The location was a mix of tourist apartments and locals with lots of interesting side streets containing independent businesses. The kitchen was very well equipped but we only used the kettle (brand new) and coffee maker as we ate out every day. Air conditioning was a boon due to a heat wave. We enjoyed being only minutes walk away from major tourist areas whilst eating and shopping with locals.

The road outside, although a side street, was a cut through between two busy areas so it was always in use but noise was minimal due to double glazing. The only item we felt short of was a tea towel. The sofa bed had a very deep seat so we brought cushions down from the reading nook to make it more comfortable. It was okay for three of us but I felt it would feel crowded with more.

I liked the location as it's close enough to the main town but far enough to not be disturbed by nightlife in the surrounding area. It's great that you can just type the code in or use your phone to unlock the doors instead of woreying about a key or a card.

Water was not everyday hot. Cleaning could be better (floor and bathrooms were not very clean when we arrived)

The apartment was in a good location. The room were spacious and the beds comfy. Good amount of plates, cutlery and pots.

The automatic doors were a bit tricky at the beginning. Also, I suggest to add some soap in the bathroom.

Location. A few minutes walk from a nice park with a market at weekend and outdoor cafe. Lots of nice eating places close by. Not far to walk to many of the attractions. Metro Avenida close. Accommodation on one level had three bedrooms which was great for our group of 5. In theory it accommodates 8 people but, if sofa bed needed to be used, it would be quite tight.

Didn't actually dislike the entry system but it took a bit of getting used to. There was a link on our phones via WhatsApp but as soon as you use it you have to very quickly push the doors. All check-in was done via WhatsApp, including having to send photos of our passports. Tourist tax of €2 per person per day had to be paid online. Don't know that everyone would be able to do this. No personal contact with staff.

The location is good. The host is amazing and helpful. The place was super clean and has nice decorations.

Zero noise cancelation. A group of guys lived on the same floor and were drunk at night and signing all night and screaming. They literally woke up the kids two nights in a row. I told the host and he confirmed that he/she will talk to them about that but honestly nothing happened they were very noisy.

The property was very clean and tidy. it was a very good size and very comfortable. it’s located near the lovely part of town (though it’s uphill) but not so close that it is noisy. the staff were remote but informative and helpful.

It would be great if it could have been ready a little earlier but it was by no means a big problem and self storage was located nearby

Great location, spacious apartment.

Not enough surfaces to put one's things in the bathroom and bedroom, but we made do by moving dining table chairs to where we needed them. It's a noisy location, but that's to be expected.

Great location, in a revamped building with a lift. Spacious upstairs loft bedroom.

The downstairs bathroom a bit of a tight squeeze particularly the shower.

Very central and had a lovely coffee shop across the road.

Our dishwasher was not working and they could not get a technician to come and fix it.
