An incredible place to stay in Lisbon. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and the hotel is incredibly comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast (great buffet selection, small plate choice and fantastic coffee) and the jungle pool is a unique and fantastic bonus. Would absolutely stay again :)

Good location. Got there before check in time and were able to get a room without waiting. Was a welcomed surprise. Staff send you WhatsApp messages to ensure you have everything you need.

The outdoor pool was not heated so if you are going for that purpose, it's probably best in the summer.

Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The design is amazing, especially the pool area. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The food was also good. We loved the sushi. The staf was so friendly and helpfull. They helped us immediately with everything and felt like family. The location is at nice area with good restaurants, stores and clubs. This hotel made our stay in Lisboa all the better!! Hope they will open more hotels in other cities and countries.

I leave Lisbon feeling a little smug with my choice of hotel. I cannot find fault. It was excellent! The location was so so good. Close to the city centre with everything we needed within walking distance. The hotel itself has a lot of character. We had a lovely room on the 1st floor with a little terrace area. The staff are some of the best I have come across. They couldn’t do enough for you. It was so nice to have the use of a pool which provided a lovely spot to relax after long days walking around. Thank you Hotel Hotel.

We loved absolutely everything - every single staff person was so personable and professional. The breakfast was lovely, the coffee was exceptional. Our room was stylish, comfortable, functional and quiet.

Possibly the design of the closets ( one had to be closed in order to open the other)l also the design of the shower door to prevent water from getting outside the shower - the shower itself was fabulous though so this is getting really nitpicking 🙃

This is an outstanding hotel in every respect. From the warm and welcoming staff to the cohesive design that seamlessly blends the exterior tiling with the carefully curated interiors, every detail feels intentional. The amenities were spotless, and the common areas carried a subtle, pleasant fragrance throughout. We especially enjoyed the lush outdoor pool and the inviting restaurant space. The à la carte breakfast was generous and delicious, and the location couldn't be better: right in the center, yet tucked away on a quiet street. We truly couldn’t find a single flaw. A wonderful stay from start to finish.

The breakfast was excellent for us, we typically eat fruits, muesli, granola, yoghurt, and all these were available, with other options to try.

The pool is not long enough to swim in, and although beautifully styled, there was insufficient room to lay in the sun, with most beds occupied, or in the shade of trees, or umbrellas. The bathrooms are poorly appointed, with a waterfall head, but no "rise and fall", making it challenging to shower without washing hair. Also, water flows out of the shower onto the bathroom floor, and the sink was a deep flat square, meaning you waste a lot of water when using it.

This hotel was a dream in the heart of Lisbon and walking distance to most neighborhoods. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so helpful and welcoming: complete with a welcome glass of port at reception and a beautiful cheese plate awaiting us in our room with a handwritten note of welcome. All the spaces are colorful, well designed and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, and the garden setting is just so lush and stunning--even in February. We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night and it was delicious, as was the complimentary bottle of wine. While our room was on the smaller side, it was well appointed and our own private terrace made it so much more spacious. From interior design, outdoor pool and garden, to the yoga studio space and hotel staff, and all the little details and perks, everything was amazing and I would return to Lisbon just to stay here!

So much was remarkable about this stay, I'd be hard-pressed to say I didn't like anything. We traveled in winter and while the pool was reportedly heated, it was not quite warm enough for a dip in February. But we made up for pool time by taking one of the complimentary yoga classes in the beautiful studio with a terrarium and it was just perfect. The hotel website doesn't link directly to the yoga studio's online platform to reserve a space in a class. The hotel staff graciously reserved the complementary morning class for us but if guests want to take additional afternoon classes beyond what the hotel offers, it is not clear how to do so online, as the yoga studio is run by a separate business and the hotel staff assumed I understood that, but it is not clear on the hotel website.

Likes: Location was great! A quiet street just off the main Lisbon Boulevard - Avenida da Liberdade and a short walk to Principe Real where a lot of nice restaurants are up the very steep hill. You can take the bus or the metro to get there from the airport or train station. Be sure to get breakfast with your reservation- it was phenomenal- very high quality fruit, cheeses, pastries, and bread and made to order food. Loved the jungle like garden with a small pool in the back of the hotel. Nice to get a welcome drink and they included a complimentary couple of pastel de natal in our room and some complimentary drinks in our refrigerator and even exercise snacks. Dislikes: not enough electronic outlets in room especially were missing by bed. We were there 3 nights and wish they had replaced our sparkling water or serviced the refrigerator at least once. Room was kinda small and decor was pretty basic modern a little too mirrorry for me; safe was too small to be able to fit a medium lap top - needs to be bigger; no room for a comfy chair
