We stayed for 4 nights and found our stay very comfortable. The bed is comfy & beddings are very clean and we felt at ease with the cleanliness. Housekeeping is doing a great job there. Also, the receptionists are very friendly and helpful, especially Tiago. He has been super amazing with giving us recommendations & suggestions on what to see and where to go, and he seems like a genuine and kind person. Highly recommend the hotel. Tenzin & Dolma

- The mattress of the bed could be a little better. Mine was too soft or already broken - The sound isolation was not so good from the room door as you could hear some crazy Irish arguing at midnight on the way to their room -The door of the bathroom in glass is nice but doesn't give so much privacy or sound isolation as well

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of July and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is up one of Lisbon’s many uphill streets, which adds to the authentic and genuine feel of the neighbourhood. Despite being quite central, the area is calm and relaxing, with the metro and bus stops just around the corner—and much of the city still within easy walking distance. The room was spotless, functional and comfortable despite its size. Both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. What really stood out, though, was the lovely staff who immediately made me feel at home. A special thanks goes to Thiago at reception—his tips and recommendations for visiting Sintra and Cabo da Roca really enriched my trip and made it unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient base in Lisbon!

The 3-star hotel is centrally located in the mid-level, so it’s very convenient to go uphill to Príncipe Real to explore good foods (the grilled chicken is really yummy) and quieter streets, while going downhill you can go to the sea side of the city centre. And best of all is the staff are so friendly and helpful. I am personally very fond of Tiago, who will provide useful and updated information even you did not ask. He also recommended some very good restaurants to us as a local. He makes us feel like home when staying there. Thanks the team for their excellent service. It’s highly recommended.

Location was close to main sightseeing areas, bus stops and a metro station. There were 2 working elevators in this hotel so it wasn't necessary to carry luggage up the stairs. The air conditioning and wifi worked well. Water pressure in the shower was strong and the included hair dryer worked well. There were ample electrical outlets in the hotel room, including next to the beds.

Furniture was very sparse and uncomfortable for the price. The shower was a bit of a tight fit and I'm a short, petite woman - if you are tall/large, the shower might kind of difficult to use. Being near the top of the hill was a pain walking back to at the end of the night and I did feel a little unsafe walking home in the dark as a solo female traveler. If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in, be aware that the street is pretty noisy and a lot of sound gets in the building. There also appears to be a school nearby and there can be noisy groups of kids outside when school is in session.

The owner of the hotel personally welcomed us. He iwas friendly, knowledgeable, and did everything he could do make our trip to Lisbon a special vacation. He speaks several languages fluently. He gave us several sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is clean with excellent in-room bathrooms. Our 4th floor room had a charming view of the city. This is an excellent value hotel.

The air conditioner was broken, but we opened the window and the room was cool all night. The room was a little dated, but comfortable and spacious. The hotel has local flavor and a charming owner.

•The staff was very helpful. • The room itself had a lot of natural light and was clean every day. •The location was good, 4 min away of Avenida da Liberdade, but it was up in a hill. It was not too convenient to use a stroller for the baby.

•I had a baby with me, so it was too difficult to go out with a stroller, but staff was cooperative and let us leave the stroller for the entire stay in one room on the ground floor. •I would prefer to have some slippers in the room •I didnt like the duvet on the bed, they were too heavy, and there was not any option on the cupboard left. I didn't ask for new one because the rooms temperature could be regulated with AC

The Hotel was in a very good location, and we walked everywhere! The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even were so kind to store our luggage so we could venture out before our check in and upon checking out. They would have accommodated an early check in if our room was ready, but it was not. The rooms were spotless, everything in the room was relatively new looking! The design of the rooms was a very nice style, and there are large windows to view the beautiful city, cobblestone streets and rooftops, an extra nightlight! The price to stay was reasonable for this lovely hotel!

The fridge in our room was not too cool, so wasn't advisable to have any food stored in it, just water. The staff was extremely accommodating and held some sandwiches we had in the fridge by the front desk.

The location is perfect, the main city squares are very near, as well as the main pedestrian street and the main boulevard. The main train station is also a few minutes from the hotel. The staff is extremely helpfull and friendly(especially Ricardo) and they will help you with anything you need, and will show you on the map all things you must see. The bed is comfortable, and the room is cleaned every day. We had a safe in our room, which is always a good thing.

The facilities are a little outdated, but it is spotless clean and eveyrthing is functional.

Located in quiet spot within walking distance to main attractions and transportations. Stuff extremely helpful. We had Tiago, he basically planned our stay to visit most attractions in Lisbon and outside. Gave detailed information on public transportation, which made very easy for us to travel around the city and beyond.
