Nice room with aircondition. Also very happy with the closets and how much space there was for storage. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice breakfast served at the table with lots of good choices, fresh fruit salad and orange juice every day and pasteis. The coffee was great too. Great location, good restaurants and bars are just a minute away. Nice minibar selection, would have loved to have a small bottle of sparkling wine there to chose from.

Very noisy and unfortunately a very firm matress in the bed. Make sure you bring earplugs! Most of the staff were great but some of them unfortunately seemed a bit tired of the tourists.

Good location for local cafes, bars and restaurants. Short walk to closest Metro station. Great air con (which makes a huge difference!). Nice balcony. Room spotlessly clean. Lovely en suite bathroom. Friendly staff and extensive breakfast menu.

Mattress was too firm for my taste and the plastic protector underneath was not comfortable (though the bedding and pillows were great). I prefer having own key to enter hotel after midnight rather than knocking and waiting for access but that is just personal preference.

The daily hot breakfast that was included was exceptional. It was better than a buffet. The bathroom in the suite was amazing, with a full tub that had its own shower as well as a separate shower, toilet area, and bidet.

The entrance to the hotel was blocked by construction, so getting unloaded with suitcases and into the hotel was a bit tricky. The rooms were hot, and we had to ask each day for the A/C to be turned on from the reception area.

Excellent location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed to Lisbon as first-time visitors. Once we checked in, one of the hotel staff provided us with a map and lots of recommendations for traveling around the city and locating places of interest. The included breakfast was fantastic and we were also provided with complimentary lemonade each day, if we needed to return to the hotel during the day. Our room was clean and comfortable, all amenities were in great condition and the air conditioning worked very well.

15 minute walk to Avenida Liberdad. On a side street so a bit obscure and on a steep hill but that is most of Lisbon. Room was large with a balcony. Elevator works good and front desk was helpful.

Not very soundproof. No on site restaurant besides the morning breakfast. Rooms are dated but clean.

Lack of balcony. Booking.com description stated room with balcony. No balcony in room. Hotel tried to rectify but hotel was busy and offered to move us for second and last night. We thanked and declined offer due to short stay. Booking.com need to change their room description. We booked and chose hotel based on booking.com description of inclusion of balcony.

The Staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean 👌, the breakfast was lovely with a few different choices 😋 delicious. It's very central and easy to get to the main square and many different restaurants on every street There is a steep incline up to hotel ,if anyone has mobility difficulties it would be hard but the taxis are very good value. Would stay here again for sure,Thank you too all for a lovely stay everyone ✨️✨️✨️

A really nice hotel located on a busy narrow street. Traffic noise at morning rush hour an issue if room overlooks street. That apart, very helpful staff, nice room, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Don't bother going to one of the nearby, trendy cafes for breakfast. I'd stay there again but request a room at back of hotel.

Breakfast was very good, cooked freshly every day, and the staff accommodating. The location is very central but very hilly, and the surroundings were not very nice, and developing was going on close by.

The settee in the room was not comfortable to sit on, very soft. Some of the chairs in the breakfast room were very noisy and unstable to sit on. The lounge needs updating and is very small.

The front desk fellows were so amazing and all helped because we had never been to Portugal before;, the wonderful lady that served the breakfast was beyond sweet. The breakfast was really good. Fresh orange juice, ordered off the menu which was a nice change. Our room was spotless !

I wound have liked chairs in the balcony but other than that we loved our stay .
