Great place, great location for people who want to explore the city on foot/public transport, and service on point. All our requesta were met and the staff (both on site and on the phone) were super nice. We had our large dog with us and they kindly had prepared everything for him (bed, treats, etc).

Access is can be rough for people with strollers (both outside and in the building as there were stairs to reach our appartment).

Spacious and immaculate one bedroom apartment located on a quiet alley street, easily accessible by Lyft from airport. Líbere is steps away from beautiful Miradouro de Alcantara and Elevador Da Gloria, which makes it easy to navigate to other parts of city. Always enjoyed coming back to our apartment each evening after busy days of touring, with excellent choice of restaurants nearby. Líbere staff was helpful, friendly and accessible, especially with our early check in.

Great location, modern facilities, safe area, and lovely staff

Everything was brand new, completely remodeled. Well stocked with kitchenware for cooking. Fabulous location, very quiet small street just around the corner from the main area with restaurants and shops. Easy access and check in, and staff was on hand to answer questions. Super location and beautiful 1 bed unit!

The property was extremely clean. Location cannot be beat. We arrived way earlier than the check in time and lockers are available to store your luggage until your room is ready. In our communications with the staff, they always responded quickly and they were very helpful. There is a welcome box in your room, which is a nice treat. The breakfast box is good value and really good quality. The check in and check out procedures was extremely easy. Just around the corner from the property, there are many restaurants. We had dinner at Faz Frio and highly recommend!!

A few minor issues to consider: the air conditioning unit is quite loud. There is also construction right outside. Our room was facing the street. This comment has nothing to do with the accommodations per se, however, if you are sensitive to noise, something to keep in mind.

Maybe just little detail - there wasn’t enough room to put toiletries and tooth brush on the sink.

The location and the view was perfect. There is an app and all the needed info is there. There is no cleaning service during the four day stay but we asked for a change of sheets and they did it as a courtesy. The place was very clean, They were responsive on whatsapp.

The reason for me to book the place was the view and the location. We travelled with kids and sometimes we need to spend more time in the room than we would do otherwise, so comfort and view is important. I recognized later not all of the rooms had the view just before arrival due to reviews, but the reference photo for our room at booking.com had a view. I asked about this and they informed me this depends on availability and they kindly arranged it in the end. I think marking the rooms with a sea view versus a courtyard view like many other hotels does would be informative. The matraksa was not the best.

Terrible noise from the street during the whole night! Too many drunk people right under the windows!

Great location, newly renovated building. The apartment and the common area was very clean and tidy. The elevator was a great plus. The personnel was helpful and friendly. Check-in/check-out was very simple with the app

The location on the edge of principe real and bairro alto is perfect, couldn’t have asked for better. The property is pretty new and clean. There’s a virtual assistant to help with any needs. It was comfortable and well stocked with essentials. It was quiet at night too despite being in a somewhat loud neighborhood.

The air conditioning is loud and the shower clogged up quickly and flooded the bathroom. The door to the toilet only opens in and it was clear people had been confused enough by this to accidentally rip the door off the hinges in the past.
