Good location for local cafes, bars and restaurants. Short walk to closest Metro station. Great air con (which makes a huge difference!). Nice balcony. Room spotlessly clean. Lovely en suite bathroom. Friendly staff and extensive breakfast menu.

Mattress was too firm for my taste and the plastic protector underneath was not comfortable (though the bedding and pillows were great). I prefer having own key to enter hotel after midnight rather than knocking and waiting for access but that is just personal preference.

Excellent location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed to Lisbon as first-time visitors. Once we checked in, one of the hotel staff provided us with a map and lots of recommendations for traveling around the city and locating places of interest. The included breakfast was fantastic and we were also provided with complimentary lemonade each day, if we needed to return to the hotel during the day. Our room was clean and comfortable, all amenities were in great condition and the air conditioning worked very well.

The Staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean 👌, the breakfast was lovely with a few different choices 😋 delicious. It's very central and easy to get to the main square and many different restaurants on every street There is a steep incline up to hotel ,if anyone has mobility difficulties it would be hard but the taxis are very good value. Would stay here again for sure,Thank you too all for a lovely stay everyone ✨️✨️✨️

Breakfast was very good, cooked freshly every day, and the staff accommodating. The location is very central but very hilly, and the surroundings were not very nice, and developing was going on close by.

The settee in the room was not comfortable to sit on, very soft. Some of the chairs in the breakfast room were very noisy and unstable to sit on. The lounge needs updating and is very small.

An amazing place, staff were excellent. The hotel was spotless with rooms cleaned every day. The breakfast was fantastic and a great time span.. 0730 - 1200. Good mixture of cold and hot food (all cooked to order). We had booked a suite, great value for money, spacious and well laid out. Additionally beds incredibly soft, with plenty of pillows.

Location....no matter which way you go it's on a hill ...so take that into account.

A really nice hotel located on a busy narrow street. Traffic noise at morning rush hour an issue if room overlooks street. That apart, very helpful staff, nice room, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Don't bother going to one of the nearby, trendy cafes for breakfast. I'd stay there again but request a room at back of hotel.

The front desk fellows were so amazing and all helped because we had never been to Portugal before;, the wonderful lady that served the breakfast was beyond sweet. The breakfast was really good. Fresh orange juice, ordered off the menu which was a nice change. Our room was spotless !

I wound have liked chairs in the balcony but other than that we loved our stay .

We loved the breakfast! The dining area was cozy and the food was very good! Our room was very spacious and had what we needed. The location was close to many shops, restaurants, several parks, and a beautiful botanical garden. Il

The furniture was worn and dated and the bed was a bit firm for our liking. Wash cloths would have been nice to have as well.

Good breakfast, clean, big rooms. Good location in the center but hard to get to the hotel on foot (top of a hill) . The client service oriented of the staff, who gave us an extra room instead of extra beds, and managed the situation with Booking.com with no extra charges.

The lack of clarity of booking.com The room was supposed to be for 4 people, but it appeared that extra charges were required for the 2 additional beds, not clearly mentioned in the reservation. Thanks to the hotel staff who helped us.

Hills to walk to hotel and next building construction very noisy. We do not consume May 8 and May10 breakfast because we went to tours and them breakfast was open 7:30 and start serve around 8am. Would be appreciated if we have refund for 2 days of missing breakfasts.
