We had a room on floor 5 it had a lovely view of the sky line. We got a great work out using the stairs and the people that worked there were very polite.

It would have been nice to have the elevator working, but it was nice to walk up and down the stair case.

- Location was exceptional. Easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, and attractions. - Breakfast was included. Very simple with rolls, croissants, meat, cheese, jam, butter, coffee, juices, and fruit. - Hotel was a great value. - Room was clean. - Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, but they prioritized getting our room ready. We were in the room within 30min which was greatly appreciated.

- Not really a bad thing, but the hotel is simple and older. The place is definitely worn, but in good condition. - Bathroom was more recently renovated, but small. Functional, but small.

The breakfast was too simple. The elevator stopped for one visitor.

The lady at the reception ,Helena , went out of her way to arrange a room with a bathroom at the last moment for us. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast. Very handy to eat before heading out for the day. It was not a hot breakfast but had fresh bread, cheese, ham, jam and some fruits. Coffee and tea. Each room has an air-conditioning unit. We're able to set it at our preferred temperature. We were walking distance to all the main sites. The Mercado, St Jerome's castle, Basilica Ste Maria, the commerce centre etc Great location!

The one thing that would have improved our stay would have been softer pillows.

Excellent location, walkable distance to most major attractions. Room is big for 4 people, 4 beds. Bathroom size is very good. Room was cleaned daily. Excellent view from our room on 4th floor. A lot of bars and cafes few mins away

Air conditioner was off, we just opened windows but it was to load outside (bars on the street are open till 2-3 am). There are no shelves in the shower, no where to put soap or shampoo. Elevator was not working last day, was not a big deal for u but might be for some. Hotel is located on the 7th hill of the Lisbon, so a lot of walking up the hill. No iron, no hair dryer, no big deal just bring yours if you need it.

We stayed in a deluxe triple room, it seemed like it was newly renovated, loved the high ceiling and big narrow windows with wooden shutters. The beds were pretty comfortable and were made every day, they also changed towels every day. The location was great.

We were disappointed by the breakfast - every day was the same - you get a plate of ham and cheese and few buns on a table, there's coffee/tea/juice, butter and jam and that 's it. I asked for eggs and they said that it's not possible to get them. This is far from continental breakfast. Next time I'd definitly book a room without breakfast. Also the toilet seat in our bathrom was broken. And the elevator is not working.

Top floor 5th level .Beautiful room with an extra large bathroom included a continental style breakfast. Toilet ,wash basins, and shower were all in separate adjacent compartments , making up the one bathroom. Yes, I paid extra for a separate private bathroom . It was higher priced but luxurious with 2 beds and a fold out sofa.The price was elevated , however, it was mid- August (tourist season) The French doors were lovely. The entranceway and the elevator shaft area clearly need renovating (paint peeling off). However, the room was immaculate. Central location with a car park costing €14 just down the street.( The car park only takes exact cash) I enjoyed the breakfast of croissants, ham and cheese, and lemon cake served with coffee at your table. I recommend it 👌

Lisbon is expensive to park a car 🚗 😐

The location of the place was great! And the personnel was extremely friendly :) Our room (204) was bright and ventilated, the beds were comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided. The breakfast was simple but satisfactory! and the personnel provided hot water every time we needed.

The water in the shower took some time to heat up, but once it did was okay. I would add some facilities in the room, like a kettle. There are not many plugs and we had to coordinate to charge our phones. The hair dryer in the bathroom doesn't work. Another issue was that the elevator was out of service and we had to carry our luggage through the stairs.

- Very friendly personnel, helped us to carry the luggage to the top floor and other requests - A locker room to leave the luggage while you explore the city and room is not ready - Amazing view from the 5th floor and balcony - Very comfortable pillows and bed, big shower space and nice bathroom. AC in the room.

The floors in the room were not clean, the elevator was not working, so account for a lot of stairs. Breakfast is not good at all, and coffee is not tasty. Better to eat in the city (anywhere).

The first few days we stayed in the lower part of the building , I understand the building is under renovation, the room had 2 single beds which we’re comfortable, the furniture was tired and and not modernized, we almost changed our reservation for the second few days on our way back to Lisbon, we decided to stay again as it was our fourth visit to the hotel, upon arrival I asked if we could upgrade to a larger room and to our surprise we were pleasantly surprised as the top floor was fully renovated and was beautiful. We will return and will request that room we stayed it, over and over again. Good luck with all your renovations, looking forward to visiting beautiful Lisbon again🌸in the future.
