The location was absolutely amazing! There was something special to discover around every corner, everything was just a short walk away. We had a fantastic room that was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both the kitchen and the bathroom were modern, clean, and very convenient to use. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the place, as well as the surrounding neighborhood, was very pleasant and welcoming! A special thanks goes to Julia, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us great advice and support, and even stepped in at the last minute to make sure we caught our connection to the next city. Her helpfulness and thoughtful attitude truly made a difference. We felt extremely welcome and completely satisfied with our stay,everything exceeded our expectations!

Julia is a very welcoming and helpful hostess, able to advise you on the main activities and the more mainstream less tourist and satisfy all our requests. There are 4 rooms in the house, ours was the gold room with a private bathroom. Very welcoming house, clean, well cared for and located a few metres from points of interest such as metro, tram, bus and shops. The house also offers a large balcony with chairs, sofa and coffee table for those who smoke like me to have a space like this is essential. At the disposal in the house there is a magnificent kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board. The essentials for breakfast are available: coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas and chamomiles. The whole house including the rooms, is equipped with air conditioning with heat pump. Tourist tax in our case of €24 to be paid on site. What can I say, if you come to Lisbon, Hola Lisbon Suites is really recommended for us. 5 stars.

Great location and super friendly host that provided us all the information about worth visiting restaurants and places to go.

All was great, but small things like: - only one window for the room, which is in the bathroom, - just one to highlight - it is the room (with the walk-in wardrobe and bathroom within) that is part of the whole flat. So other rooms in the apartment are booked by other tourists visiting the city. The kitchen is shared area for all rooms.

The host was extremely friendly and the communication was instant. Easy commute from airport to the hotel - only cost €1.60 using the train. The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Lisbon city centre so it’s great. The room was great too - massive. Really clean. The kitchen was spacious. Our flight was 8pm but the host gave us a spare key for us to leave our luggage’s there and pick them up later after we checked out.

Nice location 5 minutes away from the metro station (there is a long staircase to reach the apartment but all the city is like this) and you can easily explore the best of Lisbon from here. Very friendly staff (Karolina was super helpful and gave us a map and a lot of info about the city). Super comfy large bed, big shower and very impressive walk in closet. The very well equipped shared kitchen was definitely the cherry on top!!!

Window bathroom looks directly on the shared small terrace so you cannot always keep it open. They have air conditioning to warm the room and not proper heating so drying the towels in winter was a bit difficult (even though they promptly gave us fresh one upon request).

Absolutely perfect in every way! Beautiful and spacious room which was minimalistic but with lovely little touches to make it feel cosy. Large comfy bed. Shower which was powerful and hot. Bath towels, shampoo/soap and even a hair dryer. The shared kitchen was spacious and very modern. Nice little terrace for anyone that smokes. Location was perfect to walk down to local restaurants, bars, centre and the seafront.

These apartments are very spacious and comfortable, impeccably clean, and well-located for easy access to tourist attractions. The staff is incredibly caring, making the stay even more enjoyable. This place has everything you need for a great stay. If I visit Lisbon again, I will definitely choose these apartments!

Everything was good! This is separate bedroom with private bathroom in shared apartment. Kitchen has all the necessary things and you can use it anytime. As well apartment has additional things, like umbrellas and raincoats 😁 Julia was very nice, guided through everything and very responsive. Recommend!

Very comfortable, air-conditioned room. Clean, modern, very good shower. No street noise and very quiet in the night.

My only minor issue was the communal kitchen. A couple made some noise around 7.30am/8.00am when making their breakfast and our room was opposite the kitchen so we were woken up by this. *But* the room came with disposable earplugs that I only found when we were leaving so just make sure to put those in / find them!

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and shops and public transport. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. They provided recommendations for things to see and places to visit during my stay and were always available to answer any questions or requests I had during my stay.

I would have preferred if the room and bathroom were cleaned daily.
