taxi booking.

It looked like a new appartment… everything was shining…and the location was absolutely top!! 3 bathrooms, just amazing!

There was a limit kitchen stuff like glasses but it was ok!

Mafalda was amazing. She checked us in right in the apartment, gave us wonderful recommendations, and was an absolute pleasure. She is really good at her job and made our stay in Lisbon absoulutely wonderful. The apartment is in the coolest neighborhood in Lisbon and is HUGE! We want to buy it and move there it was so good. Our driver Fabio (booked through the property) was also amazing and suggested we go to a restaurant around the corner that was to die for. Great job team!

Absolutely nothing could have been any better. It was perfect and we will be staying there again for sure.

This property was AMAZING. It couldn't have been better. The flat itself was immaculate, contemporary, and well stocked. The view to the street was dreamy and fun, but the noise was filtered out by the exceptional windows. We barely heard a thing when they were shut! We were greeted upon arrival by a host who personally guided us to our private parking spot, then helped us with our luggage to the flat. The flat itself was honestly perfect. The bed was comfy, the shower was divine, the kitchen was great, the living room was spacious, and the location...OMG the location. We "got lost" in the surrounding neighborhood and loved every second wandering up and down the roads to see what we could find. So many shops and restaurants just steps away. And if you walk down the hill you'll arrive at the water -- please try and do this right when the sun is rising! You won't regret it! I highly recommend this flat and probably all of the flats provided by the company.

The property location is very good and facilities are excellent. But the check in experience was less satisfactory. I still wonder why the host did not provide me with the access code automatically the day before we moved in, instead sending us emails to warn us that you had no office on site. I was warned not to be able to get into the property on the day if I could not arrive by 5pm, despite I had an assurance from a staff member over the phone three days ago. It was confusing. I am sure you would understand that customers who pay for staying in a luxury apartment do not want that! You should not created an anxiety to your customers from the time they have made the booking, instead you should explain them what they should do if they arrive out of your working hours.

Excellent location and fabulous amenities in the apartment. Every room had a television and all the appliances in the kitchen are up-to-date and beautiful.

One of the bedrooms that has two twin beds The beds are right next to each other so unless you are a couple or of the same family it’s not really suitable for two different people to sleep in that same room as you are right next to each other. For 4 single people traveling together you would have one person in each bedroom and the 4 th person on the comfortable pill out couch. Harder for 5 single people traveling together.

Amazing apartment in an ideal location for a first time visit to Lisbon. Great amenities and helpful staff. The welcome fruit and Easter gift was so thoughtful.

Everything was fabulous. This is only a note for future renters and absolutely not a negative. The shower water goes from warm to hot with a minor shift of the handle. Be careful of the water temperature. The showers were so amazing once you got the right temperature. They provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Good location, modern, all necessary utensils, comfortable and very professional service.

The second room was a bit small and the videt was broken.

We loved this property. The location was fantastic, near plenty of eateries and 7 minute walk to Chiado- Baxia train station. Great communication via what’s app and we were met by Yuran at the property. We were welcomed with a lovely bowl of fruit and water in the fridge. Great sized bathroom, comfy bed and the small balcony was great to sit and watch the world go by. This was one of our best accomodations in Portugal.
