Great location, nice property, loved the wine/ grapes theme flowing through the entire hotel offering. Also very nice small surprises in the room every evening (a small drink and some sweets).

Staff was kind, but not very well trained for a 5 star hotel. Front desk didn't follow-up timely on our requests, they were quite pushy always asking if we brought back the hotel umbrella, restaurant staff was forgetting often to bring things to the table... Rooms nice but quite basic, limited amenities. Definitely not what one would expect for this price point.

We stayed at this incredible hotel in Lisbon’s city center, and it exceeded all our expectations! Perfectly situated, everything was within walking distance—historic landmarks, vibrant neighborhoods, shops, and public transport. The dining options were exceptional. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh, local ingredients. Our room was small, but nicely designed and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable; in the evenings we received some delicious treats in the room. Next time we would book a room with a city view that is outstanding (our room had an inside view). The staff was really nice. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location.

Pros: Excellent location. Very friendly staff (particularly Pedro). Great dining experience at Federico (particularly the carrot-in-different-textures dish). Our corner room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Nice sheets, towels, and room temperature. The view was incredible and we particularly enjoyed the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, as well as the his-and-hers sinks. We also loved the detail of the daily pastry/wine left by housekeeping.

Cons: Breakfast should start before 7:30am and dinner should end later than 10pm.

Incredible building with interesting history. Rooms were characterful and elegant with great hygiene. The bar and restaurant space was fantastic. The team were incredible and their attentiveness was like no other. We were well catered for, and the wine tasting experience was good fun with a knowledgeable sommelier. All members of staff knew the history of the building and would happily tell you about its story. They made a great honeymoon stay for me and my wife and I implore others to experience this fantastic hotel.

I had been the excellent staying in Lisbon for six days. In the Palácio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel I naturally felt the unique culture of Portugal. The inside walls covered with azulejo, it is really the Palace in Portugal style. The team of the Hotel was very hospital, they every day provided us lots of homemade sweets with Porto wine, Portugal sparking wine and liquor. In addition to this, the team of the Hotel congratulated my mother and me on the Birthday! Your hotel made us very happy! Thank you so much!

Hotel and history of hotel was absolutely stunning - as were the rooms!

I wish we could have chosen our room specifically based on view/window, which are such a huge draw for this hotel. While many on the site show large sweeping windows with amazing city views, we had a very small window to physically lean out and turn to see a view of the city.

Excellent location, close to the main touristic neighbourhoods and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast and brunch, both very good with lots of options and quality ingredients.

Minor point was accepting small kids - whilst using the gym there were kids throwing objects and playing with the treadmill (ended up with one of the hurt). Also, it felt a bit overpriced for Lisbon - our room faced an indoor patio which made it very dark.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well designed restaurant and hotel. Location is very convenient however note that Lisbon is a very busy city. if you dont mind thousands of tourists its ok. The room is not large but well designed and bathroom is spacious however ideally there are two sinks in the bathroom for two people.

breakfast is good but it can be improved. please offer more veggies: asparagus, brocolli, cauliflower, spinach and please offer cooked rice not only bread and sweets.

The Palacio Ludovice is the most charming and unique hotel. We loved everything about our stay- wonderful location in the exciting Baro Alto, gorgeous tiles and amazing history, fabulous views, informative wine tastings- and truly lovely staff. The bartenders made us delightful drinks and conversation! The front desk staff and restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is fabulous!!! We wanted to stay forever!

The hotel has an amazing, very central location. The staff was extremely friendly! There is an opportunity to have a wine tasting and every day there were little gifts awaiting us in our room. The breakfast was ok, the local delicious bubbles were served during the breakfast. The room was spacious and fabulous with very comfy beds.

There is nothing to complain about.
