A beautiful, airy house with a stunning ocean view and a lovely private swimming pool. The house is perfectly equipped, newly ovrhauled with everything you might need, right down to extra beach towels and umbrellas. The architecture of the outer semi-detached house provides privacy to visitors. In the evenings, we enjoyed grilling outside. Parking was convenient, right in front of the entrance, and we received a warm welcome from the owner, David, who was helpful throughout our stay. The house was clean, air-conditioned, and very comfortable. The seaside promenade, restaurants, and beach were all within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful week and would happily return! Well positioned in the region. Easy to drive to wild, empty, surf beaches. Very close to Lagos, Portomaio shops, restaurants, night life. Best from both worlds. I travel a lot, but normally I do not write reviews; this trip deserves exception.

The Charm Flats are superbly located in the heart of Lisbon and well positioned to walk to many of the city’s attractions. Our stay was terrific and made all the better with the assistance of Isabell in the Charm Flats office. The room was on the top floor, offering a panoramic view of the city from an extensive balcony with comfortable seating. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities you could want. This apartment was extremely affordable and provided great value for money considering its location.

The only difficulty we encountered was the lack of an elevator. However, Isabell arranged for our bags to be carried down to the garage on the morning of our departure. Problem solved!

Our flight was delayed to late evening, so the hosts emailed us a door code. They were very communicative, though we never actually met them. The studio was delightful - just as shown in the photographs. We particularly liked the balcony overlooking the park. It's a fairly quiet part of town, but within easy walking distance of the Avenida Metro station. A bonus was that the apartment was serviced every second day - something we hadn't anticipated.

There is no elevator and the flat is on the top floor of 4, so there are 8 relatively steep and narrow flights of stairs to lug your baggage up. The last of the 8 is even narrower and steeper....

The most beautiful apartment, decorated really nicely with a super comfy bed and very comfortable sofa bed for the kids. Everything was really clean and there was coffee capsules and a machine which was brilliant for tired travellers Isabel was so friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant lots of restaurants and cafes in the area and the view from our balcony was a small park with a fountain in it and a market on the Saturday

Nothing it was the best place we've stayed in a long time

Top, top location. Perfect for a start point to every tourist attraction in Lisbon. As one of our tour guiders said the main boulevard nearby is the most even place in the city. Really liked the accommodation, had everything that you will need-hot water, air-conditioning, comfortable bed, etc. The terrace was really nice for a morning coffee and made the place much bigger than the usual flats that are rented. We checked-in quite easily in the evening. Will definitely recommend it. The staff is polite and helpful. Overall People in Lisbon are great!!!! You will love it.

Nothing that could ruin my positive feeling

Location was great! Room was cosy and warm. Loved the balcony! Playground accross the street, every kind of transport nearby. Keep in mind you have to climb lots of stairs to access rooftop apartment! And very tall people may find the ceilings in that apartment uncomfortable. The water pressure of tge shower was a bit low. But it did have hair/body gel and conditioner!

The apartment was great and I hardly can imagine a better location. Avenida metro station was even closer than I had expected and it feels like there are so many great places within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Communication with the Charm Flats team was great and they cleaned the flat more frequently than I was led to believe. If I decide to travel to Lisbon again in the future this is certainly the first place I will check for availability.

The sinks (bathroom and kitchen) look great, but squares just aren’t the greatest shape when you’re trying to rinse them out. The same general idea applies to the fridge. Looked fun, worked kind of but no matter the setting it never seemed to reach quite the right temperature. Too cold or not cold enough.

Loved the property, rooms have aplenty of space and comfy bed even the sofa bed was comfy. Very close to everything the little park across the street had great drinks and snacks. And plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Only downfall no elevator but it wasn’t awful

The property was located in a very central location, everything was close by and the park right in front of it was a nice added bonus. The apartment has an amazing balcony and the view is beautiful. They had everything you could need in the kitchen from pots and pans to dinnerware, a coffee machine, toaster etc…

We stayed at the very last apartment, there is no elevator and the stairs were so steep it was hard coming in and out with baby stroller, it gets very hot up there as well and the ac doesn’t do much unless you are sitting directly under it.

We were given the code to the front do which also worked easily on front door and room door. This is a great idea as we didn't have to think about keys as we closed the door. The property is really modern and decor is slightly unusual but very pleasant and cosy. The layout is unusual but does have plenty of space. The apartment we had included two queen beds in separate rooms and two other rooms both with divans that are big enough to be beds. There are two modern bathrooms and a small kitchen but no clothe washing facilities in the apartment. The property is close to restaurants and Metros and Funicular. It is an easy walk to Av. de Liberdade which takes you straight down to the main areas of Lisbon.

There isn't a lift. This is a big drawback if you have heavy suitcases. Our rooms were up a number of flights of stairs and I am not sure I could have managed without the help of my family. The building is also a bit noisy at times. No traffic noise, but footsteps from room above and the stariwell woke us a couple of times when guests arrived late or left early in the morning.
