Front door (entry door) slams shut at all hours. Seemed to shake the whole building. Awakened me often. Need to remedy that.

A charming place conveniently located to central streets and locations and to great restaurants. The staff is super friendly, the advance clarifications were helpful and the onsite service was very professional. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the compliment at check-in was very touching. The breakfast is made with fresh products, varied and it is very nice to have it served in your room every day at 8:30. They even accommodated an earlier breakfast request on one of the days. A beautifully maintained and modern place, extremely clean and with friendly staff. Great for a family holiday.

Very clean, large, self catering apartment; comfortable bed with fine, cotton sheets; a good, continental breakfast brought to the room; close to the city nightlife full of bars and restaurants, but on a quiet street ensuring a good night’s sleep. Great staff, especially Maria who guided us so well, with a smile and a great deal of patience. We stayed for 6 nights and would definitely come again. Thank you.

The suite caters for all needs so it’s hard to find anything we didn’t like. Perhaps you could supply a tea-cloth for drying dishes, and a hand rail on the stairs to the upper floors might also be useful, especially when carrying luggage.

The bed was very comfortable & the studio was extremely clean. The staff were friendly & very helpful, sorting any issues immediately & providing extra assistance when requested. The provided breakfast was delivered to the studio each morning & had a good selection of food, though personally I was unable to eat most of it due to my vegan diet (my daughter said the quality of the cake selection was outstanding)

There are no rooms with direct access to the patio area as shown on the booking site & those photos are not of this accommodation (so do not book expecting a room like that). We would have liked to have known what room we had booked before arrival. Our bathroom sink was blocked on arrival, but it was sorted quickly. Some of the light switches did not work. Please note that Bolt drivers will NOT pick up from this accommodation, they will accept the booking & then cancel after saying they have arrived. If using Bolt I suggest requesting pick up from Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcãntara, which is a short walk away, instead. Bolt drivers will drop off at the accommodation though & the regular taxis will pick up from the accommodation

Our room was spacious and very bright- looking at the beautiful garden. Having catering facilities, kettle, dishwasher etc. was really helpful as we could start our day after having a good breakfast. The location was really good with great transport links. If we wanted to walk to centre, we could have, but having 2 little ones, we chose to take public transport, and we never had to wait longer than 2 minutes. Most important was the customer service- Cristiana was such a kind and lovely person who helped us with our check out times, offered solutions when our room was a bit noisy due to guests spending time in the garden late at night, and she was always there to offer solution, advice or a smiling welcome- so a huge thank you to her.

Cleaning can be improved. Our socks were always black as if the floor hasn't been wiped for a long time and we found some trash under the bed from previous guests. Having said that, sheets were changed, bins were emptied and even dishes were washed one day when we came back- so I think it is just a matter of cleaning the floors after each guest or providing some slippers. There was a foul smell coming from the kitchen sink which was close to the beds. Although our ground floor room was lovely and bright, the garden is open to everyone's use in the suites and if you have a noisy group, it does effect your sleep as you can hear everything.

Staff was very accommodating and present at checkin. Large comfortable bed and well appointed kitchenette. Property was just a few blocks from a great park overlooking the city. Restuarants, neighborhood markets and the Rossio translation were nearby. And it was an easy walk to the Time Out Market. Breakfast for two was always more than we could eat.

Little courtyard in back was often noisy at night so we had to keep the windows closed. No view but adequate light.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Room clean and they gave us a free small bottle and mini pastel de nata, very nice touch. 2 aircon units, one in main living room area and another in the bedroom which was great. Very comfy beds and pillows. Didn’t quite realise they’d come in to clean every day so that was my mistake

Large, comfortable, clean rooms in a great, central location. Pretty quiet, though that could be due to the time of year (February, not high season). The value for the price was great!

Being on the ground floor and looking out onto the street directly was a little worrisome, traveling with a kid, but at least there were heavy blinds to pull to shield the room from passersby.

The place was very nice, the staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean. The breakfast was very nice and satisfying.

If you want to use bolt app you need to go few meters from the guest house cause the don't pick from there for some reason. From the center to the guest house most of the time was OK and no problems. There were few times that taxi drivers didn't agree to take us because it's a short trip,for old persons it's less convenient... All animals all it's was OK.

- photos a bit misleading / I booked a suite that seemed to have a terrace but there wasn’t - slightly basic furniture and decoration for the price range (don’t expect any luxury)
