Location: very central, at walkable distance from many touristic attractions. the apartment is well furnished (including the kitchen with all needed equipment to actually cook), the laundry machine is a plus. Extremely good for families with a small child.

The only issue we noticed was the cleaning. We have a toddler and everyday he was moving around in the apartment. His clothes were extremely dirty after 2 minutes on the floor. It looked the floor was never or very poorly cleaned. It is the only negative point of an otherwise beautiful and affordable stay.

The walls are paper thin. Our neighbours were playing loud music until 6AM and it ruined our experience. Fix your isolation.

The apartment itself was much larger than expected and had great facilities. It was the perfect place for our 4 day stay and we even had a small private courtyard to sit outside in the good weather. The apartment was clean and tidy though we found some hairs but it wasn't the end of the world. There were some crackers, jams and water in the kitchen which was a nice surprise and the oift was useful for our heavy cases. For the location there was lots nearby and it didnt take long to reach attractions or the centre. The outside was tidy and we always felt safe walking back. The apartment had everything needed and more for cooking and relaxing so you could spend time there comfortably. Overall a nice place to stay and in a very good location.

Checking in was a pain. We couldn't find any reference to the front door and we saw many people with the same issue. We tried calling with no answer and after a few buzzer attempts we were in. This was a major pain and concern for us on arrival, and again we came across others during our stay experiencing the same stress. Also you can hear a lot of people walking around when in your apartment, we didn't mind too much as those on our floor were reasonable but it could be an issue if people come in late. Though not having staff around once in was ok as you could check in with the digital kiosk, it would have been useful at times having a member of staff on location.

Difficult electronic check in kiosk, scan your passports on a machine inside once you get a temporary code for the front door. Then you are given a different code for the front door and suite door. If your phone is low on juice, you're screwed.

I liked the view and the appartment size. Facilities were quite good and location was quiet and central enough.

Elevator was too small. I also did not like the fact that there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang the towel. We tried to wash our clothes in the provided washing machine, which we were happy to learn it was available. Unfortunately there was no detergent, and we would have to pay and most importantly wait until the next day to get the detergent. How much does it cost really to leave some detergent in the room.... I am pretty sure it is a few cents, and it save all the extra trouble.

The apartment is very spacious. It’s great for a family. There is everything you need. The location is great, walking distance to most of the attractions, no hills to the building. We were 5 nights and is great for long stay.

We had issue with the check in (the codes) the first night @ 11PM, nobody answered the phones, messages, emails. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night, two kids and pouring rain. The next day nobody call us till we called them around 10AM and they sent a girl from the company to change the codes, etc. We complained to their company website and again nothing. In the end we complained to booking platform and they refund us one night. Very poor communication and not nice first impression.

The location was excellent for us, within walking distance to where we wanted to go or tours to meet. The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely view over part of the city and a balcony. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to be able to do a load of washing. The only difficulty we had was communication when needing a new code for the safe and luggage storage. Emails were not responded to. There is a phone by the entry that can be used, but the first time I tried someone didn't seem to speak English. Thankfully another two times I called they did speak English. There was no luggage storage at the apartments we were at and it would have been at least a 20 minute walk to another lot of their apartments where there might have been a locker. Instead we went down to Rossio Train Station where there are coin operated lockers, which worked well for us.

The hot water for shower not enough for 4 people. The last one to shower left with no more hot water.

Tips: After booking, check in online, the hotel will send you a key code for the building. After arriving, enter the building, there is a machine, self-check in, get the room number and key code. The room infrastructure is very good, completely up to the hotel standard, especially the air conditioning system is very good, the facilities in the bathroom and kitchen are of good quality, the tableware is complete, equipped with salt and sugar, welcome cookies and water, the room is very clean, the housekeepers are two enthusiastic, helpful and smart people (language barriers are not a problem, body language is understood), the owner is very good at solving problems, you can feel that they are working hard, they are the pride of the hotel.

I hope there will be a microwave in the future.
