The apartment is so brightly and cheerfully decorated as in the photos. Big and comfortable. Dining table looks classy. Kitchen is super good as they have all the oil, salt, pepper, washing powder balls etc that makes cooking so easy and convenient. The balcony and living room view is the perfect sunset and postcard view where you can see the whole city. Very nice bakery right downstairs and many good restaurants choices within 1 or 2 minutes walk. Festive area though it is uphill. And although it is uphill, it is surprisingly easy walking distance to some tourist attractions and getting a h er is cheap so this location is center to many attractions.

The apartment on the first floor was filled with light and had an amazing view. The apartment was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and the table was beautifully set with meringues when we arrived.

The location is a blessing and a curse. The property is noisy, we were forewarned but I didn’t expect it to be as loud as it was. We were there for 5 nights and there was noise until around 4:30 am every night. We could hear people’s conversations word for word as well as singing and fighting. We also had construction noise during the day from the cafe downstairs, tbh this bothered us more than the nighttime noise. In hindsight, I think this was probably not the right location for us and this is not the fault of the property.

The apartment is lovely, well situated, easy to find, close to good restaurants and to the top of one of the funiculars. Trams and buses run right outside. The beds are comfortable and the aircon works well. The Residentas team are really excellent, they couldn't have been more helpful.

The apartment would be improved by adding an extra bathroom, ie, so there's one for each bedroom, rather than having to share. In festival times it's very noisy across the road, and groups congregated under the window. The café below started its music (loudly) at 6:45am one of the mornings we were there. The windows block a lot of the noise but not all of it.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with easy instructions for operating. Bedroom was comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. Especially enjoyed the balcony. Communication with staff was very responsive. Central location makes it easy to get to everything.

Unfortunately there are two or three bars on the side street with very loud partying on Friday and Saturday nights until 4 AM. The worst part was the periodic outbursts of loud singing. Less so on the weekdays but it did impact our enjoyment. If you go on the weekend, bring earplugs and a good book. It is Bairro Alto so you have to know what you are getting into.

The balcony was EVERYTHING! We enjoyed meals, drinks and the view on the balcony overlooking beautiful Lisbon. Note- seating for 2 Loved the welcome gifts of food. Service and communication a+++ Called for help with heat and they came over in minutes. Loved housekeeping and fresh towels!

There wasn’t much not to like! Only thing, the tv was far from the seating area if more than 1 person is watching on the couch, BUT the 2 antique chaises made up as beds compensated for that many times over. The noise has been mentioned in several comments but know it’s only heard in the master bedroom.

The location was phenomenal. With a lookout across the street, local food vendors and a bustling, fun neighborhood nearby, it was more than we expected. Very walkable in and around the area and only a 10-15 min walk down into the city center. Secure building. The staff was friendly, responsive and very accommodating.

The second bedroom is tight for two people with large luggage but do-able. (We had 3 adults in our party.) Could hear people outside late into the night on the weekends, but worth it for the location.

Although it was self check-in the staff was very friendly and quick to answer the whole stay. when we got there everything was very well thought of including the crib for our child, a teddy bear and plastic plates for him. The apartment was big beautiful and in excellent location. In addition they offered a free cleaning service at the middle of our stay which was great. We used the kitchen a lot since we were a family and cooked and everything was really easy and good to use. We recommend 100%!

There was nothing really wrong with this apartment.. maybe they could have put a little more sugar but that's it...

It is very well renovated. Magnificent location with everything within walking distance. Two good restaurants in the same building and a perfect breakfast place two doors down. Windows open to a beautiful sight seeing platform so enough privacy. Nice and quiet with windows closed. Nice city buzz with windows open. Hosts were extremely good - helped to stock the fridge so we had what we needed upon arrival. Two separate bedrooms on other ends of the apartment so enough privacy. Good shower. Nice balance found in renovation with old floors renovated and the rest modern and nice. I liked the big windows.

Nothing to report here. Photos on the site are realistic.

It was a beautiful clean large apartment in a great location (pictures on line very accurate)with nice restaurants located close by.

We were forewarned about the noise factor but honestly the partying across the street goes on until the wee hours of the morning all during the week, into the weekend. If you’re sleeping in the main back bedroom earplugs help but if you have people sleeping in the living room area, it’d be very difficult to sleep there.

Spacious, comfortable and homely apartment with amazing view. Travelled as single mum with two young adults and felt very safe. Exceptional communication with the staff who were thoughtful and helpful at the same time. Luagguage storage a €10 car journey into town. Beautiful building and safe storage. Short walk away from the boats, or main attractions. Great restaurants, coffee shops and bars all around. Would reside with that company again.

if I had to find a flaw, pillows were rather hard, but that is personal preference. Beds are otherwise fabulous, Large, mattress medium.to hard.
